Hey y'all, how y'all doing?
Cleaning off these cameras, they be blurry because I got all this damn oil and shit. What's going on y'all? What's going on?
I'm in— I'm in Hartford.
Okay, I got it right. So I'm in Hartford, but it is the man— we at the Hartford Funny Bone. Okay, I'm not even gonna try to, uh, uh, do it like that. I'm not even gonna try to front. Y'all get on up in here. Let me try to find something to put this, um, phone down on. I need a phone clip, that's what I need, like one of them mobile clips and shit. Oh, that lighting is so much better right here. Let me try to do this real quick. Oh, I got an idea. Let me move my little table. Y'all, I'm backstage in my green room.
It's messy as hell. Messy, messy, messy.
Messy, messy. Yes, messy as hell. Okay, of course I always start— I got my wine. I need to throw these away because I use these. Okay, I got my, I got my wine. We in Hartford, Connecticut. We getting ready to show up and show out for these winos. Okay, I got my vegetables as always, but I didn't really eat these because I don't think the celery is like, you know, it don't look that— you It's supposed to be a water vegetable, but it looked like it ain't got no water. It looked dehydrated. So does the broccoli and stuff, but they try. I've been snacking on the, uh, the carrots and stuff, you know what I'm saying? And I got my little tequila. Let me move this table on over there, and hopefully I don't spill that wine. That's the goal, not to spill the wine, because that's what we're here for tonight, right? Right, Connecticut? All right, I did that good. I did that good. Okay, I did that good. All right, so let me get a little box. Hold on, hold on, y'all. I'm coming back, I'm coming back.
Hey guys, hey, what's going on? So I'm in my green room. Can you believe it, y'all?
I got a green room.
Who would have knew?
I grew up not having my own room, let alone a damn green room. Can you believe that shit? Let me turn this damn music off. Hold Hold on for a second. Okay, so I turned the music off because it was back and I didn't want the, the video to get striked because they pick up any sound in the back.
Y'all ready for tonight?
Okay, so I was going to livestream it, uh, tonight's show on Tasha K Live since this is the official last show of the tour. We've been on tour since March. Okay, and so we are ending the tour officially early. It would have been extended, but I gotta take care of some health and stuff like that. But for the most part, um, yeah, tonight is the night— is the last show of our tour, of our comedy tour. And then of course we got 2 months, uh, to go until our Houston Wino Weekend Experience. All right, I listen— y'all talking about my ways. I asked, I asked the winos the other night on Tasha K Live I said, do y'all think my hair gonna last? Do y'all remember that? Do you remember that? I said, do you think my hair is gonna last? And y'all said no. Who ain't gonna last? I didn't let Sheck touch this.
I did not let you.
I was like, don't you touch my hair. Don't you touch my hair. This hair been waved since Wednesday, okay? I went and I went to— got my little edge up today and everything like that. But these waves, they, they, they soft hard. They ain't too hard. They ain't white. They ain't crackling or nothing like that. So I got my waves, I got my waves, okay? Don't play with me. Tell me I told you don't sweat it, don't get stressed. I did. It's— well, I almost sweated today. I had— because I had on a sweater dress, uh, for tonight's show, and then I took it off and put on the tube top dress. I was like, we ain't sweating tonight. No, we not. No, we not. Let me try to put this up. I'm trying because I hate holding this damn phone. That's the thing, y'all, I'm lazy as hell. Hold on for a second. I'm lazy. I don't like holding no phones and shit knowing I need a damn— okay, let me see. Is that good? Yeah, that's good. Okay, so listen, I got like, I think like 15 minutes before we start tonight's show. So this is the pre— this is the pre-live for Hartford, Connecticut. They'll, they'll correct me when I get out there. I don't know where the hell I'm at, y'all. I don't, I don't. But Lord Jesus. Always nervous. My boobs are always doing— why my boobs won't let me be great? See the line? This line's supposed to go under my boob, right? Under my boob. It won't stay. It won't stay. So we just gonna make it stay. We are going to make it stay. Let me see, guys. What's up? What's up? Let me see what y'all talking about. Breathe. Just breathe. I know, Dimple Pop. I always get nervous. I can't help it. I cannot help it. That's why I get online with y'all and I break the ice, you know what I'm saying? It's like I break the surface level ice. And because I can't believe I still get shy, like I still really get shy because it's like I don't want to mess up. You said this your hometown, Kitty Lickable? Shout out to my hometown. Stay away from— where you want me to stay away from?
Who you want me to stay away from, huh?
Double-sided wardrobe tape will hold it, Hollywood style. I know that tape is, is is crazy. Are you going to make a video of all your concerts? We have the video of majority of the concerts, and so we were supposed to livestream this one tonight on Tasha K Live, but, uh, the Wi-Fi is not as strong, so I'm having issues right here too. So, um, we had our whole tech team here, and so they're just going to pre-record the show, and then y'all are going to get the Connecticut show. I didn't know it was our anniversary, cuz the— when we did Miami last year was October 20th. It was our Halloween show. and I was like, I've been working so much I forgot it was damn Halloween. Check a Halloween baby, how the hell I forget? I said, my husband got a birthday next week, I ain't got nothing to give. But what he been getting the last 20 years? Same shit, just gotta get it shaved and ready to go. Shit, y'all, damn. Barbara, you say you lived here 30 years? Okay, don't be nervous, you are good at what you do. It's just, it's just I don't know what the nervousness is. It's always nervous. I get nervous even before I do the shows on the live. I get nervous before I go live here. I always get nervous. People be trying to act like they don't get— I get fucking nervous. I don't give a damn what nobody say. I get nervous and y'all calm me down. Yes, y'all do. Or tequila. Or tequila. Okay, how many Black people there? I don't know. I don't know. No, I broke my fast. I broke my fast. I actually broke my fast, um, at 7 PM last night because I was feeling a little weak And, um, yeah, I was like, I cannot be weak today during today's show, okay? So I broke my fast last night, and, uh, yeah, we've been, we've been rolling, we've been rolling. And I had to fast too because I don't think I told y'all, like, my blood work and everything was good, but my ESR is supposed to be under 20, right? And so, you know, I got age and everything, and I'm not, um you know, being on the road, I don't get to keep a regimen because I have a regimen at home, but on the road it's hard to have a regimen. It's real hard. So my ESR, which is your sedimentation Western, which measures the inflammation in your body— yeah, I kid you not, I swear to God, I swear for God, y'all, that's what I'm up on, God, y'all. Um, why I was like having like achy joints I was limping when I started to limp when I walked, and I noticed that it had— it was happening on and off for like the last 4 months. I was like, what's going on my leg? I do CrossFit, so I was like, maybe I pulled a muscle. I chopped it up to that. Or maybe my core not strong enough, which my core ain't never strong enough. That's why y'all always talking about I look pregnant. I don't give a damn. I'm strong. That's all that matter. I'm healthy. Blood work is good. But, um, And so I was like, what the fuck wrong with my damn, my damn hip? What the hell going on? So my doctor ran some blood work because, you know, I got surgery, and everything came back good except for the inflammation. And he was like, listen to me. He said, if your ass do not supplement, you finna have arthritis. Not only that, you got arthritis if you don't do what you're supposed to do. And I was like, for real? That's what it was? I said, no wonder my damn My toes was hurting more than they was, and I was cold. I was always cold, y'all. I was always cold. Today was the first day I was hot because I went and got my shot. You know, doctors that give shots mean business. When you get STD shots, they mean business, okay? They knock that shit right up out of you. So when I went and got my vitamin D shot, mm-hmm, knocked that shit right on down. I swear to God. And I went on a fast because I was supposed to fast for 3 days. I did the 2-day fast so that when they gave me the vitamin D it got right in my system. I promise you, y'all, I probably had like this much aches, this much aches. I cannot wait to see my new blood work. But he said, yeah, it was, it was lack of vitamin D, even though I go to the doctor. I mean, even though I be in the sun every day, but I do wear sunscreen. He was like, I gotta stop wearing sunscreen. Um, what did he say? Uh, the vitamin D can't put the calcium in because my K2 was low. So he got me on vitamin D3, which I just got an injection of that, and then I take 5,000 IUs a day. And then I do calcium, I do a multivitamin, and then I do a K2. And so I promise you, within 48 hours, no, and no, I can walk, run, jog. Because I was just like, maybe I'm overworking in CrossFit, what's going on? No, bitch, you're getting old. That's what the hell going on. I'm just getting old. Get old. Ain't no way around it. Ain't no, ain't no way. I can't do like I used to do in my 20s and shit.
I can't do that.
I can't do that. So that— look, that vitamin D shot worked just like that penicillin shot I got when I was 18. It sure did. That shit worked fast because, you know, I ain't know what the little boy had gave me when I was 18, uh, but whatever he gave me, that doctor gave me my— that shot in my ass, boy, I was good. I was good. And so this vitamin D shot, I promise you, my husband was like— and I got energy too. I was like, shit, I feel like a new woman all because of some damn sunlight. Sunlight. You know, we supposed to be in the sun. That's why they brought us over here against our will, because we the only ones that could— we supposed to be in the sun longer than any other race because our skin is darker, so the sun gotta penetrate a little longer. So we supposed to be farming the lands and stuff. Like, a lot of y'all gonna get mad at me, but we are the workers of the earth. We are Mother Earth. Black people are Mother Earth. That's why most of the earth is over there in Africa. And so they said that that's what's going on. So every morning I've been getting up, getting my little sunshine, and I promise you, I feel great. Ain't no achy toes. I put my heels back on because I was having problems with my heel, my two front toes, and the top was— they, bitch, they were struggling, okay? They were struggling, bitch.
I was like, what's wrong with my feet?
I said, am I doing plates too too low because I won't do no sit-ups, but I'll do planks. I won't do no sit-ups, but I do planks though, okay? I'm just lazy. I'm not getting up and laying back down. I'm not getting up and laying back down. I'm not getting up— when I get up, I'm up, okay? When I go— when I lay down, I lay down. So I do planks, and so my core is strong, but it just don't get that six-pack because I just won't give up the wine, y'all. I just can't do it, you know what I'm saying? I can't give up the wine. And my walkout glass, I ain't even supposed to be drinking it. This— I'm supposed to save this for the winos that's out there waiting on me. We supposed to be toasting together right now. Who in the building right now watching this? You said Rubator is bad. I know, that's what he was trying to tell me. He was like, this ain't nothing to play with. He was like, Rubator is nothing to play with. So I get you busy, but you don't be too busy for your supplements. And it's such an easy fix, it's such a preventative thing. Just take your supplements, go outside, get your sunlight. If you can't get sunlight, if you're in a non-lit area, you know what I'm saying, get you some vitamin D. You could get the injectables, you know what I'm saying. You can go to a B12 store. B12 is good too. Um, calcium tablets, D3, because all of that is your bone, you know what I'm saying. And I should have known something was up when I had Lameen, right? Because when I was pregnant with Lameen 5 years ago, my teeth started getting skinny. Y'all was laughing to my— why you gonna get them big teeth for your mom? They They look pretty now because I made them shave them down like twice, okay? But my teeth was getting skinny. Um, I was on a walker when I was pregnant with my son. I kid you not, I was on a damn walker, y'all. Can y'all believe it?
And he— that—
I think that's when this shit started. But I had re— you know, because he wasn't taking so much from me, you know what I'm saying? The prenatal vitamin wasn't doing shit. It wasn't doing nothing, okay? Nothing at all. And so, um, that little boy just took everything from me. I mean, I went from— I actually had a pack. Went to— I will never have a six-pack again unless I go get it etched. I probably would go get one etched. Yeah, no, I won't. But here's the thing, um, yeah, so I should have known then when I was pregnant with my son that something was going on because I was like, why am I walking like an old lady? The Juanos would stop me. I'll be at Chipotle, bitch, I would have a walker, a whole walker, pregnant. Yes, I'm in Hartford, Connecticut right now. Get your tickets, y'all still got time to come to the door. I believe we're gonna be starting around 6:15, 6:20 if I'm not mistaken. Okay, so y'all better be sipping y'all wine and everything. Hey, Tanya from Baltimore! Y'all remember that Ruby? You remember? And so my teeth was getting skinny, they was getting spacious. I think that's when the start of the degeneration of my bone loss started, is when the mean took my bones. That little badass boy took my bones, bruh. My bones. Okay, I was like— and it started with the teeth, and I always had pretty teeth. My mama gave me pretty teeth. And so my husband was looking at me one day, I was eating, he was like, is that a gap in your side too? I said, what you mean gap in my side? He said, you got a gap in your side. So I said, I ain't got no gap. He said, you got a whole gap in your side. So I said, stop lying, I had a whole gap in my side too. I looked to the side, my teeth were little, they was chitterling. I saw, and I was right after I had my son. My hair was falling out, it was getting thin. I remember the symptoms, thyroid problems, all that shit, all of that shit. Like, it was just downhill. But he caught it though, he caught it. And this type of test, the ESR test, you know what I'm saying, it's a longer test, so it takes a little long to get back and stuff. But the ESR test was so worth it, and he caught it. I don't know why it went on so long, why they didn't catch it, but, um They called it and I'm good now. I ain't got no ickiness. I'm cool now. I'm cool. Am I coming to Baton Rouge, Louisiana? Yeah, you gonna pay for it, child. You got my— you got my flight, you got my— you got— you got me a room to stay in the house, huh? Where am I at Hartford? I'm at the Funny Bone in Hartford, Connecticut. I'm at the Funny Bone in Hartford, Connecticut. Yes, let me get some water. Oh yes, I'm at the Funny Bone. Tickets— hold on, y'all, hold on. God damn it. I'll be trying to— okay, there we go. All right, yes, I'm at the Funny Bone, Hartford, Connecticut. This is our pre-show. The show's supposed to start at 6, but I believe they're gonna push it a little bit until everybody sits down and orders and stuff, because, you know, they don't want the servers, you know, asking and asking questions and stuff like that. So, you know, but I'm so nervous, guys. I'm nervous. Oh my gosh. And then it's a bittersweet because it's my last show of my My first tour, my first tour. Y'all really— yeah, you know what y'all did for a little girl from Panama City, Florida, man. I got my own green room, my own green room. It's dirty right now, but I got my own green room. They got my mini fridge. I don't drink no Red Bulls or nothing like that, you know what I'm saying? I got— look, I got a little TV, I got Cottonelle's, I got Listerine, tea, all of that shit.
Y'all, y'all gave me that. Y'all gave me that.
And when I come through, they treat me like royalty. We just got a diss song put out today on us. Well, we are— last year we was a part, we was actually celebrated. I forgot what his name was that put us in the song, but he was a big guy, he was a big artist or whatever. But like, we made it, y'all. This is the anniversary of my— I asked, literally, I asked God In 2024— 2022 of April, I said, I've been running from my comedy passion for a long time. Please, God, I said, please, I will go to open mics, I will do what I have to do to, to, to get on stage. And he was like here's a manager. Like, here is a manager. The manager ain't come with no upfront fees, none of that stuff. And so to see this in 2024— and that's what Wine All Weekend is about, y'all. Like, I need to start clarifying what Wine All Weekend is because really it's going to be networking. And everybody overuses the term manifestation, but it's going to be networking, it's going to be power driving, it's going to be intentionally meeting people that's going to help you to facilitate the goals that you want to hit in 2025. That's why I want y'all to come together as winos. That's why I put together these wino weekends so y'all can spend time together, y'all can network, y'all come to these shows, y'all meet each other. A lot of winos come by themselves, right? And then they end up leaving and going out to the club with other women and stuff. You're getting to know each other at city. And so when we put together like what we're putting together in Houston, which is a weekend worth of festivities where you guys are going to network, you're going to know each other, um, you're going to party with each other, you're going to do vision boards with each other, you're going to do yoga with each other, you're going to spiritually connect with each other— like, there's a lot of stuff that y'all are going to be doing together to bring in the new year, to reset yourself, focus. And you're going to connect as winos, not only in person but also in the chat. So when we going through stuff, when you need somebody, when you in that city, you got a new girlfriend now. You got a new Wino girlfriend. That's what we're doing, okay? Sissy, no, there's no live on the website. There's— the internet is bad out there. What it is is we got too many cameras, too many computers that's piping through, and it's not enough bandwidth. So y'all would get a very, very chopped up live. So we're going to pre-recorded. So the tech team is out there with the cameras right now. I don't know if y'all notice them if you're watching this live and you sitting out there. Um, the tech team is out there and they're recording the show and they're gonna drop it for y'all, okay, that couldn't make it to one of the shows. And because of the shows that we had to cancel because I had to put my health first, um, yeah, y'all will be able to access it on tashakelive.com, okay? So yeah, uh, this is the last tour show. So yeah, why no week— people think why no weekend is a— yeah, you gonna get an experience. You're gonna get a big grand finale show, but it's gonna be nothing like what we, what we did here, guys. This is for us, and that's gonna happen every year. At the end of the year, we're gonna choose a different country, we're gonna choose the different experience, but it is an experience. So y'all need to get y'all tickets. They on sale right now, tashakonstage.com. Literally, they start at $60. We haven't rolled out the pre-festivities, but they're not expensive. It's gonna be a limited amount of seats for those because, you know, I can't, I can't entertain 800 people doing vision boards. I can't do it. I really want to, but I can't. Yeah, I ain't got it in me, and I gotta have energy for the main show and for the after party, okay, uh, that we having. So we're gonna have a very long wino experience and networking. You guys are going to network each other, you're going to get to know each other, you're going to help each other spiritually, you're going to bond with each other, you're going to bond with me, and we're gonna do this every year. Okay, cuz we women, we need this shit. We need an outlet. We need something for us. Doing all that cooking for Thanksgiving, Christmas—
who cooking for y'all? Who cooking for y'all?
Who?
So listen, I'm just— I'm trying to give back what y'all gave me. Like, this with Wino Weekend or any of these, I'm trying to give back what y'all gave me. Y'all took me literally from— I ain't gonna say I came from nothing now, because my momma, them, they bought their shit now. But y'all took me out the restaurant and said, you, you belong here, you belong here. That's what y'all did for me. So I'm trying to give it back any way that I can, okay? So, but yeah, I cannot wait to chill. I cannot wait to get out on that stage. Now I'm ready. I done broke the ice now already because I was nervous. I ain't nervous no more. I'm talking, I'm good, I'm good. So I'm, I'm glad I did this pre-show with y'all. So yes, we always got to create a holiday magic. No magic created for— exactly. So that's what I'm saying, like, y'all use this time to save, and you put yourself in Houston and tell your husband that's what you want. Don't buy you no diamond, don't buy you no— you can't use. Give you a whole weekend experience, and you go meet some— you going to meet some girlfriends. The winos are classy, they run businesses and shit.
We ain't—
we sit on the porch and look. We don't—
you know what I'm saying?
We, we, we don't mind our business, but we mind our business. You feel me? We don't mind our business, but we mind our business. So get your ass to Houston. Them tickets on sale now and then they gone. Y'all be talking about hold them for me.
How I'm gonna hold them?
I ain't—
I can't hold nothing.
Happy birthday, Don't Touch My Curls. How you doing? Happy birthday, love you so much. I'm the lady you saying happy birthday to, 70 years. Oh, happy birthday, Cecilia. Houston do have so good barbecue. Yes, we're gonna do some food tours too. Y'all gonna do some food tours when you get to Houston as well too, so you're gonna get to know the city and the culture. Mm-hmm. It's gonna be 3 to 4 days, actually I think it's 4. So y'all arrive on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, so you leave Wednesday. And it's cheap to fly on New Year's Day. I did that on purpose. Um, so if y'all fly right after Christmas which is cheap to fly after Christmas or on Christmas Day, um, and leave on New Year's Day. Don't nobody be flying on them days, so everybody be hungover and shit. So they tickets be cheap. So that's why y'all need to get them now. I know because I usually go visit my son in Africa when it's cheap to fly, okay? It's real cheap. I can get that first class like that because ain't nobody in first class. I got the whole plane. I got the whole plane, okay? So listen, I'm sounding more relaxed. I am. That's why I gotta do these pre-lives with y'all. I gotta do these pre-lives with y'all because y'all the only one calm me down. Y'all the only one give me peace. Y'all give me peace about this shit, okay? It look like Betty Boop. That's what I was going for. I was going for the black Betty Boop. And you know what's so funny? When I get my boobs done, one of y'all had said— I can't remember which one of y'all had said it, but one of y'all had said, Tasha, you're gonna need to do lipo when you get your boobs done because otherwise your stomach gonna be bigger than your titties. And I thought about that. So that's good. But then I was like, then I'm gonna look like I got a BBL because I already got a little big butt. It's the after 40 BBL, it's the after 40 ass that's got the dimples in it, y'all. It ain't going nowhere. It don't matter how many fucking, um, damn, uh, what you call it, hip thrusts I do and shit, and fucking butt lifts. The shit is dimply and shaped like it and everything like that. He said, because I ain't never had no ass before, I always been shaped like a white girl. And so, but I thought about doing a lipo, but I don't want people saying that I had a BBL because I just don't want my stomach— you know, right now my chest bigger than my stomach, but I do look like I'm pregnant. But I don't want my chest to go down and then my stomach bigger than my chest. Then it's bad, y'all. It's real bad. Okay, y'all got to help me. So I'm trying to, trying to make this decision for the doctor to go in and, you know, do everything. I'm unbigging my back right now, you know what I'm saying? And then when you do surgery, you lose weight anyway because you can't drink or eat like that. So that's gonna be a plus. Yeah, and I'm gonna lose this right here. I got this, but I don't want— you know, I'm never getting that sucked out because somebody had told me you could like pull that out too. I'm not doing that because then my face gonna look like Ari's. My face gonna look like Ari's, gonna look like young Miami's. They get them balloon fucking BBL faces and shit because they ain't got no fat cells, so we'll go to the back of their head and they can't lose that shit because you can't exercise your head. It don't matter how much dick you suck, you cannot exercise your head. You can't do it. It ain't enough rocking. It ain't enough, okay? Because you're gonna get shaking baby syndrome. You can't do it. Ain't no way to exercise fat off of here. That's why, that's why, man, let me be quiet. I'm going too far, for real. So yeah, I'm just trying to figure out— I just don't want to look like Sherri Shepherd y'all. You know, when I do my breast reduction, I don't want to look like Sherri Shepherd because Sherri Shepherd's stomach is still big. It's, it's big like it's holding up the titties. Because anybody got big titties like we do, you know, the stuff— that little piece right there. Let me stand up. Hold on, let me do this. Okay, so this little piece— damn, my dress wrinkled already. Harper, y'all better not say nothing. I don't give a damn. Okay. I've been sitting down and shit. Who cares? Okay, listen, put this little— this little thing right here, it holds up the titties. Okay, it holds up the titties. And so when the titties is gone, it's just gonna be there and it's gonna be lonely. So I may have to get rid of it. Yeah, I may have to get rid of— just for— just for body symmetry purposes. That's it. Not for, you know, perfection. Just body symmetry. Because the only reason I'm doing a breast reduction is for pain reduction. I got dents in my shoulders. Okay, thank you. Sherry Shepherd looked like a little pea. Shut up. That's why they replaced her with Whitney. That's why they replaced her, you know, Whitney Williams with her, because they would shape the same, same energy, look the same. White women wouldn't even change. Oh, you kind of look like someone I know. I used to watch Wendy Williams, right? I thought it was from the side. They won't give you a role, bitch, I got a role for you." But yeah, I had to opt to lose my stomach 'cause you know he skinny fatty. You know skinny men, they wellin', you know? Y'all seen Safari, don't act like that. And so, you know, when he got a belly and I got a belly too, you lose about 2 to 3 inches on the stroke. So I said, bitch, something got to give, you know.
