Like, but you know what, if y'all want to do that, that's fine. The thing is, it's like, just have your direct question ready. Okay, this is about us getting true clarity from me and from y'all watching. And so as I read these questions, you guys are expected to answer in the chat as well. Remember, the link is in the chat as well so you guys can call in, hit the link and call in in case you don't want to write in to give you your question. And the write-in number is— I mean, sorry, the write-in email is unwindwithtashk@gmail.com. And just in case you guys are asking, this is a Scorpio on my hat because I know y'all be like, she got these weird symbols and stuff like that. This is a Scorpio. My husband's a Scorpio. I told him to buy me a hat because I was having a bad hair day, as you can see. Okay, bad hair day. And he went and put his plant on my head. He sure did. Okay, so here's the thing, as he don't already have it there Okay, listen, let's get started. All right, so this is from Mrs. Smith. Hi, Tasha. I don't know if this will even reach you, but I'm getting discouraged. I have been working a few years on my digital download greeting card and I'm worn out. I built the website on Wix. I don't know how to add the downloadable cards I designed. I'm designing all the cards. I don't know. Let me get into this right here. Okay. I don't know the business side, like trademarks. I took one look at the form and said, I'll come back to that. I found out that I need to get a business license in Nevada. That's $200. I don't know how to begin to do that form. Oh, and I need an EIN number. And I understand that's free, but I don't know how to do that. I'm getting so burned out with the business side that I can't do the creative side. All I want to do is create. I eventually want to do the designs from the digital cards onto shirts, mugs, book bags, maybe even purses and prints. But I'm the only— I'm only one person. I am stuck, but I don't want to give up on my dream because I don't have help. I did buy my domain for the website I created on Wix, but it's about to expire because I've been working on designs and trying to learn the business side by watching YouTube videos. I have included a few of my designs. My company's name is Social Wordify. Okay, the digital cards, that's a good plug. I saw how you spent that. I saw how you spent that. See, she, she knows this. So she wrote in asking about her business and plugged her business. So you guys, I will read about the business and you guys will go buy the business. I can't even hate on that. I can't even hate on it. Like, they— that— you know how much people pay me to say their name? Like, do you know how much people pay me to say their name? Okay, so here's the thing. You said Tasha don't even know all that. I asked my staff. That's not true. Don't do me like that, Moke1935. What? Damn. My company's name is Social Wordify. The digital cards can be downloaded and sent through emails, social media, and cell phones. It's for people who might have forgotten that it was someone's birthday or wedding day or even special occasion. Or if they want a simple, I'm just thinking about to someone's phone. I spoke with someone from Daymond John's company on Zoom. Okay. She loved the idea. I shared my work and she suggested that I create an app as well. I couldn't join their program because I wasn't up and running yet. And they were looking for people who already have 50,000 customers to show them how to get more. And she asked if I could add my name to a list Okay, for when they start their new business, I guess, business owner class. Heck, I haven't even trademarked my name yet. I don't know what to do. Tasha, I've sent a few digital cards. I have a lot. Some don't have words because I'm trying to do too many things business-wise, so I stopped. I have an actual headache because I don't know what to do anymore. I've attached a few of the designs on this email, and I design on Canva. Okay, and so these are cute cards. I have to say, they are cute. Um, and I, I'm gonna have to ask the Winos before I get my advice on this. And I see y'all waiting backstage, so wait backstage. Miss Vicki, uh, Talks with 2K, Courtney, y'all just wait backstage. Okay, hit the link, guys, if you want to call in and ask your question. This is not celebrity gossip. If you ask celebrity gossip, I'm gonna politely say we gotta go. Okay, so, all right, um, here's the thing. I personally don't believe in, you know, because you told me a lot here, Miss Smith, and these were a lot of personal struggles that you were dealing with. And I'm gonna be honest with you, um, this is something that we automatically do as people that we don't have control over. So I'm gonna try to be careful as to how I answer this question because The thing about it is my journey is not your journey when it comes to business, right? So I can see this and be like, this is something that I'm not interested in because it's not for me. It's not my, my path. It's not what I'm passionate about. You're passionate about this. And so I'm going to try to give this to you in a way that makes sense for your business. Okay. Aside from whether I like the business or not. Any business that you get into, okay, you have to find a mirror business. You have to find a mirror business. You have to find a person that has already done what you've done. For instance, when I decided to really get in radio heavy, yes, I worked at radio stations, but there was no one to show me the inner workings of how to do talk. How to do radio. So I reached out to Clark Howard. You can Google him. Clark Howard is one of the biggest consumer radio and TV talk show hosts independently without commercial or mainstream backing worldwide. He is on regular radio. He's on television. He is on satellite radio. And I remember running into him, okay, at a restaurant that I was working at. I recognized him because I loved his business model. And I had already been doing research on him, so I kind of called him into my spirit, you know. And so I remember asking him— he was eating at the time, and I was a server, and I had on this little slave back in the day server outfit. I'll never forget this. I was working at OK Cafe. We wore slave outfits, but we made a lot of money from white people that thought we were slaves. Okay, that's what it was. I was making about $3,000 a week. All right, so here's the thing for them. I say, yes sir, yes ma'am, my pleasure. All the white people, they had Confederate flags in the building. The whole staff was Black. Be as it may, okay, if I was a slave back in the day, as long as I'm getting my money, we good. Okay, so here's the thing, um, I ended up asking him and I said, you know, Mr. Howard, you don't know me, but you know, I have an interest. And this was in 20— this is before I met Jasmine. This had to be like 20— 2000— 2010? No, 2009. 2009, 2010. Yeah. So this is before I met Jasmine. And I said to him, and I was like, hey, I really want to do what you want to do, but I have no clue. And I know I'm working in a restaurant. You are a multimillionaire. How can you train me? He said, I have a mentorship program. Say no more. Literally, I went up to him while he was eating with his wife, and he brought me backstage. He had me reach out to his personal assistant. This— when I say mentorship, I'm talking about this man invited me into his studio, into his space. Gave me all the inner workings. Not afraid of competition because there's enough for everybody out here to eat, okay? Why everybody's like, oh, we competing, we competing, we competing, or one person represents all— no, everybody has their own lane. Everybody. So I'll never forget this. He showed me the ins and outs. This is my satellite radio room. This is my FM/AM radio room. This is my TV room. We buy airtime here. We buy airtime there. And then one thing that he said was, which I kind of struggle with because I get too busy, but I always deviate back to what he told me was I have to do all of the research myself. My consumers, the consumers that watch me, the viewers that watch me trust me and they trust what I say. So even though I have a team of producers to bring me deals and products and things that I need to warn them about when it comes to the economy and inflation and stuff like that, I have the last say. So I get up every morning at 5 AM. I do that now. I get up every morning at 5 AM and I go and I research what I have. Sometimes is that research on point because I be too busy? No. But most of the time, 85% of the time, it's straight like that. And I literally just had a meeting with my team about that. I was like, y'all, I'm getting too busy. I gotta hire another personal assistant to help deviate a lot of these little tidbit things that I'm doing so that I can focus on what I'm focused on. okay, so that the winos is not getting backdated information or missing a key, because I'm very, very, very, very good at what I do. I'm very good, very good, the best, okay? I'm not even comparing myself to nobody, but I know when I put together a story, don't nobody put together a story like Tasha K. I get that. That is the— that is why y'all come here to watch, okay? And in between that, I get to product sell, as he did. While telling stories about what's going on. So, Miss Smith, to make a long story short, you have got to find a company that mirrors your business, and you have to do a mentorship under them, even if you have to pay for that mentorship, because you're taking their time. They're going to show you how to set your business up step by step. Okay? You strike me as the type of person that learns from people showing you, not YouTube videos, not people reading to you. Okay? So I'm gonna need you to watch this segment a few times. So you can get what I'm saying. You're gonna have to find a company that has done this before. Etsy is a good space to go at. Etsy is very, very good. And I was even thinking of something when you wrote it, you know what I'm saying? And here's the thing, whether I believe in your idea or not, it's not my idea because I don't have an interest in this. But I, I have a foundation of what it takes to build a business. And if you're all over the place, even when it comes to basic business, You have to find a mentor to do it, period. You're going to have, just like you asked me, you're going to have to find a mentor that has done your business. I haven't done your business, so I don't know. And things are so technologically advanced now with AI, you got to see where your business is going. But what I noticed, you said all I want to do is create. I eventually want to do the designs from digital cards onto shirts, mugs, book bags, maybe, and even purses. I want you to write this down. This website is called Printify. Printify. P-R-I-N-T-I-F-Y. Printify. Okay. Printify will allow you to take your designs, but you got to learn the basic business. You got to set up your EIN. You got to, you got to set up the website. They will, they will even create a website for you. And so you could just focus on selling because like you can create this stuff, but how are you going to sell it? Where's your audience? Okay. So here's the thing, they will take all of your designs, put them on shirts. You can put your stuff on Etsy and there are a stream of people that are on Etsy that are Etsy customers that buy specialized design things because they don't like stuff that other people have. And you can put it on t-shirts, mugs, book bags, purses, everything. Okay, Printify is like that. I just was reading about a young lady the other day when I, because you know, I get a lot of updates on entrepreneurs, articles and stuff because I read every day on what's changing. How are entrepreneurs doing things? And literally as a side hustle, she's making $300,000 a year with Printify. As a side hustle. And I went to the site and I said, and I've, I've seen it back in the day and I was just like, oh, they have stepped up their game. So it takes artists like you that have specialized creativity. You're able to throw it on the shirt and sell it to your customers. Then that's when you reach out to somebody like me to say, hey, can we partner so I can help you to sell your stuff? And if it's good and I think the winos will buy it, baby, I got you. Okay, I got you. All right, so good luck. All right, remember guys, you guys can email— oh, y'all are already emailing— unwindwithtashakay@gmail.com. Okay, um, and so I'm gonna take one person. I'm gonna do 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1. There's a link in the chat. You guys can go ahead and call in. All right, uh, and please have your stuff together. If you have a question, you can remain anonymous. You don't have to share your name or your voice. Sometimes you can just say where you're from and then state your problem. Okay, so So we'll go ahead with Vicki. Vicki, are you ready, boo? I'm ready. All right, where you calling from, Vicki? I'm from Harlem. OK, Harlem. Harlem. I love how y'all talk. Yeah, we talk a little hard. I know. I love that shit. I love it. I've been trying to get you at the Apollo. That's my backyard. I want to see you in the Apollo. That's my dream. I'm going to do that. The City Winery was just so nice when we came through there. I was like, I got to do the City Winery. So the Apollo is legendary. You got to come up to Harlem. We love you up here. Okay, all right, I got you, baby. What's your question? My question is, I've been— oh, I know, for a long time, and I also have seen you open up about your personal life, have been when you was in the press and when you went through things, and how— and I'm going through maybe similar things you have been going through. I'm 35 at the moment, I have a 5-year-old, and you know, just being an adult, adult life and different things coming at me. And I also remember you saying that you went into Buddhism and it helped you in a lot of places. And I'm very open to different religions, you know, different things to take in. But I just wanted to know, what were some of the simplest steps after you realized that you was in that space and you was like, I can't be here no more, or I want different? What was the simplest things that help you get out of that spot? Because I feel like sometimes it's hard. You think that, you know, you think too hard, like, but the easiest things might could just get you up. So I just wanted to know what helped you get into the emotion of wanting to be better. Okay, so, all right, um, without you sharing, that is a good, good question. And you guys know I'm very honest about, you know, my struggles with depression in the past. Yes. Um, and I even had a bout of it after the trial, so, and it was about, it was like that, that suicide demon, you know. And, um, but I've since come out of that because I had tools that I had learned by doing therapy. And so therapy is number one. And I remember the first time I went to therapy, I didn't have the money, so I sought state aid therapy through the state, and they assigned me a therapist. Basically, they looked at my income and said, okay, based on your income, you qualify for this therapist. And so I went and I paid like $30 a therapy session, and they paid the rest, right? And I remember my first therapy session, I couldn't even look at her in her eyes. I was just my head was down the entire time. And it was like if she would have asked me one question, I just would have burst out in tears. That's how depressed I was. And this was in my early, early 20s, like 19, 20. I was working at Applebee's at the time, living in Columbus, Georgia. And, um, I remember her saying, okay, listen, now I am an advocate for medication if you cannot do your daily duties, right? Yeah. If you cannot get up and get your kid ready or clean your house or wash yourself or feed yourself or cook, then you may need some, some help to say, okay, let me level my brain chemistry out so that I can fix myself. And I did that for 6 months. So when she suggested that she put me on a drug, I believe it was called Lexapro if I'm not mistaken, and she said Listen, because the brain is electricity, it's going to feel like for the first 6 weeks, your brain is being electrocuted. She said, please do not stop the medication. Please. It's firing cells because your brain is asleep. Pretty much. You want to sleep all day. You don't want to do nothing. Your brain is asleep. Oh, he's so cute. And so she explained it to me in a way where I got it and I listened to her. And she said, and after 6 weeks, You're going to come in and we're going to start your therapy sessions, but I really need you to stick to this medication. And I said, no problem. And I did what she said. So after 6 weeks, I was able to look her in her eye and I felt for the first time in like 2 years normal. I was like, oh, shit. And when she was asking me to talk about this stuff, I was like, I don't need to talk about nothing. I'm good. I just need to go to work. She was like, no, no, no, no, no. Your brain is working fine now. We got to talk about this. And so I remember her working with me for 6 months, and then after 6 months, she slowly weeded me off of it because it— my brain just needed firing. It really did. It's electricity, you know what I'm saying? And so I wasn't eating right, I wasn't exercising, I definitely wasn't getting the vitamin D that I needed. I was not healthy. I came from a very impoverished background. Yeah, we didn't talk about him. Yeah, right. You see what I'm saying? Definitely, definitely. And this was a white lady, and you know how our community look at it. But I definitely believe in speaking to a different person that's not biased because I have been in therapy and stuff, and I felt the same way. I had to do a 6-week trial, like you said, to see where you're at and see who can help you. And it definitely helped me. And I'm at a point where now, like you said, I don't need to share or nothing. But I also feel like I still get back into those same things where I feel like I don't need to stop therapy yet. I need to know that I can definitely do it on my own. And then I feel like it's also not bad if I have to continue also, right? And why don't you help me? Here's the thing, your, your medication from a psychiatrist is just— it's not long-term unless you're diagnosed with some type of like lifetime disorder like bipolar, mania, schizophrenia. But generalized anxiety disorder or depression, that's just— you just need a little bump. That's what I felt. That's— I don't know. Yeah, yeah, you gotta, you gotta— this is for you to get your, your brain even so that you can receive and do everyday life. You're not getting scared. Your adrenaline, adrenal glands ain't— and cortisol levels ain't through the roof. Your, your blood pressure ain't up because your body is always in reactive mode. I got chills because you, you went through the same thing. Yes. That's why when I hear you speak about it, I'm glad that I was able to call in I was like, anytime I could talk to you, I would love to talk to you because I felt like what you were saying throughout every show, whenever you speak about it, I said I've been that girl. I'm there. I was her. I'm there, you know what I'm saying? So I really appreciate you for even sharing that with— no, anytime, anytime, anytime. And so, and I do want to point out because, you know, there's somebody said alcohol and drugs will solve your mental issues. Stop. Oh no, I don't know who this person is. Uh, yeah, we're not even going that route. We're not even going that way. I don't even know why they— yeah. So here's the thing. Um, so yes, you're, you're going to need that. And your therapist, not your psychiatrist, but your therapist is your support. It's like your mentor online. Yeah. Do you understand? So sometimes y'all may be talking for weeks at a time. Other times you may go a month without talking, but that doesn't mean you stop therapy. Okay. Don't feel bad because I do have weeks where I was like, I don't feel like sharing. That's fine. Okay. But you know what? But if you go in there And that's where the medication comes in. If you go in there and balance it out, yeah, it'll balance it out. Don't you notice every time you go to therapy you leave feeling better? Yeah, oh definitely. Even if I don't want to do it, it's sort of like when you go to go to the gym. You hate getting up to go, bro. Like today, damn, I gotta go to the gym. Shit, I got other things I could do, but the gym is for my mental, physical, spiritual, everything well-being, right? So once I get in there, I'm game on. I'm here. I'm here. I got to do the work. You ain't going to just walk out. You see what I'm saying? And so it makes you feel better. So it's just about you getting the help to get up, to get you into those spaces that you need. And then you get the advice and the support that you need from whoever your chosen therapist is. And that's how you do it. You sound really good now. The fact that you're able to even call in and ask. Shows that your depression is not as deep as it is. No, and I also respect you, so I feel open. And even, even if we wasn't even on the— on YouTube, I would love to even talk to you. You feel open? Your spirit was not open enough to talk to you. Like, if I saw you anywhere, I would open up to you. So I'm glad. No, anytime. Speak to you anytime. I love you too. And like I said, I spent all weekend cleaning out my chakras, like for real. I was like, I got to be all clean. I learned about that too because become an adult, because they don't teach you that in the Black community. They don't teach you about— they teach you in a different negative way. They have to throw it at you, but it's really a thing. Spirits, emotion, vibrations. But I really appreciate it. Very real. Very, very real. Anytime. Any— did I answer your question? No. Yes, definitely, because you basically shared more about, you know, your personal life and how you started. And basically, I'm on the track of what you started with, and hopefully I— well, I know I will. I'm not going to say hopefully. We're putting in definitely. I will get there. So I really appreciate that. And a lot of things too will go easier if you balance out your diet. So less grains. If you can do a paleo diet, that's the biggest thing. Write that down. Even if you do it for a week, right? And then you, you paleo for a week or two, and then you're going, I'm gonna splurge today. Then you go back on the paleo. Them grains, grains. I got the winos right now on a fast. They— the grains, when I tell you it makes you crazy in the brain, it's like a sugar overload. You got grains, you got alcohol, you got sugary drinks, you got all types of stuff, and it's like it needs to come out. It got— it's got to come out. So some— sometimes you got to detox what you eat, and then it'll cause you to have anxiety, it'll cause you to have depression because the way your body is, isn't, you know, basically, uh, breaking it down. Yeah, your body never forgets it. You're right. Exactly, exactly. So just look into, into that too, okay? I sure will. Thank you so, so much. No problem, no problem. Okay, all right, we're gonna do a question. We're gonna do a question. Remember, guys, work— you guys can call in. There are people waiting backstage. Uh, Talks with 2K is next. Chica, you're next. Lola, you're next. And JH Pharaoh, you're next. So stay right there, okay? Please make sure your microphones work. Guys, this is happy hour. This is not celebrity gossip. You guys get to call in, ask your questions. I don't care about views. I don't care about trending. I don't care about none of that stuff. This is all about us. This is our session as women and as men to help one another and to help provide advice. And so we need your advice in the comments, okay, uh, to help as well too. Because like I said, I'm not a certified professional. I'm not a doctor. I just got experience on life. Okay, and don't make me go get the life coach certificate. I can get AI to get me one. Okay, don't play with me. All right, so this is happy hour. Email me unwindwithtashak@gmail.com. Okay, so real quick, so these are some questions from last week. All righty, next question. All right, Tasha, I'm, I'm Gloria, age 33 with 3 kids. I was in a car accident at 21, and as a result, I had left my— it had left my leg amputated. It was so bad that I was placed in an induced coma for 2 months. I'm sorry about that. Oh, in '21, in 2021, not at 21, in 2021. So she got 3 kids. Okay. It was so bad that I was placed in an induced coma for 2 months. I had a TBI, colostomy bag, a trachea in my throat, and all. Also, my right knee is fractured as well, so I can barely walk far again. It was horrible. My sister contacted a lawyer that I once had, and he came to help me settle my case. Remember, I had a TBI, so my thought process was a bit delayed. My question is that even if I signed to settle, can I reopen my case? I was paid under $90,000 and I did buy a house and a car, but my house needs work done. It's got to be something I could do. Any advice? Unfortunately, no, because it's a settlement. And, uh, I think you should have probably taken it further, but you can't. You accepted the money, you used the money, you bought a house. It's unfortunate what, what's happened to you, you know, because you have 3 kids and you got things that need done. But, um, you know, I don't know how— what your mobility is, but it sounds like your, your brain works really good, and it sounds like that you could do a hustle online. Okay, and get you some extra money. So what I'm going to challenge you to do is to not, uh, because although this is tragic, being in a car accident and, and, you know, having your left leg amputated, but you still have your, your brain and your other ligaments. You got 3 kids you got to provide for. Things are going to get tougher now, um, as inflation goes on. And so I would challenge you to put your talents and your passions to work. Like, I don't care if you got to sell snacks out your house. I don't care if you got to, you know, I don't know, be a virtual assistant. There are things that you can do to make extra money in order to get these things done. Okay, baking, cooking, selling plates, something. Okay, um, but unfortunately, no, you won't be able to do this. Okay, all right, um, that's my advice to you. Thank you so much for writing in. Okay, all righty, up next is Talks with 2K. What's going on? What's up with it, my love? How you? I'm fantastic. Uh, so where you calling from? Uh, Dallas by way of Mississippi though. Okay, cool, cool, cool. What's your question? Okay, so, uh, we got kind of like a similar show, right? But mine is more like based on like local stuff, right? My thing is, how can I increase my turnover Like with the story, I pay, I pay and everything, but like I'm having like a hard time increasing my story load. Like I see like hot stories out there, but it's hard for them. Well, it's hard for me because they don't be really knowing who I am. And I got like a region like where I'm popping it, but I'm trying to step out my region and increase my visibility. So you want to know how to increase your engagement? Not engagement, uh, like how to convert more, like on stories. Like, was it ever a time for you where like people wouldn't give you the story you wanted? Like, let's say Charleston White had something going and they skipped over Tasha K and went to blah blah. Okay, so you're asking about— this is more along the lines of YouTube consultations. And I would have to look and kind of deep dive into what you got going on in order to answer that question. I can't answer that right now because I would have to look at exactly what you're talking about. Okay, well, my second question, how much is a mentorship? That you'll email me for. It depends on how much you need. Okay. Okay. Because it may be something that I may be able to answer with one call, or maybe something that I may need to work with you on. So Um, just email me unwindwithtashak@gmail.com and, uh, we'll go from there. Okay, too easy, love. All right, no problem. Thank you. All right, no problem. All right, we'll take another question. Chica, let's go! How you doing? Hi, Chica. Girl, I'm so sorry. Girl, girl, I'm so sorry. Let me get it together. Okay. I had it all in my head what I wanted to say to you. Oh my God, it's okay, it's okay. Jacksonville, Florida. Duval. Shout out to Duval. My sisters live out there. Look, you done reposted me for my birthday. I am so obsessed with you on, on social media. I'm always— I got my page cooked for defending you, girl. I got it, baby. Oh no, don't do that no more. Don't do that no more. I know the winos. Yeah, so what's your question, baby? Okay, so I have a foundation for, um, moms with autistic children because of the, um, what I went through with my son. And I saw how hard it was to be able to take off work a lot to get them the therapy they need because they don't really want to diagnose our kids, or they want to try to put them like in the bad section of the school because of, you know, whatever their struggles is. So, okay, um, my biggest issue is I want to do everything myself because I don't want to ask people to help, but I know that's not how you get a charity going. I just don't know how to go about, um, asking people. Like, I don't know, I don't know how to get that part of it going. So what I've been doing a lot is like working a lot and putting my own money into into it. So what I want to do is every month I give like a mom whatever, it's up to $150. So whatever you make that day and you take that time off to go get your child like the therapy they need, or, um, go to the school to try and get them IEP and the 504 plans and stuff like that, because it takes a lot of time. Like you really have to keep going to the school. Like they do, they don't make it easy for you at all. But because I had the support of my husband, I was able to do it. But a lot of moms I can't do it, but I know I can't do it by myself. And people are telling me that you're supposed to get people to— Do you have a 501(c)(3)? No. Okay, so you're, you're doing a charity without it being, uh, you know, legalized as a charity. So which means like donations that you take, you're— or donations that you give, you're going to pay taxes on that. Like, it's the benefits. So, you know, I went through this with my sister. My baby sister has a nonprofit out there in Jacksonville as well. It's called Mommy 2/4's Partum. And the one thing that I see a lot when it comes to even her and just other people who start nonprofits, especially in the Black community— and it's like, we get it right when it comes to the Black church because the Black church is a nonprofit. They're always registered nonprofits. They understand the, the, the components surrounded around it when it comes to this is for the people. So the people donate and we have a place here where they can come and they can fellowship and things like that. Your nonprofit is not about you, okay? It's about the kids. It's about the autistic kids, which I think that's an amazing thing that you're doing. But you only can go so far. Do you know how many people will want to help you if you just had your business together? You go, you get you a 501(c)(3), and then you put it together, and then you can go to schools, you could go to parents, you can hold meetings, you can even start in your son's school, uh, organization just for the kids. And other parents, other businesses, hospitals, doctors, they will all pay you. They will give you the money so that you could do this on a bigger scale. But you got to get your own emotions out of it, okay? Because there are people that do need your type of support. But if you're— like I told my sister personally, and she's got— she's got that big time. It took a while, took like 3 years for me to get her to understand this. Is this nonprofit about you making a difference, or is it about the community being able to make a difference? Because a lot of people, they do these nonprofits and then they want these awards and stuff like that. They want to be seen. This is what I do. It's kind of like a social, like, kind of climbing status. A lot of people do it. They do it to socially, socially climb, and that could be misconstrued that way. But when you got— I don't know who the main hospital out there And I'll never forget, they wanted to give my sister like almost $100 grand, but she didn't have her 501(c)(3), all because she was saying, well, I don't want it to seem like I'm taking the money or, you know, doing that. And I'm just like, that's what I said. I don't want to— who is it about? Is it about you? Is it about the kids? Right. And we need organizations like yours. I would love to donate to organizations like you are, but I'm not going to do it until I see that paperwork. Okay. Because true enough, we would rather give the money to you so that it lowers our tax liability and we can feel good that we're actually helping the community without actually having to be there. We get entrusted with organizations like you. Unfortunately, the church hasn't been doing a very good job at that lately, you know, because it used to be back in the church, we could go there and get groceries. We can go there and get financial literacy. We can go there and have people watch our kids. You know, we can go there and get our bills paid. We can go there and get counseling without being manipulated and into sucking dick. You understand what I'm saying? We can do that, but it has gotten so far away from that. The church was built for the community in order for the community to come here and get a plate, get, get some bill assistance. But now it's all about their luxury houses, cars, books, that the, the pastors are just becoming the celebrities. And we've gotten away from that. And so that's why a lot of people are, are opting out of that way. So like You just have to figure out, is this for me or is this for my son and other people like him? It's for them. I just gotta— okay, I gotta get out my own way. Yes. Yeah, get the 501(c)(3) ready and you will be able to draw a salary from that. We expect you to get paid for your work going out here holding seminars, getting babysitting services for, for people who need— who have autistic kids who don't have time. That's what I want to do. I want to do transportation for the mom. Moms that, you know, they don't have transportation. I used to be at the school and I used to be seeing moms leave and crying. I used to want to try to tell them what to say. They didn't know what to say. Like, everybody's like, how you get all them services for your kids? Because I didn't stop. I knew what to say. And I just want to tell them what to say and what to do to get what I got for my son. It's just that, you know, I don't— you don't get a lot of support. From your own people. And I don't like— you do if you have your business together. You do if you have your business together. And I want to say this to you. I want to say this to you because I was talking to my hairstylist today, and boy, boy, boy, was we having a thick conversation, okay? We got to get out of that, that, that branding, because they branded our people for a long time, that we were lazy, we didn't want to help each other, we didn't want to do this. But when you look at how, um, cultures are built up— the white culture, Black culture, Asian culture— we all help each other in our own way. But we as a Black culture have never had anybody in our business. Like, we have had the most races in our business than we've been in our own business, and they've kind of destroyed the way that we do things. We are very family oriented, we are very culturally centered. We want to help, we want to support, and I can't sit up here and tell you we don't because look at where I am, right? You understand what I'm saying? Look at where I am. So like, we got to get out of that mind frame that we don't want to help each other. We just want to make sure that your shit is together. My best friend owns houses in Seattle, Washington, and she is a 501(c)(3). She also draws a salary. She's able to employ her Kenyan friends. I mean, her Kenyan friends that come from Kenya and they have a hard time getting jobs based on them not speaking English. She puts them through CNA school and they come in these houses and they help autistic children transition into adulthood. And so the parents can finally get a break, right? When I tell you she making bank. That's not— that's what I'm doing wrong then. I don't, I don't think I set it up right. Like, I just got like an EIN. Um, yeah, she making— she killing it. And it's— yes, it's about them, you know, she got to pay her bills, but she don't live no luxurious life. This girl got a brick house, a brick and brick house with 3 bedrooms, one level, ranch style. She don't live no luxurious life, but she makes a lot of money. But she, she literally goes into the hospital, goes into the schools, and she talks to the parents and she say, hey, we are a transitional house that can help you to, you know, basically you come see your child, we're going to take care of your child. She's had no complaints. She's been doing this for 15 years. And our nurses are there to help them take their medication, get on the bus. We have buses to take them to work, bring them home. We help them get jobs. And it allows the parent to finally be free. Yeah, because it's a burden. So you really gotta— you gotta find a mentor. And if you want me to put you in contact with her, I can. Please. Let me tell you something, you're a workaholic now. She ain't gonna be dealing with no, no tears and stuff. She real hardcore. She think like a dude. I'm with it. I'm with it. You know what I'm saying? Okay, cool. I know that's why I miss my mama, because that was my biggest— she didn't play none of this. And I, I thought I need that. Right, right. So don't, don't worry about that. You got this. And stop crying. You got— was you crying? Yeah. I don't know why you crying for a job like you do. You're using your life. I want it so bad. I really want it. I want it really, really bad. Yeah, see, I— and I get that because when I want something real bad, I get mean. I really do. I get mean as fuck. Like, even Jasmine be like, whoa. I'm like, just stay out of my energy right now. I'm conjuring. Yeah, I could get like this. I'm head focused, okay? I get really mean. Some people cry, so I get that. Yeah, you're bringing it apart, you're putting it in your subconscious, so you're good. But thank you so much. Anything else you want to ask before we move on to the next question? So much. I love you so much. I love you too. Anytime, anytime. All right, so real quick, after the break we got a messy question, guys, that somebody wrote in, okay? They said they recently went on a cruise with my uncle's wife and aunt-in-law, and this was her first cruise. And I normally travel alone, but she asked if I could come on the trip, so I added her. And on the trip, while I was sitting in the other party, she was very talkative— hold on for a second— and introduced herself. I don't know, it's really messy. Okay, it looks like it's messy. All right, um, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Oh, oh, it's messy. So Auntie— aunt-in-law was married— is married to her uncle, and aunt-in-law went and spent the night with a couple that she met on the cruise boat. Y'all keep, keep it on. Make sure y'all like. Y'all wait backstage. So we got J. Pharrell. Didn't we just talk to Sheikah Jasmine? Whoever we talked to, drop them down. We got Siobhan, we got Lola, and we got Courtney. Okay, all right, so President Donald Trump, we dropping you down. We're not doing no trolls today, okay? So Jasmine, kick them out, okay? All right, cool. This is a serious show, so this is messy. And, Charles, why don't you just do something that you actually enjoy doing? Okay, everybody ain't got a nigga that's paying all they bills like you. Obie asked if he could stay for a couple of weeks just so he can save money for his shop. I promise you won't even know he's here. Please tell me you are not still lusting over your best friend's boyfriend. He's not checking for no dudes, he's just checking for me. Deja Simmons, show us what you got. What are you doing in Atlanta? You're on business, Deja. What did he really expect though, for you to just fall over for him? I want to be done with him. I would love to invite you out for some food. How about now? Cheesy. A blind man can see how much that boy like you. I'm really grateful to have you in my life, Jaz. How long were you and Quentrell together for? I do not have any romantic feelings for Quinn. I needed you! I seen you at the DoubleTree. You a liar! What you want me to do now? So stay tuned, TashaKLive.com. Yeah, China's kids were taken away for, for her locking them in a closet, depriving them of food, and they had to eat their feces. It's all in the CPS report. Cooking with Chyna. Anyway, all right, let me go ahead to this messy question. Remember guys, if you want to write in, please unwindwithtashakay@gmail.com. It's coming right to me, or you can hit the link, uh, and call in as well. You don't have to show your face, you can be anonymous and, uh, state your question. Okay, remember, no YouTube stuff, no I love you. I love you guys too, okay, but we got people that are really seriously here that want advice. Okay, J. Pharrell, you're next. Siobhan, Courtney, and Lola. Okay, uh, so this question is messy. Hi, Tasha. I recently went on a cruise with my uncle's wife, aunt-in-law. This was her first cruise, and normally I travel alone. Okay, but she asked to come on the trip with me, so I added her to the reservation. On the trip, while sitting next to other parties, she was very talkative, and she would introduce herself as half Chinese. Okay, half Chinese, half Indian, married to a Black man. Okay, okay, all right. So, uh, which is— okay, so she would say she was very talkative and she would introduce herself, uh, as half Chinese, half Indian, married to a Black man, which is my uncle. Initially, I thought nothing about it. But every time we met people, this was her same presentation. So she's letting people know, I'm married to a Black man, but this is what he likes. Okay. Furthermore, she would tell me she was leaving the table to go to the bathroom or change her shoes and never return to the dining room or join me for a show or karaoke. She did this every night. On port days, she would leave the ship on her own, leaving me confused as to what was going on. Even on days we had planned excursions. I have considered talking to my uncle about how she referenced him, and also to her about how she ditched me every night. She even revealed to me that she left me to hang out with a couple after she left me at the dinner table still eating my meal. Please advise if I should talk— speak on this because it bothered me. I found her actions disrespectful. It depends on how much you like the uncle. It depends on how much you like the uncle. I don't know, I would say something. Have you talked to her about it? I mean, have you talked to her about it? Obviously this is his trophy wife, that's why she feels compelled to do the Bryson McKnight wife thing, you know what I'm saying? Because you know his wife is— she always out here, you know. Um, they said no, that's his queen, he will turn on you. Yes, and Nia, Nia, thank you. I was gonna say that too. Uh, how much you like your uncle? Because this will affect y'all relationship because you really don't have any proof as to what would happen, although it was very odd that she went on a cruise with you and left with couples. But in the words of Tasha K, I'm telling. If it were me, I'm telling. I'm telling it all, baby. I'm at the family reunion. Hey, why don't you tell my uncle about that couple you met that you spent the night with? That's me. I'm fucking up the whole family reunion. That's me. Oh, yes. Oh, yes. Oh, yes. But you may be better than me. Okay, next person. Jay Pharrell, come on in here. Jay, are you ready? Jay Pharrell, are you ready? Your volume is not on. Can you turn your— we got to hear your voice before we bring you up, Jay. I see you moving back there, JH. What we doing? 5, 4, drop them down. Siobhan, how you doing? Hi, can you hear me? Yes, where you calling from? I am calling from Toledo, Ohio. I'm sorry, I don't really want to be in the camera because I just woke up, but And I'm sorry, you want us to just drop you down and hear your voice? Yeah, that would be nice. You can see me, right? Real quick, before you talk, guys, the link is open. The link is open. You guys can hit the link. Moderators, are you sharing the link? It's pinned in the chat. You guys can hit the link if you have a question, okay, about anything. You can stay anonymous if you want, all right? And also write in unwindwithtashak@gmail.com. Y'all thick with these questions today, all right? So All right, so I guess y'all want me reading today. That's fine. All right, Shavon, where you calling from? I am calling from Toledo, Ohio. Philly to Ohio? No, Toledo. Toledo. Toledo. Okay, Toledo. All right, shout out Toledo. What's your question? Um, my question— yeah, hello? Okay. Yeah. Okay. My question is, do you know of any good manufacturer for clothes? I have a brand that I got trademarked. It's called Sinner's Have Souls. It's also going to be trademarked in media. So the first step is to just like, I need a manufacturer that I be able to deliver the thoughts that's in my head. For, you know, like the designs. So you, you trying to start a clothing line from scratch? Uh, yeah, but yeah, yep, yep, exactly. Do you know how to sew? No, I don't. Well, how do you expect to design a clothing line from scratch? I mean, like a man, you're manufacturer, I give you my ideas and, you know, you bring them to life. Like, uh, you gotta, you gotta design them, you have to put them on sketches and you have to send them off. Do you know a manufacturer that, that would be, you know, a good one? I know, I know plenty, but they don't talk to you unless you got a budget because they're, you know, you gotta have a big budget for this because you're creating concepts from scratch. It's not like you're buying clothes that they already made and putting them on a website. So that's a whole nother ballgame. Okay, well, how is this one? Hire a designer, some— a sketch artist to get your sketches together, trademark your business like you said you were doing, and then you guys are going to seek a company outside of the country that's going to make those clothes. And then you gotta buy those clothes in bulk and sell them. Yeah, because like I've been on like Alibaba because I want my logo and stuff on there, you know what I'm saying? Like as far as like printing on there and, um, uh, embroideries and stuff like that. Okay, so yeah, so you can do that too with companies already in China that have and Pakistan and India that have clothes, and they'll say, where do you want your logo? And you can put your logo on there, and then you create a website and sell them. So you're gonna have to get on Alibaba, subscribe— there's a subscription— and then you will go through and find manufacturers that you want to do business with. And make sure you put in private label, private label clothing manufacturers, private label. Okay, okay. I just thought you knew a good one who wanted to help change the world. You mean somebody free or something? What you mean? No, not free, but somebody who wants to, you know, um, that you know that is good, who can produce. I have the money, I have the resources. Or maybe get into business. Somebody who wants to leave an impact on the world because it's a positive message. I'm not like, you know, like trying to just push like a crazy brand that advocates violence. I'm really like— so are these— is this motivational wear that you're doing? It is, it is. Okay, so then get on Printify, P-R-I-N-T-F-Y. They will take your designs, put them on the shirts, clothes, sports bras, everything, and they'll sell— you can sell them through their website. Okay, and do you think Printify quality is good? You think it's very good? It's very good. I've seen it. Okay, okay, okay, that was my question. Thank you. No problem. Good luck. Yeah, thank you. Okay, all right, bye. Y'all, hell, what you talking about? Like she about to rate it? Y'all are hell. I can't take y'all serious at all. Okay. We're going to take one more question before we read, and then HQ, you're backstage. Dr. Oya, uh, you're backstage. Now, Dr. Oya, listen to me now, child. I don't want to have to drop you, okay? I know who you are and everything, and I'm gonna give you a chance to come up here and talk, but please have your question together, okay? Dr. Oya, all right, and Coco. All right, so Coco, uh, Courtney, come on up here. Courtney, where you calling from, baby? Hi, I'm calling from Charlotte, Charlotte, North Carolina. Shout out to Charlotte. You didn't come to the show? I was gonna try to, Tasha, but you already know it's a whole lot, a whole lot of going on. Whole lot, a whole lot of what, child? What, you couldn't get away? I cannot believe it. How are you? I'm good, I'm good, I'm good. What's your question? Okay. I have a nonprofit that I, um, I want to start. I'm a veteran and it's veteran forward, you know, and I just— I'm, I'm in the real country. I don't know exactly how to get started, but I do have a nonprofit idea. You want to share the idea? Oh, I'm sorry, it's called Battle Forward. Um, it's for helping veterans who are just, um, transitioning out of the military. So anybody who has went and served and who was trying benefits or who was waiting served and couldn't, you know, do what they needed to do. Anybody that's waiting served in general, I want to help, especially African Americans. So just being a veteran, I've seen a big need for faces that look like mine to help the people who look like me who are also in the military. And that's just what I want to do. Financial, mental health, stuff like that. Kind of like what the VA does, you know what I mean? And I just, I don't know how to get started. So do you have a 501(c)(3)? I don't. Okay, so you have to research, um, and you can get this on Google, you can get this on ChatGPT. You're gonna have to say, what steps do I need to take in order to create a nonprofit in the state that you're in? And that's usually obtaining a 501(c)(3). Okay, you have to keep up with it. I, uh, you said you were in Charlotte, so I don't know the laws of the state of maintaining a 501(c)(3) there. I know Florida, it's very different. Every state is different. And once you do that, you can start offering your services, which it sounds more like consulting, right? Most, mostly, yes. You know, just, I just want to be able to support veterans in all aspects. Like I said, it's just now I'm, I'm just trying to get it together at the beginning stages. I heard you mention mirror, mirror businesses, like speaking to other people who are. Yeah. So you got to speak to other men. You got to research who's doing what you're doing. Consultations for veterans and things like that. And you have to figure out how are you going to afford this because it's not cheap. You can't leave your job and come work nonprofit and not get paid. So how are you going to plan on making money? Are you going to ask for donations from the community so that people can say, hey, this is where my money is going to help support? It's kind of like, you know how they say Big Brother? Sponsor a veteran. OK, OK, you know, so I would do a sponsor a veteran program. This idea is just coming off the top of my head and a person like me could like sponsor a few veterans and we pay you to help them to transition and get apartments and get the healthcare and things and, you know, therapy and stuff that they need. OK, yes ma'am. Thank you so much. OK, anytime, anytime. And I hope you don't follow back up whenever you get started. Yes, ma'am, definitely. Thank you. No problem. Thank you. I wish you the best. I love it when we come on here just in our natural state. Child, y'all better not ever say nothing about nobody coming on here, nobody, because I come up here with my durag on. Don't play. We Black women, we come as we are. Okay. All right, so we got another question. I see you backstage, HQ. I see you backstage, uh, Keko, uh, Keko B. Stay tuned, guys. The link is open, it's pinned at the top. If you have a question that you want to ask, you don't have to show your face, it could be your voice. Uh, please hit that link and just wait patiently backstage. I'm gonna get to you. Or you can write in, we got a lot of write-ins, unwindwithtashak@gmail.com. And whatever we don't answer today, I will try to answer on Thursday. I'm gonna try to come back and do this twice a week. Okay, all right, so it goes, uh, hold on, hold on. When I met my ex— this is completely anonymous, okay— when I met my ex, we were both into spirituality, tarot cards, crystals, meditation, energy and frequencies, Buddhism, etc. We both had issues, but I, I felt on my end I was doing my best to better myself while he never really made the efforts to get help he needs. And over time, what was a magical, wonderful, loving relationship became an absolute misery for me. He ended up moving in with me and we struggled to pay bills, even though it should have been easy considering there's two of us and one rent. I see that now. But after we decided to get a place of our own and moved again and everything changed, our whole relationship was just survival mode. And he didn't make it any better by being negative all the time. I eventually broke it off because he ran out of money and I refused to be the only one working and paying bills. This was almost 2 years ago, but since then— hold on for a second. Hey guys, every time y'all talk down there, y'all come in there loud, it interrupts my thoughts. I'm not trying to be funny, but you guys know I'm doing a show. Sorry. Okay, this was almost 2 years ago, but since then, weird things keep happening to me. And even though I left him, I was happy and content with that decision. Regardless of what I do, it's hard to get over it. Okay, hold on for a second. So you eventually broke it off, you ran out of money. That's what I'm— you broke it off because he ran out of money. And I refuse to be the only one working and paying bills. Good job. This was almost 2 years ago, but since then, weird things keep happening to me. And even though I left him and I was happy and content with that decision, regardless of what I do, it's hard to get over it. Recently, I recently lost friends due to them acting funny, and I just want to focus on money making so I don't have to rely on the relationship. He mentioned playing with black magic and casting spells on people and organizations, but I wouldn't think he would do that to me. Do you have any experience with an ex or anyone doing witchcraft on you, or how do you break out of it? Child, y'all was doing energy synergy together, okay? So here's the thing, you them tarot cards and crystals and meditations, the, the, the, the, um the damn near homelessness, the brokenness financially, mentally. Y'all were two, uh, uh, match— matches made in heaven— hell, sorry. Okay, I'm just being honest. You came together with your shit, he came together with his shit, and negative out of negative cannot create positive. It creates more negative. And then you let the man nut in you and talk down on you for 2 years. You don't just come up out of that like that. That's it. That's embedded in your genealogy. You let that man come in you, girl, and then you accepted it. Y'all prayed together. Y'all did this witchcraft together. And Buddhism ain't got nothing to do with this here. Buddhism is meditation. The crystals and tarot cards, that's a whole different shit. I don't know what the hell that is, okay? I've been Buddhist for almost 20 years. Now, your heart ain't got killed. I won't do no crystals or nothing. None of that stuff. I don't know what the hell you was chanting, a conjuring in your spirit. Now, y'all talking about eating the cats. And so basically, even though he has left, his spirit is still in you and on you, and it surrounds you. That's why your friends don't want to fuck with you. Because even though he gone, You still— everything that was about him, that negative energy, is still there. It's still there. So you're gonna have to somehow, some way figure out whatever your religion is, because it sounds like you don't have one. It sounds like you just tapping into everything, anything and everything that works. You have got to find something that you can focus— first of all, it's got to be God. It's got to be God. Find a, a spiritual practice that focuses on God. Just like we have different realms of Christianity— Christianity, Mormonism, all of them— they all believe in God, all, all of them. But they may not be for you the way they practice. So it may be a different, you know, just kind of leg of it. But baby, you, you, you know, just because he ain't paying— yeah, survival. Y'all got to be careful too, like, you know, who you come together with. That's why I don't believe in meeting people at church or meeting people in therapy sessions. Like, we're both alcoholics, so we both alcoholics, and you decide to relapse. I'm still an alcoholic, we drinking together. Y'all can't do that. You cannot do that. You have got to fix yourself first. Before you invite somebody else's mess in. And then you won't invite nobody mess in because you're fixed. So you didn't feel like you— the reason you found that attractive is because you were everything he was. So to put that on him, talking about, oh, he was always negative, broke all the time, I was the only one working— so were you. Broke people entertain broke people. Negative energy entertains negative energy. You weren't no different than this man. You were the female body of his male presence. Don't be like, that sounds like Scorpio over Pisces. My husband's Scorpio, I'm Pisces, baby. We ain't got none of this going on. What the hell this is? So yeah, you recently lost friends, so Um, no, I, you know, I'm sure there's people that have tried to do things to me, but they can try, but I keep myself clean. I don't engage, and when I do get caught up engaging, I really quickly back up because it's going nowhere. So that's my thing. You have got to forget your friends, forget that man. You got to re-synergy yourself. And focus on God and what it is that you want to do and, and building yourself up, period. Don't worry about what your friends think right now. It doesn't matter. You got to focus on yourself, okay? Moving on. Yeah, leave Pisces out of it. We good. Now, the Pisces men may be a little problematic, but the women, we got our shit together, okay? HQ, how you doing? Where you calling from? I'm calling from Georgia. Shout out to Georgia! Georgia, Georgia! What's your question? I might have called on the wrong day. I was calling because I'm, I'm old and I didn't understand what the song, the, the, the Kendrick Lamar song was about, the Drake, and I didn't understand what that song was about. And people were saying that was that, and I was like, I don't even understand what he's talking about. And they, they have a beef. And I was like, a beef? What does that mean, a beef? What, what happened? Who fought what? So I was like, let me click Tasha's link and maybe Tasha can explain to me why the song was such a diss or whatever. And what is he saying? I don't understand what he's saying. You got grandchildren? Uh, they, they real young. They, they, they young. You got kids? How old are your kids? Yeah, but they, they older, but I don't— they across the world. So I don't really talk to them. Everybody's been following that beef, they'll tell you. I ain't talking about that today. We're doing like happy hour where people call in and they ask us questions about like, you know, what's going on personally, and they seek advice from us and from me in the chat. Okay, okay. But you got a son? Yeah, but he— he what? He listen to rap, right? Probably, but you know, they talk so weird, I don't understand them young kids. They be talking in slang, and I was like, just tell him to speak slow. So can I really ask you another, a different question then, if that's the case? It ain't got nothing to do with celebrity gossip, right? Oh no, no, no, no, no, no. Okay, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. My question is this: do you think it's right for a person that I'm dating to tell me that I can't have male friends? You're dating this person? Yeah, and they, they expressed that. That means you can't be friends with him because— are y'all married? No. No, then he's a friend, right? Right. Now, if he doesn't want you to have male friends, he needs to assume the position as a husband. Then you can give him that respect. But until then, he's a friend too. So I mean, I can't be friends with you. Oh, okay, okay. I guess I can put it that way. I guess I heard the— I heard it like 2 days ago and I was like, your options open, baby. Why am I gonna get rid of all my friends and you ain't gave me nothing to stand on? Oh, okay, okay. I can put it that way. I was like, I was like, you're jealous, you're insecure. And then I was like Which he is. That means that he sees something in you that he's— he thinking somebody else can come and enjoy, which they can, because that's not your man. Okay, okay. Hmm. We've been seeing each other for a minute, so I was like— and he know if he— if he coming out here with the ultimatums now and all that shit, then he need to— he need to put it on— he need to put it in black and white. Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, that makes sense. Okay, just put it just like that, just like that. You want to be— would it be somebody that you want to marry? Yeah, he's a nice person, except that was the weird thing that came out of it because he was trying to claim territory over a house that you haven't asked God that you could be the leader of. That's not his household. And you know, the other people that I spoke to at work were like gaslighting me, like, yeah, that's how all men think, that's how men gonna— yeah, you should— yeah, my husband think that way, but we married. So if you— if I— we ain't talking. I got one male best friend and he with my husband right now. They together right now. They both work for the company. Okay, okay. So I got male employees and stuff like that. There's no You know, no, I don't have male friends, no. But that's because he's my husband, right? Right. And he don't have female friends, so like, it is what it is. Like, oh, okay, you, you— hey, you don't want this, then I'm— look, I'm gonna keep my male friends because I just don't know what your intentions are with me. And you're somebody that I would love to marry, and I want to get married, but until then, there's no guarantee. And I'm not gonna get rid of my male friends until you put it on black and white that I need to get rid of them. That's that, that, that, that, you know, that oath before God. Do you? So stand on that. Stand on that shit. Okay, okay, okay. What if you want to leave though? What if he— so you got other male friends? Okay, okay. You ain't ugly. Can I say that? Can I say that? Yes. But what if you say, listen, listen, I want to give you that respect, right? You are somebody that I respect. However, I don't have a leg to stand on. Like, you want me to get rid of friends, but you're not my husband. Only my husband can make those kind of demands, okay? Not boyfriends. Boyfriend. Well, I haven't had the conversation again. We haven't revisited it, but I just wanted to get another another view, and I was thinking, yeah, that don't sound right to me for some reason, uh, but I wasn't saying no, you know what I'm saying? So I'll revisit it again. Okay, go ahead, baby. Thank you. All right, no problem. All right, let's get it. All right, all right, Shawna, you're next. Antoinette, Rita, Sasha, Paris, Rose. Remember, after this we're heading to Tasha www.tokaylive.com for an exclusive interview with Chrisean Rock's niece. Uh, and so it is her sister's baby, uh, one of 9, uh, that has spent her whole life in and out of CPS because her mama had the kids taken, had them taken because she wouldn't feed them, and they was eating their own shit. Okay, so yeah, we're gonna talk to the niece here. We got another question we're gonna read. Uh, you guys can call in, uh, the link is below. Okay. I mean, in the chat, and then I'm going to read a question. And then, yes, you guys got some really good questions for the most part. We getting into it because I know we've been out of happy hour for a minute, so give them time, y'all. Give them time. The lives to get back thick, they'll get back messy, but you know, we've been out the game for about 8 months, okay? So we gotta, we gotta get the word out again, okay? So give us some time. All right, give me just a second. Let me pull up a question. You guys are Are you guys enjoying yourself? Hit the wine glass if you're enjoying yourselves. Why no gang Facebook and YouTube? Hit the wine glass. Okay, uh, let's see, let's see, let's see, let's see, let's see. Okay, family issues. Long story short, from a woman named, uh, Lavi. Okay, long story short, my sister called CPS because she don't like the way my children are being disciplined. The case was closed. Just as quick as it opened. One of my kids told me she was the one who called. How should I deal with this? Keep her out your fucking house. Keep your sister out your fucking house. She overstepping her boundaries. She gonna— why would she call? And here's the thing, if she your sister and she cares so much about your kids, why not offer to step in and help take care of the kids? Why does she want the state to come remove your kids? So that means if she wants to go that far with the state trying to remove your kids, and obviously they didn't find any wrongdoing because the case was closed. Not everybody that gets a CPS call deserves it. So being that they closed the case, you need to close the case with your sister. Keep you out your fucking house and away from your kids. Why would she want to separate kids from their mama instead of saying, you know what, let me take the kids if they're getting too hard for you. Let me do this, let me do that. She don't want to— no, no, absolutely not. Moving on. You should. Okay, Antoinette, Antoinette, how you doing, baby? Where you calling from? I can't hear you, say something. Antoinette? Annette? Oh, hey, can you hear me? Good, how you doing? You called in with a question? Yes. I've been trying to reach out to you, um, in your chat a lot, and I wanted to ask you— I wanted to ask you, um, I wanted to, um, bring awareness to child, um, sexual abuse, and I wanted to ask you to be a sponsor because I watch your show all the time and I, um, heard your story. And plus, I, I was in foster care and I run a nonprofit for young mothers. Okay. And the Naziah Harris case really touched me, so I want to bring awareness in my, um, town that I live in, which is Minnesota. Okay. And I, and I was trying— I wanted to ask you if you would, you know, be a sponsor or— Okay, so I do do that a lot. So what you got to do is email me on whywithtashkay@gmail.com, put the specifics in there, let me see your 501(c)(3), because we will be saying, hey, we donated this to as a tax write-off. And yes, I'll be glad to help. Oh, thank you. I was like, okay, I will. All right, your email is in your— is the email down there? It's the, it's the channel name, unwindwithtashake@gmail.com. Real easy. Okay, all right, you're welcome. Bye. All right, Rita, come on up here. How you doing, Rita? Hi, Tasha. What's going on? Where you calling from? I'm calling from Tampa, Florida. Shout out to Florida. So what's your question? Why you in a red light, child? What you got going on in there? It's actually pink, but on camera it look red. Okay, okay. This seems a little moody, but okay. No, no, no, Valentine's Day coming early, starting early or something? Nah, nothing going on. But, um, I love you, Tasha, and I just wanted some advice. So, um, what's up? I love you too. I'm 24 years old and I don't live with my parents. Like, I moved out after I graduated college, but I still find myself like so worried about what they think. And like, like decisions that I would make like on my own, I find myself like second-guessing myself because I'm like, yo, what are your parents gonna think? Like, how are you gonna explain this to them? Like, For example, getting a tattoo or getting a piercing or getting a pet, like all these things would be an issue with them. So like, how do I transition from, you know, being so caught up on what they're thinking all the time to just living for myself? You won't, because you spent a quarter of your life already with them. So it's sort of like you grow up in a church and they indoctrinate they, you know, certain forms of a church, and they indoctrinate you. They indoctrinate you. And I don't see anything wrong with them not wanting you to get piercings and tattoos. What do you do for a living? I work in tech, like, uh, software development. Okay, so it doesn't require you to be around people? No, actually, I have the luxury of working from home. Okay. Um, will you ever have to work in an office one day? I did for a couple months, but, um, my company, they had like— they cut their money and stuff, and they were like, listen, if people can work from home, y'all gotta work from home. Okay, so here's the thing. So what if you do have to go back into the work field and, you know, you have to interview before people to get a— get a high-paying job because you went to college and everything, and, you know, you got— you want your degree. Um, do you have student loans or anything, or is your college paid for? I got like $5K to pay. That ain't nothing. That ain't shit, girl. I got people sitting out here on $200,000. Who paid for it, your mama? Them? I got a scholarship, so— Oh, that's what I'm talking about. Can you talk to Tantu, my daughter? Can I what? You talk to my daughter? For sure, for sure. She's trying to make me pay for this out of pocket, and I'm like, why should I have to? You're smart. She got the right places. I know, that's what I'm saying. I need you. I need your help. So can we mutually help each other? I'm gonna need you to email me you. Okay, all right, so here's the thing. Okay, cool. So, um, yeah, you— here's the thing, get your piercings, right? But get them where nobody can see them. But Tasha, those were just examples. Like, I'm not— I'm not actually thinking about that. Like, I don't have any tattoos. Like, I just have my ears pierced. But like, for example— well, go ahead. Like I mentioned, a pet. Like, my parents, they're Muslim, and in the Muslim tradition, like, you're not allowed to keep a dog in your house. So what? Yeah, that's the rules of mine. That's the rules of mine. Muslim parents, they African? Yeah, yeah. Oh Lord Jesus, why you ain't say that from the beginning, baby girl? Listen, what country are they from? They're from Somalia. Ah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Listen, listen, I wish I could help you here. But I can't. You know how close the family is, okay? As long as you do your dirt and you do it off social media, okay, and respect your parents— when you respect them, that's fine. But I'm glad that they put all of that in you, because now when you are making decisions, you kind of have that support to be like, you know what, if you got to think that, what will my parents say? Then you already know you're not supposed to be doing it. Now, I don't see anything wrong with a dog, but like, you know, me personally, but are you going to be fully committed to the dog? It's easy to say, yeah, I want to get a dog, but having a dog is like having a baby. Yeah, it's expensive. It's, you know. Yeah, yeah. Um, I, during COVID I got a cat and like my parents basically stole that cat from me. Like, they don't want me to take that cat with me when I move and stuff like that. So, so they have the cat at the house? Yeah, yeah, but they don't do animals. They do cats, but they don't do dogs. That's the thing. Okay, that's different. That's different. Okay, yeah. So basically you're trying to be grown, but you ain't yet. Sorry, repeat that. So you're trying to be grown. That comes with time. Yeah, that comes with time and with life experience. Right now you don't have enough life experience to be grown, so that's why you go and you reference your parents, because you haven't gone through a lot of the things that you're experiencing, and you're experiencing them on your own. And if you have a good support system and had good parents and a good upbringing, their voices are supposed to be in your head, especially positive ones. Now, if you were sitting here telling me that they were beating you down and talking shit and don't support you, that would be different. But these are just so that you make sound decisions before you make decisions. And I'm a parent, so I know. And I still reference to this day— I'm in my 40s— what my mama, my mama, daddy do. I promise you. So it'll take time is what you're saying? Like, yeah, yeah, it's gonna take time. And that's gonna come with life experience. So when you get out and get your own family, things like that, you're still gonna always need your parents. They're always going to be there. And I know you want so bad to be like, I want to do this on my own, but be thankful. One day you're going to look back on them and you're going to be like, thank you. No, I appreciate that, Tasha, because, you know, obviously all my friends, they're going to tell me what I want to hear. But no, I appreciate that. Yeah, they're just— their voices are there kind of as that, because, you know, you have a good voice and a bad voice. But your brain isn't all the way developed yet. You're under 25. Yeah. So, and then like, you know, when I was your age, I had a baby, you know what I'm saying? So I didn't know what the hell I was doing. And my best friend, she had two, so she helped me, you know what I'm saying? Because I was like, I ain't gonna raise them like how my mama raised them because she was whooping the shit out of us, you know what I'm saying? So like, I had to go and find a girl that was really good at being a mother to help me to be a mother because I didn't have because my mama went through her own stuff. The best mother then— I have a great mother now, but back then she was young. She had 3 kids before she was 20, and so that was a lot for her. She kind of— we were raised with her, so I'm only— my mom's only 16 years older than me. Yeah, yeah. So for you, yeah, like, that's just gonna come with time. And don't— and for your friends that don't have parents that support them, like, them, bro. Yeah, your parents trying to ensure your ass ain't on the first 48. You can get a job, you can take care of yourself, you ain't making no stupid decisions, all that there. So yes, they voice is going to be in you, and it should be, okay? Yeah, at least I'm not like these fatherless Chrishan Rocks, you know? Exactly, exactly. Because we about to do an interview with one of the, uh, niece uh, of Krishan, from Krishan's family, whose mother had 9 kids. And she don't know— the only thing she did is trash her mama in that interview. We were eating our own feces. Come on, girl. Like, whole family trashing each other. Horrible, horrible. But wait, you know, Tasha, I really wanted to watch the Trina ex-husband— her husband's ex. Yeah. Girl, that's $12. Can you lower it to $9? Child, we got bills to pay, and y'all get movies, documentaries, you get me, you get all that, okay? So I can't do that. You asking me to— I can't go back and roll it back. But I am gonna start doing free lives over there, okay? So I will start that. So just stay tuned for that, okay? Of course. All right, thank you so much, Tasha. Anytime. But if you want a tattoo or a piercing, just get it somewhere where nobody can see it. Of course. And I'm gonna email you for your daughter, tell her to go to school. Please. Thank you, thank you. All right, good night, y'all. Yeah, all right, good night. Bye. So I'm gonna finish up the, the callers that we have here, then we're gonna move on to tashaklive.com, uh, for our exclusive interview with Chrisean Rock's niece, Chyna's daughter, her sister, uh, and since Chyna out here— oh, I see all of these, and I'm gonna answer these on Thursday. Okay, so we're gonna go live on Thursday with happy hour only. Okay, and then I may do a free live on tashakelive.com following that. Okay, so, and then I want you guys to stay here because I got some stuff I got to show you guys before we end this live. Um, so yeah, stay tuned. All right, so, um, Sasha, what's going on? Sasha, where you calling from? Hey, Tasha. Hey, where you calling from? Georgia. Okay, shout out to Georgia. What's your question? So, Tasha, my question is health. Um, I have been dealing with stomach ulcers for like 4 years, and I'm not really sure like what's triggering them. So I was wondering what advice would you have to help with, with my episodes? Okay, so I'm not a doctor. However, we're just going to use some common sense here. Okay, so what was your— not that it's an issue, but what's your weight? Um, I am currently, uh, 253, but I am also 5'4", so I'm very overweight for my size. Okay, so that's problem number one, you have to lose weight. Uh, number two, how much, like, do you— so obviously you're not as healthy as you should be right now, right? Okay, um, so go ahead. I'm— I literally have started, I say within the last year, incorporating a lot more water in my diet. But it seems like the more— like if I drink a Coke or something after I've had a complete day of water, then I have an episode. So you— I haven't— and nobody knows this because I never talked about this— I haven't had soda since I was 19 years old. Oh, wow. I have not had any soda since I was 19 years old. The acidic levels and your diet is probably— is somebody in the background real quick? My son, he wants to say hey to you. Hey baby, how you doing? Say good. Good. Oh, he's so cute. Okay, cool. So, um, I don't think she needs a GI specialist so soon because this is all diet related. Okay, so one, you're overweight. Two, you eat a lot of fried foods and stuff like that. I do. I just cut pork out. All right, that— but you got fried foods, carbohydrates. Uh, french fries, things like that, onion rings, anything fried. Okay. Um, that's, that's hard because it causes acid in the stomach, uh, and in the digestive tract as well too. And then carbonated drinks, spicy things, and then you got to lose weight. Okay. So, and it doesn't matter, anything that you eat right now is going to cause a problem because you are not eating right. So you have to retrain your body on what to eat. So if I were you, I would start incorporating smoothies, no sugar. Okay, why are you waiting on my fast? What the hell? Um, I wasn't on your fast because my son just celebrated his birthday and I was so bad. So you, you do not have to participate. That's the thing too, like, y'all got to have— how old are you, baby? How are you, if you don't mind me asking? 32. Okay, so here's the thing. For years I made two separate meals, one for my husband, one for me, because my husband was not vegan. I was. Okay, just because there's a party going on doesn't mean you got to participate. You can, you can exercise some self-discipline and not eat those foods unless you are admitting that you have a food addiction. No, I don't have a food addiction. Okay, so it shouldn't be a problem for you to throw out some cupcakes, some wings, some hot dogs. And you not touch it and make you a separate meal. And if you do it by incorporating nuts, okay, like not salted nuts, not roasted nuts, raw nuts, because a lot of people think, oh, I eat peanuts, I'm good. But those nuts are fried. They got oil, they got salt on them. You don't want those kind of nuts. You want raw nuts. You can go and get them from Sprouts. You can go and get them from Publix. They have a raw nut section. Pecans, walnuts, almonds, things like that. Smoothies, green smoothies. You make your food ahead of time. You get full off that food. Okay? And then when you have the party, you're not craving that food. Okay? Okay? You have to diligently do this until you get into a routine. Your kids are going to want to be kids. I get that. But you can also incorporate some of your lifestyle into your kids' lifestyle too, so that they don't grow up with the same habits that you have. Right. Okay, okay, okay. All right, definitely do that. Thank you. No problem. Real quick, really good documentary, really good documentary. I gotta find it real quick. What is it called? It's the juicing documentary, y'all. What's that juicing documentary on the guy that was from Australia? Y'all know his name? What was it? Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead or something? You need to watch that, Sasha. This guy transformed all his GI issues, everything, with juicing. You may have to do that for about 6 weeks to reset your gut, your gut microbiome, your— decrease the acid buildup, all that sugar, and then lose some weight. And then now you know what's causing your GI issues. Okay, you don't want to wound up with stomach cancer, right? Okay, I'm definitely gonna check that out because I can't deal with this no more. Thank you. Okay, baby, no problem. All right, Paris, how you doing, baby? Where you calling from? Hi Tasha, can you hear me? Hello, hello, good. Hi, so there's a feedback. Hold on baby, there's a feedback. Okay, okay, okay, what about now? We're good, we're good. Where you calling from? Hi beautiful, I'm in Dallas. I moved to Dallas from Vegas like 6 months ago. Okay, shout out to Dallas. How you liking it? You know, I love it. I'm Wait, listen, and I live like in a popular area where all the who's who's and what's what, so I'd be like, okay, whatever. But, um, and I just applied to be a moderator too, by the way, so Peaches, I'm waiting for her to— but okay, I was on a, you know, I was, I was here. It's more of a comment and a compliment. Um, I just felt like the last show— I know we're not bringing this up, so I'm not gonna say no names— but I felt like the last, um, happy hour You was being critiqued a lot, and I don't think that you got your flowers enough for you, you know, obviously opening up your heart, running your business. But I feel like you don't get your flowers. Like, Tasha, you have 100% inspired me. You and another person. But seeing y'all take over, you know, y'all business, owning y'all intellectual property, you know, like, especially as a Black woman, like, has inspired me. One of my prayers has always been for passive and residual income to flow easily to me. And seeing your work inspired me to create Tubi movies. So I put some movies out. Congratulations. Thank you. So I'm going to be hitting you up to buy promo soon. And then I also want to know, because I own my intellectual property, I also want to know, like, what's the process of— I'm sorry, it's cold in here— what's the process of, um, you know, like, even putting my movie on your platform to stream it? I can email you. We got you. Okay, you got it. Yes. And congratulations, that's a big deal. Yeah, listen, it's a huge deal, and I'm so, I'm so happy. I'm so excited. And it's really a person that's like-minded like you, like a complete stranger, but just like that mentality of owning your own, you know, investing in yourself, you know, like a loss is not a loss, you just learn how to navigate it better. And I think that with that situation with, you know, old girl happening, I think that you are not getting your flowers enough to just like— you overcame it, you learn from it. It's a business. Like this woman, Tasha, is running a multi-million dollar business and we speaking it into existence. It's like, what? Like, come on now. I don't talk about it, I don't talk about it, but it's here. Come on. But I don't, I don't brag about that. But like, people were speaking from emotion, like, what you shouldn't have done. I'm like, baby, you can't get into a mind of a millionaire unless you are already a millionaire before you have the millions. Like, you don't know what it takes to take a loss, get back, build it back. Like, so you need your flowers, period, point blank. So, Tasha, thank you. I'll be 32 on the 17th of this month. And happy birthday. Thank you. I'm just so inspired by you. Keep going. Like, I've been watching you since Mohawk. And you know what's crazy? I found out about you through an old YouTube beef that you had with, you know, a male. Yeah. Oh yeah, we ain't gonna say, you know, no names. Okay. But he was talking so crazy about you that I had to say— I'm like, let me go find her. And I told them, haters do the work, right? Them haters do. Saying that, I've been subscribed ever since. I'm like, well, hold on, this is how me and my girls talk. So, okay, Tasha, thank you. Please don't stop. And I'm so glad that you were defeated. I'm so glad that, like, you have a sense of humor. I'm so glad that you're my collection. Like, I'm just so glad. Like, thank you so much, Tasha. That's all. Give you your flowers. And I want to give you your flowers too, because that's not easy to get the deals that you just got. So thank you. You know, that, that's big. That's big. That's big dick shit. Thank you. Look, so like, yeah, all right, that's, that's— I love that. So, um, yeah, but thank you. And like, heavy is the head that wears the crown. You know, I'm the one that they see all the time. I'm the one that they encounter all the time. So I'm going to naturally take the fall and the heat, which is cool, but I'm always in a learning phase, you know what I'm saying? And yeah, of course, I— this, this is an ego-driven business, so my ego does get the best of me sometimes, but I do dial it back down. Yeah. And know how to get grounded so that I can react to see things from a reality standpoint. And so You know, it's just unfortunate that things happen the way that they happen, but they were supposed to happen because I learned a lot from it. We run our business very differently, much more efficiently. Yeah, much more efficiently. And we have people that are qualified to do the job, and if they can't, guess what? We replace them. And so that's just what it was. That season came to an end, and, you know, I wish that person the absolute best. Um, and so, yeah, but I, I did announce to the winos last night on Tasha, uh, All Things Tasha K, Tasha K Clips, my second channel. That I will be because, you know, I didn't— yeah, I've taken, you know, business courses in class and I know how to start a business. I've, you know, been an entrepreneur pretty much, you know, all my 20s, 30s, 40s, you know. So, but I am going to be taking some Harvard courses. Yeah, you know, this year. Good for you. And yeah, and when I just think in business period, like, no, like, we talk— they talk about risk all the time, but no one can ever prepare you for risk, loss. There's no— I mean, if they— I mean, come on now, like, if you can prevent it, you would. Like, you can't predict, you know what I mean? Like, you just can't predict what may happen. You can't predict if you have a bad ingredient because you selling a food product and you made it out your kitchen. Like, you just can't predict what's to come. So, but like I said, you got people like me and so many other women I'm sure that I'm speaking for when I I say, like, the confident people don't envy, they just study and they take notes. And even though I don't have a one-on-one with you, I'm, I'm in the comments, like, learning. And so I thank you. I just want to thank you. Anytime. Thank you. And I appreciate you, like, accepting my life, right? People really don't know how much they impacting people, and you are. Yeah. Thank you, girl. Thank you. I appreciate that. I really appreciate that. Thank you. Wish you the best. Okay. Yeah, and I ain't taking— listen, if Harvard got free courses— bye-bye, bye-bye, Paris— if Harvard got free courses, I'm taking them. But the ones I'm taking, about $3,000 a course. So, uh, let me know where y'all see the free courses at, okay? Please, please. I'm taking my leadership courses, my role management courses, diverse, all that stuff. I'm going to get the education to match the hustle. The education now will match the hustle. That's it. And so there won't be none of them situations. I ain't gonna say they ain't gonna happen no more, but they'll be very minimal because at heart I'm still a hood bitch with a business, you understand? So I may take it down, then I'll be like, oh damn, damn, these white people watching me, you know? It's just, it is what it is, okay? So shout out to, uh, shout out to that young lady that came through, and I wish you nothing but the best. Okay, and please email me. So yeah, we want to show your movies on Tasha K Live. We can talk about that. Absolutely. Okay, cool. Um, and we, we can get you on other sites besides Tubi. Okay. All right, so Rose, where you calling from, baby? Hey, I'm calling from VA. Okay, shout out to VA. What's your question? Well, before I get into my question, I just wanted to tell you, uh, thank you for coming to see us on Mother's Day. I had a really good time. It was really fun. So thank you for that. I was like, I came to see you for Mother's Day? I thought I was in Virginia, but I'm not. You're right. Yes. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Yes, ma'am. Um, my question is I'll be 30 in a few months. I'll be turning 30 in a few months. And I have made the decision to go back to school. Okay. And I want to go to school, uh, for medicine. Um, I'm aspiring to become a psychiatrist. So my question for advice from you and from all the fellow Winos is, what will be the best route to take as far as being a single parent while also going to school for something that's going to be as tough as that, especially when it's time for like medical school? Or if there's anybody out there that may have went through something similar, being a single parent with no like family support Um, what did they do to navigate that process? I mean, are you jumping in school full-time or is this gonna be a part-time thing? Um, well, up until it— I'm not able to work. I want to be able to work. So you got a husband or somebody? I'm going through a divorce, so it's not going to be a man involved, no husband involved, being a single parent. So your children's father is not going to be in his kids' life even though y'all are divorced? Um, I'm sure as far as like visitation, but not something where it's going to be active as something I can depend on. No. And why is that? Because did he— were you able to depend on him in the house? Well, we're going through a divorce because of domestic violence. So, oh my God, oh my God, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. Okay, that's a whole different thing. Okay, cool. All right, no problem. So I'm glad you've taken the steps to, to do that. Was he ever like that with the kids? Um, well, not to get too deep into that, but, um, he's the type of person that you cannot trust a child's safety. I'll put it like that. Say no more, say no more. How many children do you have? Two. Okay, and what are their ages, if you don't mind me asking? Um, I have a teenager. I have one that's 14, and my youngest, which is, um, husband's child, it's 4. Oh wow, so you got a baby baby. Okay, and you don't have— you really don't have a support system at all? No, and that's why I want to get advice, because I, I don't— I've always wanted to be a doctor, but because of certain experiences and certain life choices, I put it on the back burner. But I don't want to do that anymore because I know it's my purpose. So I just wanted some advice on, you know, maybe other people that has went through something similar as far as the general basis of not having a support system while still following your dreams. Okay, okay. So that's, that's a heavy one because you got a lot going on right now and your kids are already going through a lot, um, which means this divorce is probably affecting them too and the dynamic change You don't think so? Why would you say that? Well, because they're not really privy to what's going on. This has been kind of something that's been going on a couple of years, and as far as what we've been going through, that's been sheltered, and he, he keeps himself locked up. So it's kind of like we have our own system going on right now. So, okay, so you don't think your kids at all— a 14-year-old— is privy to what's going on with you and Dad and the dynamic of what you've been going through? You don't feel that your kids know that? You don't feel that your kids know that you were— are a victim of domestic violence is what you're saying to me? Well, yeah, I kept them sheltered from that. How sheltered are we talking? What, you would lock him in the room and then he would go in the room and then do what he got to do with you and they never heard it or saw it? Well, he wouldn't do it while they were there, but you know, neither here nor there. Um, I was able to get them away from even having to experience something like that. That's something I did not want the kids to experience because those type of situations are to get out of, especially when you are trying to leave. So luckily that was something that I escaped from, but I don't want that to be something that I hold on to for the rest of my life to prevent me from going anywhere. So as far as the schooling part— All right, so here's, here's a tough decision. I'm gonna be honest with you, and it's kind of— you're just gonna have to wait until your 14-year-old gets out of college— I mean, gets out of high school— and your 4-year-old gets a little bit more age on them, because the transition that you're going through is too much of a transition. And if you do not have a support system, you're going to fail when it comes to going to school. Now, can you take a course here and there? Yes. Okay, while they're in school, fine. But just diving deep in? No. But you can get some courses out of the way, but just don't make it like your priority. So when you do get a chance to attend full-time, um, you're fine, you're, you're able to go. But your focus right now should only be on your children. And being that you don't have a support system is something that you just kind of got to suck up and just deal with until it's your time. Okay. And your 14-year-old is going through a lot of— yeah, your 14-year-old is about to go through a lot of changes hormonally and you just don't— you want to be there for he or she. I don't know if you have a boy or a girl, but it's about to get thick for you with that, with that teenager, if it ain't already started to get a little thick, um, right? And it's gonna get a little worse. And so these are the, the years where they need you the most to whoop their ass, and you cannot be over here doing you and your kids are, are neglected. So you're gonna have to wait. And plan it. And like I said, take a course, like when they, when they out for summer school, or like, you know, when I mean, when they're out for the summer, take a course over the summer. Take one course where you can sit. That way when you do get to it, you don't have that many courses to do. Okay, okay, thank you for that. Yes, no problem, no problem, no problem. All right, Dee, come on in here. Where you calling from? D, where you calling from? D, are you— I don't think— hey D, I don't think she know Jasmine that she hit that link. Check it out, Miss Business, how you doing? She gonna see herself in a minute when it catch up. She gonna go, oh shit, I'm good. How are you? Where you calling from? Oh, I was born in Alabama, but I've been in Illinois for a long time. Okay, cool. All right, shout out to Illinois. What's your question? So last time I did the call-in, I asked you, could I borrow your eyes? You remember that? Nope. Nope, I'm blind. So— oh shit. Okay, all right, well, we together. I thought you were gonna remember this greatness. You hear that? I do. You can see it's out, it's out, baby, it's out. Okay, but God help us here. God help us here a lot. Everybody else remembers you. They do. Hey y'all, yeah, so this is— I wanted to ask you this last time, but I was a little nervous, so— but it's just It's still bothering me, and it comes— it stems from my family, you know, because I'm 38 years old, and, you know, I know that you take family kind of like I do, which is pretty serious, you know what I mean? So I'm always thinking about my mother, and I don't even say father, I say the person that helped make me. I'm gonna keep it honest. So, uh, I just don't know what to do because I was just literally sitting here crying listening to y'all, even though y'all making me laugh. You doing your thing, I'm kicking. Like, last example, I was on the phone with my little sister the other day, the day before yesterday— well, actually it's Monday— yesterday, and she went to go meet my older sister, okay? And she just snatches the phone and hangs up in my face. And then my little sister tells me what she says afterwards, you know what I mean? And I'm just— I don't understand the animosity she has towards me, and I'm tired of trying to figure it out, Miss Tasha, because I ain't do nothing to nobody. What's the question? Like, what does it— like, what— how can I get past that? I don't want to have to worry about them because they're not worried about me. Don't nobody call me, ask me, can I do this, or can I help you do that? Or, you know, I also had a stroke and a seizure. I had to learn how to talk and walk all that again, Miss Tasha. I was bald-headed, baby, you know what I mean? And they don't care, and I'm not built like that. But what else am I supposed to do? I try to create my own circle. But living where I live in Chicago, you know, you know, it's hard, you know what I mean? I can't see. What I'm gonna do, Braille everybody? I don't know what to do, Miss Tasha. I'm tired of crying, baby. I talked to God, I listened to my Bible. I'm just tired. Like, how can you make people care about someone that they brought here? Wow, that's, that's pretty deep. Um, so you're lonely? Very. What am I gonna do, Miss Tasha? I can't see, babe. I can barely tell you in front of me. I don't know if I told you last time, but I do see shadows and silhouettes sometimes, you know. So hold on for a second, I'm Googling something real quick. Yes, ma'am. Okay, so they have a lot of blind service programs, like support groups. Are you a part of any of them? I am. I, I, I actually, um, engaged in the one that they have here. Um, it doesn't go that deep as far as what I'm looking for. All they wanted to do was help me regain my independence so that I can live alone again, in which I, you know, appreciate that to the fullest because I do live alone. But how is that working out for you, living alone? Yeah, I've always lived alone, Miss Tasha. I, I, I, I, I've been blind— it'll be 8 years in July. So that part don't bother me. I think it bothers me because I'm disabled now and I feel like don't nobody give a fuck. Excuse my French. It's fine, it's fine. Um, okay, so it sounds like, you know, it's very unfortunate that, you know, you don't have the support system that you need from your family. And I'm, I'm, I'm very, very For me, if family don't fuck with me, I don't fuck with them. That's just how I am. That's how I am. And you know, you're, you're, you're gonna find that you're gonna get more support from friends. My only concern is, is that you do have— you are disabled, you have had a few, you know, health issues and stuff. Do you live in a, in a complex where there are others not like you, but like that are going through issues too, because sort of like a senior citizens facility but not senior citizen. Yeah, I get those services too. I tell everybody I get senior citizen services. I'm excited about that. You ever seen in your house— you ever seen how senior housing is set up though? Yes, I— you talk about like living in the facility itself type thing? Not in the facility. They have apartment complexes. That are senior or up? I've never— nope. I only like passed by it, so to say. I never went in. And very, very active communities. And I know because, you know, I'm a Buddhist and a lot of SGI members are senior citizens. We don't have a big youth, right? And so, uh, we'll end up going to homes of, you know, these senior citizens that live in these senior citizens facilities. And some of them have roommates because they don't like to be alone. Some of them don't like to be alone because they may be blind. They play games, they pray together, they have cookouts, they do all— yeah, that's what they did at the school. Mm-hmm. You— so that's what I need to do. But like, so you telling me the pain ain't gonna leave because that's the people that created me? So it's— yeah, it's nothing I can do about that. But you can create new family. But you got to put yourself in it. That's what I've been doing for 38 years, I feel like, Miss Tasha. Yes, and you're young too, so like, you will— I say, you know, you can't— because you are— they have these facilities, these apartment— not facilities, these apartment complexes where others like are, and they support one another. Y'all cook for each other, y'all go out, y'all playing games, you see what I'm saying? Like, you have a whole you know, your own family, and you're not lonely. The lonely thing is what I'm most concerned about, is because one, you're blind, so it's like you can't see, and then you don't have people around you. That's long. Yeah, that triggers my anxiety and my PTSD, whatever the acronym. Yeah, that's double dark. That's double darkness. Yeah, that's what makes me cry because I don't want to be in that darkness. I want to see so bad. I want to see. So can you— and seeing is feeling, right? And that's what I feel, and, and that's how I feel because I can't see and that takes away my feeling. And so I have to use my other senses to endure in the things that you simply can endure in just by looking at it. You know, but everybody doesn't accept that. Everybody doesn't want to deal with that. People look at me like I'm a child until I show them what I can do. And you shouldn't be out here trying to prove yourself to no one. You, you take care of yourself. But what I want you to do is, can you reconnect with the people who helped you to get on your own and ask them? Can I talk to them? I still talk to them. I just had a situation with my housing. So, you know, I was outside for 8 months last year looking for a house. Imagine that. And I just signed my lease last month. So congratulations. Um, so you live in a— you live in a regular neighborhood that— and it's not others like you? No. Okay. So, and two, um, when you get with this particular faci— like these people that helped you ask them, um, where could you, you go and make friends? Like, what events are being had? Poetry, music, things that you can go and hear and do with other groups. Yes, ma'am. That's what I figured. I just gotta— that's what I used to do, you know. It was easy for me to go and be active, you know what I mean, but get my mind off of the bs. But I swear to God, bro, like, the way you're talking to me, like right now is so scary because, like, you look like you can see. Really? Yes, that's my issue, Ms. Tasha. Everybody think I'm lying. You want me go get my cane, my braille, all that again? No, no, no, no, no, no. But I'm so elated to know that because that's what I'm scared. Scared of what I look like. I don't know what I look like anymore, and that bothers me. You know, it's a lot of things. I sit here and talk all night about that, Miss Tasha. You already know. You want me to tell you who you look like? Who? Lisa Bonet. Really? Mhm. The light skin, you got the dreads. Yeah, everything. Thanks, Miss Tasha. Anytime. I think I kind of remember her. You gonna make me put my eye pupil, cornea on the thing, get my devices and everything, just go see what she look like. I'mma have to borrow somebody. You look just like her. So do you want me to describe Lisa Bonet? So she older now, she, she's in her 60s. You don't— but Lisa Bonet looks really young, so I'm not saying you look old, she looks young. So she's light-skinned, she has a, a— you, you have a you know, a structure. You can— yeah, I remember you said my jawbone. Yeah, yeah, you can see your jawbones, your cheekbones. You have a beautiful smile. Your teeth are absolutely gorgeous. Your eyes are not— your eyes look like you looking right at me, so it doesn't look like you're— and you're just like— I am. Your dreads are just very organic. Thank you, you're awesome. You're awesome. You do know that, right? You do know you light-skinned, right? Yes, I was brown, but since I lost my eyesight, this is my original color since I came inside. But yes, ma'am, I do know I'm, uh, that kind of— I can't see myself, so that's how I know. So you like skin? Okay, you look healthy. You don't, you don't look a day over 40, I can tell you right now. Um, you're very— and your skin is impeccable. Like, I don't see no acne, no nothing. And the wine nose is a grand I'm OCD as heck, Miss Tasha. I'm brushing teeth, washing butt, all the crap, because I can't see it. Okay, and it's called Shop tkdeals.com. Okay, and so I'm excited because we're doing a slow roll on it and it's been doing really, really well. Okay, and so I'm introducing products that I personally use, uh, in my life, and also products that I would use in my life. Okay, and so right now we haven't really gotten to the products that I would use because I've facilitated deals with people who, uh, with the products that I personally use. And so I want to go over some of those products with you guys. Okay, moderators, make sure you drop the link to shop tkdeals.com. Okay, so real real quick. First off, I'm gonna give a shout out to— because y'all always asking me, Tasha, let me, let me do this real quick. Y'all always like, what body oil do you use? What body oil do you use? Well, well, we got it. Okay, so I reached out to The Sugar Case. I've been using The Sugar Case for a while now, and The Sugar Case has all natural body oils. They taste like candy. They smell like candy. This is the Watermelon Squeeze One Body Oil, handmade by the Sugar Case. This is Glazed Donut. And let me tell you, you can— oh, I got like 15 bottles over here because when I, when I, when I reached out to her, I was like, oh my God, I was like, uh, just send me what you got. I want to do a deal with you because I use your stuff. And it's oil. Now watch this. Watch what it do to my skin, y'all. And I do this when I'm in the shower while I'm wet. So a lot of my, my oils, I don't put them on while I'm dry. I put them on while I'm wet, and I let the water and the oil seep together. And I smell right now like a glazed donut. I put it on my cat too, and it tastes like a glazed donut. Okay, and so I put this everywhere. Look, yes, yes. And so I'm excited. This is a— what, a Black woman-owned company. Okay, her site is linked on shoptkdeals.com. We got the Juicy Thing here. We also got the Bahama Girl here, okay? We got the Vanilla Bourbon. All of it smell like candy, I swear to God. Shake me, shake me, eating, right? He'd be like, oh my God, you smell like candy. Georgia Peach, that's my favorite, okay? Coconut Dream. As you can see, I'm hoping that we can see the words. Like, you can't, okay? Um, we also got Pineapple Crush. And I'm just glad because I ain't got to buy these. She sent me stuff that's gonna last me a year, dog. So I'm excited about that because I was buying these. Butterscotch Sundae. These are all natural, vegan. It's not gonna burn you. The ingredients are just like kernel oil, seed, grapeseed oil, all natural things. Okay, then we got Cotton Candy for the cat. Okay, and like I said, all of this goes everywhere. So when I get out the shower I open it up, I take the dropper, and I drop it all over my body. I let the water run, and then I smoke— I, you know, I rub it in all in the butt crack, everything, okay? And then she even got, uh, one for the men. Where is that? Man Cave. So, you know, the men, we got something too that they can do. And then we got Love Spell, all right? So, uh, all you got to do is go to shoptkdeals.com, uh, you know, Google, uh, search the Partners tab. You're going to see the Sugar Case and go to the body oils of the tab and you can order them. So you're going to be seeing the Sugarcase advertised here a lot. So get used to it. Okay. Welcome, Sugarcase. I'm excited because right now I forgot which one I put on, but glazed donut. I smell like Krispy Kreme right now. I swear to God. Swear to God. And I love that. I love that about our oils. And like I told y'all, you know, and they understand it as businesses. You know, I make a lot of businesses money out here. And this is a Black woman-owned business, and she ships very fast. I love that too. I've never had a problem with shipments. And she also has, real quick, the lip glosses— not the lip— well, these are not lip glosses, these are matte lip, uh, colors. Okay, so what I do is, like, I have this brown on now, and then I took the brown and I take this, you know, I'll take, which is like the Let's Chill color here because I order like the main two from her, and then I put these here on the inside. So on the inside, my lips look pink. I need to put some more brown on, and I create ombres. Okay, okay. And as you can see, they're very natural. It tastes like sugar too. It's by The Sugar Case. The lip glosses are there, so check them out. Okay, also real quick before y'all go, All right, just a few products that we're also going to tell you about, and then we're going to head over to tashakelive.com because like I said, our— oh, and check out this waist. Hold on for a second. My fasting program, baby, has been working. Don't play with me. And y'all have been losing hella weight, hella weight on the fasting, uh, program. Okay, and these are not scented oils. These are not— these are These are body oils, okay? So body oils. All right, so here's the thing. Yeah, they're scented oils, but yeah, I'm making it seem like you can't put them on. No, these are body oils, okay? So here's the thing too, uh, fasting— don't play with me, don't play with me, don't play. We on day 10. Where y'all at? We on day 10. We on day 10. 14-day fast. We on day 10. I know how to get my stomach big by eating. I know how to make it small. I know how to make it small. That's that fasting, okay? And so real quick, we got a few other products. Last night I demonstrated a product that I've been using for a while, uh, this is the Dead Sea Mud Mask. Most Dead Sea Mud Masks are just Dead Sea, okay? They don't have any oils in this one. This one has coconut oil. Yes, I have very oily skin, but it doesn't cause acne breakouts or anything like that, or enhanced pores. This is a very natural Dead Sea mud skin because Dead Sea, Dead Sea pulls like all the impurities out. It's salt. That's why I'm always in the beach water all the time, okay? And I use natural oils on my skin. So this is available right now. Use, uh, I don't think we got a coupon code for this one. I gotta call the company and get it, okay? But we do have a coupon code for the sea moss drops. Now these are a game changer. I'm not even gonna lie to you, okay? I'm not even gonna lie. Because sea moss is so hard to make. I used to have to order it from this person, order it from that person, then it will only last a week because they have to make it. It's jelly, it stinks, it smells like fish. A lot of things going on. And so Man Immunity done came out with these bomb-ass sea moss drops, okay? And when I say bomb-ass, there ain't no chemicals in these. This is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free. This is Irish sea moss, spirulina, zinc, burdock root, and vitamin has 98% of the vitamins and minerals that we need, and it's not pill form. You drop it in your water, okay? You take a dropper, drop it in your water. I do mine at night before I go to sleep, okay? Just like this, boom, bam, boom, and there's my vitamin water. And these are the mango ones. We have mango and pineapple available on shoptkdeals.com right now, okay? And so like I said, this is a game changer. You're going to be seeing this one a lot. You're definitely going to be seeing any product that I use a lot here, and we'll do it towards the end of the show. Okay, now last but not least, the energy strips. Because here's the thing, my husband has had a strong coffee addiction for years. Got veneers, they turned brown, he had to get a new set. I was like, we can't keep doing this, and coffee is just so bad for you with all the cream and the sugar and everything. These energy strips, although they are quite pricey, you get 30 strips. This has B12 in here, which is energy production. It causes, you know, your metabolism to speed up, flat stomachs, all of that. It has caffeine, L-theanine. Okay. All of it. Just, just cranberry flavor. There's other flavors that we have. If you're trying to replace your coffee for $39 a month, because it is $39. But listen, how much do you spend on a cup of coffee? $6. These are the strips that I got him on. It's kind of like a nicotine patch. You know how people trying to stop smoking? This is what this is, okay? And so all of this is on shoptkdeals.com right now. Take advantage. Once the things are gone, they're gone, because we'll be reintroducing new products as we get them. And just, you know, be prepared when we, when we do our live demonstrations like this, okay? I appreciate you guys. Any questions real quick? Any questions? Hold on, you say you'll pay a dollar a strip? Yeah, I mean, that's pretty much— yeah, you said tell him to drink it through a cup. I'm done, I'm so done. Y'all crazy, y'all crazy. So yes, I'm excited about my partnership tabs, you know, and, you know, partnership deals and things like that. And I'm more excited about the sugar case. Homegirl came through with a year's supply for me, baby, for real. And right now, like I said, I smell like a glazed donut. You see how glossed up I am? My man gonna be kissing on me when I'm done. And you could put it— and you could put it down there and it don't irritate you. Imagine, imagine, imagine. I had an old lady tell me this one time, I kid you not. And I'm gonna go, I'm gonna go, we're gonna head to talkskate.com. I had an old lady tell me this one time, she said, you want to get your dude hooked on you? And I was like, what you mean? She said, you would really— if you find somebody that you really like and you want to get them hooked, this is what you're gonna do. And I was like, okay, because she had a lot of dudes that was paying her bills and stuff. And I was like, what I need to do? I was like 20 at the time, and she was just like, you gonna take some peppermints. And I was like, okay. And she said, you're gonna boil them. And I was like, okay. And then she said, once you boil them, the syrup gonna come, then you're gonna pour it on your cat. And I said, okay. And she said, you're gonna let him eat it. It's gonna drive him crazy. This is what these oils do from the sugar case, okay? Shake it good at night. Y'all head over to shoptkdeals.com, okay, to go ahead and get your products before they're gone. Once the sea moss is gone— because I did get an alert on this today that they're running low because y'all have been buying these up like crazy— use the coupon code CMOS10. Um, and I think the, uh, the mud masks are going too because we introduced them on our second channel, okay. Um, and so I do slow rolls of these, so if you want these First, you need to subscribe to, um, All Things Tasha K on YouTube because I do do slow rolls because I don't want the companies being overwhelmed with a massive amount of orders. Okay, and so yes, you can, you can ship to the UK as well too. All right, all right, so ain't nobody burning. You gotta let the peppermint cool down. What are y'all talking about? You put it on the outside, you don't put it inside. Y'all, come on. Can we have a grown woman conversation here? It's sort of like me pouring peppermint on my arm. You pour it on the outside so when they go to eat it, it tastes like peppermint. So I'm trying to tell y'all how I got married and got a good husband too, honey. I'm just trying to tell y'all. Okay, all right, so here's the thing. Yeah, no, the peppermint did not burn. It did not burn. I tried it anytime, child. Other candies too. You could do butterscotch. You remember them little candies your grandma used to, uh, have? You could do that too. Okay, so it's a lot of little candies. All right, so here's the thing. I love you guys.
