You know what, honestly and truly, this is why it's so important. And I know people hate to hear this, why we are in there voting at the local levels, because this bill was introduced, it was passed, and they agreed upon it. And people act like they're shocked that it was approved. Now, when it comes time for some justice for us, we gotta fight to the nail just to get some type of retribution, some type of accommodation so it doesn't happen to another loved one. And to be quite honest, this bill will help not only the Black community, the white community, because baby, they was kicking in the wrong doors on their side too. It just so happened this woman lost her life simply because the man was defending himself. Mind you, they did everything the right way. And it's so tragic. And this is why I will constantly encourage our young men and women and the older generation. When you say voting don't matter, baby, look, they voted that no-knock bill up in there.
