Thank you so much. We appreciate it. Let me see y'all coming on in there. Jasmine, are we able to access the comments? You know, we've never used this particular streaming software here on this show, but y'all can't see the background, but we should have a smooth— hold on, we got an echo. Give us a second, give us a second. Hold on, hold on, be quiet. You think it was an echo from the speaker? It's still there. Okay, okay, give us a second. We're testing. I'm gonna keep talking until you get the echo out, guys. Give me a second. Oh yes. Oh, flying makes my body so tight. It's gone. Okay, okay, hold on. We gotta get tech in here. Y'all come on in here. Drop them one-glass glasses. Okay, we're gonna get rid of this echo. Give us a second. Technology these days, guys. Technology. Technology. Teddy bear. Teddy bear. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Hold on, y'all, we're getting tech on up here. Here, y'all like this video, share this video while we figure it out. And I have to keep talking so they'll know when the echo is gone. So that's the thing, all right? Full show, half a show for y'all. Are we good? Is it gone yet? Still here? Okay, we're good. All right, we got it, we got it. Let me see the comments now. We back, we back. Y'all know I'm a perfectionist, okay? Y'all know I'm a perfectionist. Now you said the echo when it's alleged. No, y'all didn't say the echo when it's alleged. All right, so listen, if you're coming into this show, we did our first show, which was the first part of the show, okay? Who was on the first part of the show again? Ari Lennox. Who else, Jasmine? I forgot. Oh, it's Zoë Kravitz, Channing Tatum, and who else? And Lily Allen. All right, so that's part 1. This is part 2. We're definitely going to pick up where we left off. Definitely going to be discussing, uh, Megan Thee Stallion, uh, suing Megan No Sales Stallion, uh, suing Mob Radio. Gisele pregnant and Tom Brady is tight about it. And Sierra and Russell Wilson allegedly on baby number 5. Okay, so we're just gonna go ahead and get into it. I'm not gonna make y'all wait because I know y'all were waiting patiently and we're like 15 minutes behind. And we got a second show that we're going to be doing on TashaKLive.com. Okay, that's Diddy, Kalena Harper. Who else we got over there? Jasmine, 6ix9ine. Um, who else real quick for Tasha K Live real quick? Huh? Beyoncé. Who else? Co— and Coco. A lot more on tashakidlive.com. All right, let me get back to it and we'll run the ads later. Okay, we already did one, two, and that— we'll run ads later. All right, so I'm just letting her know. Okay, so Sierra, um, word on the street is that she's pregnant with baby number 5. And here's what— here's the thing, okay, so You know, I always get tapped in before stuff hit the blogs, okay? And I decide whether or not I'm going to go forward with a story, okay? If it's, if it's important to y'all, I'll give it to you. If I feel like it's important and something y'all can use, I'll give it to you. But then I'll get stories like on people that, um, that I just adore, and even though I've never met them or anything, I just feel like some things can be just a little too far, okay? But when it comes to this here, I don't think it's a little too far at all. Um, I did— I do know from a source who is a designer, uh, told me, uh, based on what she heard by working, uh, with Sierra, that not only is she allegedly pregnant with baby number 5, it is allegedly twins. So, um, she has been requesting clothes to hide her baby belly. And, um, I guess so she can surprise it to the world. But, you know, Russell Wilson has been hinting, saying that they just gonna call him Cinco. And, um, you know, they got— they got the money to have all these kids and stuff like that. You know, Ciara like being barefoot and pregnant. Um, I don't see nothing wrong with this. This is a healthy family. He's a— he's a father to all of those kids and stuff. There'll be a lot of children to feed, you know, and buy Christmas for, but you know, they got it, they got it. I don't and we don't. Well, I don't know, 'cause a lot of us got 5. I know a few girls with 5, 6, 7 children and stuff like that. And they get all their toys from the dollar store and everything, everybody happy. Kids don't even really give a damn, they're not high maintenance or nothing like that. But yes, I did hear from sources that were close to her that she is supposedly pregnant with twins and she's been requesting clothes. To hide a pregnant belly. Now, I don't know because I haven't seen her, and it's really hard. And I do get why she hasn't announced, because a lot of people like to get past their first trimester, maybe even second trimester, being that she's a little older now, to make sure the pregnancy is healthy. Because you just never know. You don't want to get too excited and announce anything before you, you make it to, you know, the home run base, like Gisele, uh, uh, Brady is doing. I'm still calling her Brady because Tom— hold on, wait a minute, hold up, wait a minute. What was Sierra? Oh, we got a video of Sierra? Well, let's go back. Let's look at the video of Sierra real quick before we bring up Giselle. She look pregnant, Jasmine. She look pregnant. My belly look like that when it's— when it's flat. I got a pudge even when it's not flat. What are you talking— I don't know. I don't know. I like her new body though. She looks good. I met Sierra in person, uh, when she was with Future and stuff, and she was thin. She wasn't nothing but bones. It was just skin laying on the bone. So, you know, babies do do a body good. That's why I be trying to tell these girls, don't be quick to have surgery or nothing like that, because you're gonna get your second body. You're gonna get your second, third, fourth body. In this case, probably her sixth or seventh body, because it's gonna be the— what? Because she got 4 kids, not 5, it'd be 6 kids. And then she got the after-40 body that's coming. But don't make no mistake, she work out 3 times a day. Because I know everybody's like, well, how does she snatch back so soon? One, her metabolism is good, and two, she works out 3 times a day is That's what she told People magazine. In the morning right after breastfeeding, in the afternoon when the baby go down, and before she goes to bed. So I don't know when she has time for herself at all, or even if she even considers herself a self and gives herself time. So I don't know, but she looks great. You know, if she has another baby, you know, hey, like I said, she got the money for it in this economy. Not everybody can. But Gisele Brady, Tom Brady's ex is pregnant. Now here's the thing, this is why this is messy, because I know y'all probably like, Tasha, what, what does this got to do with anything today? Why are we talking about Gisele? She is divorced, um, she has moved on. She is dating her jiu-jitsu, uh, trainer, ex-trainer that was her trainer for years who kept her body in shape. So he knows her body very, very, very well. Now this is where things get messy. So according to People magazine, uh, Gisele is pregnant with her third child. She has two kids with Tom Brady, uh, one that's I think 11 and the other is 12 or something. They're not too far apart if I'm not mistaken. Don't get me to lie about them kids' ages, but I know, you know, they're, uh, they're a little bit older. She's older, you know, but she's a good— look like she got a good little body. She eat right and stuff, so she should be able to carry a baby to term. I don't see nothing wrong with that. As long as she eat her meat and stuff and her ribs and all that stuff, baby should come out somewhat healthy. But here's the thing, um, Tom is tight about this, and I don't blame him. You know, it's only been less than a year since they divorced. They've only been divorced 8 months, and so she's already pregnant by her trainer that she claims that she didn't have an affair with. Now, all of his friends and family, even he hinted at her having an affair with this same dude. Now, he left the NFL. He left the NFL trying— Where's my coffee? Tasha, can you get my coffee real quick? Whoo, them plane rides be making me tired. Give me a second. So, he left the NFL trying to work out his marriage. But little did he know his wife already had a workout plan with her jiu-jitsu personal trainer. Mm-hmm. And so that's when he had announced his retirement the first time. Said he wanted to focus on his family and stuff like that because his family was focusing on something else. She was getting trained and being stretched every which way by this younger guy. He ain't got no money. Matter of fact, she's paying him. And so Tom Brady, I just, you know, he on the field all the time, he playing with other people. He ain't got no time to play with his wife. So his wife went to play with somebody else, but his friends have been telling him that she's been sleeping with this man for years, and he has even hinted at it. Like, "Why are y'all so close? Why does he have to— Why he gotta open your legs like that and stretch you out like that? Like, you not stretching out like that for me." So he wanted to save his marriage, but she said no and decided to, you know, divorce him, and he says they were gonna be friends and all of that. You know how they give us the speech asking for privacy and stuff like that, only for him to post a shady-ass message when she announced that she's happy and 3 months pregnant with a third baby, 7 months after she divorced her husband with a guy that he was told and already had suspected she was messing with. So if I was him, I would feel tight too. Even though Giselle, you know, she come from her own money and all that stuff like that. But still, he was played. And he felt like he tried everything, but you can't try youth. You can't compete with youth. I don't think Giselle is in it for the money 'cause she got your money and her money to take care of him. And he gonna help keep her healthy. So when Tom— Do you have that picture what Tom posted? If not, don't worry about it. Tom ends up posting to his Instagram after news of his ex-wife being impregnated 3 months by her alleged ex-lover, okay, and now boyfriend. She's not married, I don't think she ever gonna get married again. But he says, "Can the child in me..." What did he say, Jasmine? Hold on for a second, let me pull it up. Hold on, hold on, hold on. I got to get this, I got to get the quote so y'all can get it, 'cause even Jasmine was like, "What did he say?" I'm trying to tell you what he said. Hold on for a second. So, Tom Brady, give me a second, y'all. I thought I had it up here. Y'all make sure y'all liking and sharing. Okay, post cryptic. Hold on, y'all probably get it before me. Hold on for a second, y'all. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Now why my internet— okay, all right, so he breaks his silence with cryptic message, okay, about Giselle being pregnant by the help because it is the help. He said, oh mirror in the sky, what is love? He also says— hold on, hold on, hold on. Can the child— where's that damn post? I hate it when Daily Mail do this. They post everything and wait for the good stuff to the— at the bottom. I mean, I know I do it with my show too, but still. Hold on for a second. Don't be laughing at me, Jasmine. You know, you gotta say the good stuff for the last, you know. You can get the light stuff out in the beginning. Hold on, let me get this damn tweet. You know, we, we kind of, you know, off today with the damn live and stuff. Damn it, damn it, damn it, damn it. Y'. All. Somebody pulled this tweet for me. Hold on for a second. Thank you. Jasmine, pull this tweet. I don't know why it's not showing up. I do not know why it's not showing up. Cause we just looked at it before the live. I don't know why we didn't put it in live. Y' all give me a second now. Y' all give me a second. Okay? Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. I wish we had music to run while I'm looking for it. Hold on, hold on. Okay, hold on. Why are they not posting the other one? Can the child in me— what did he say about the heart, Jasmine? Get it for me, Jasmine. Hold on, hold on. You sent it to me? Okay, all right, we got it, we got it. Hold on, this better be it, Jasmine. Hold on, hold on. Okay, here we go. Thank God. Let me see the comments. Jesus. All right. Let's get the synergy back. Okay. Can the child within my heart rise above? This is what he posts after his wife gives a statement to People magazine saying that she's enjoying her side nigga baby, okay? 'Cause she is in fact pregnant by the alleged side nigga. He says, can the child within my heart Rise above. Now take a second to think on that. What does that mean? It took Jasmine a second to really get it. Can the— look to your neighbor and ask your neighbor, can the child within my heart rise above? Which means, can the pettiness— please, can this child not fuck up this show right now? Can I not get on the internet and embarrass everybody right now? Because he ain't crazy. Like, he been knew— It's like, you don't get pregnant that fast. You don't move on that fast. Yeah, they separated 2 years ago, but like, this was the person that supposedly drove a wedge between him, his wife, and, you know, her vagina. Like, seriously, like— You, he plotting. I'm telling you, I'm telling you. You talking about you never shed a tear for a white person? Why not? You can't see them or something? You can't see the tears because they white and the tears is white? Why, why do y'all never— why would you never shed a tear for a white person? Why is that, huh? You would be heated too. I, I can understand. And you know what's, you know what's sad about this is I think Giselle better be careful. Tom ain't moved on. And he's white, okay? He hasn't moved on. He's white. He lost his family. His kids are about to call the help, somebody that he paid to help his wife stay in shape for him, uh, raise his kids. Tom about to lose his shit. I think Tom about to— because he's never lost before in life. You have to understand, when it comes to somebody that's used to winning all the time, Tom has never lost, and for him to lose something so dear to his heart, and he probably thought, and he's still thinking that one day he would be able to get back with his wife, 'cause he hasn't moved on. I mean, he's Tom Brady. How much is he worth, about $500 million? $300 million? $300? And he ain't moved on. Y'all better pray for Gisele. Y'all better pray for Gisele and that baby, like for real, before he over there, it's the holidays too, He about to, you know, and people be going through it during the fall season, and you know, they want to spend time with their children, they want their family back, and he over there alone. Somebody better check on Tom. Somebody better check on Tom, because I just don't understand why he ain't moved on yet, huh? He may be the next— he may be the next OJ if somebody don't get up over there, because he talking about getting the child within my heart. Rise above, which means he is about to lose his shit and it's not gonna involve flattening no tires or breaking nothing, 'cause he can't beat this man. This man's a jiu-jitsu trainer. He's younger than Tom, he's a jiu-jitsu trainer. Tom probably plotting something. Y'all better please, somebody get up over there and check on him. Please. Mm-mm, mm-mm, mm-mm. You said it was Tom's inability to stay home was the issue. Tom was working. He got the money, he got a— ain't she an ex-Victoria's Secret model? Tom got the work. Now she over there spending time with somebody who don't work. His job, his job, her new boyfriend, is her. No, no, no, no, we can't play fair. Mm-mm. You talking about he don't give a damn? Okay, okay. Y'all talking about Tom needs bad— he don't need knees if he got tools, okay? He got tape, he got rope, you know. Just saying, y'all better check on— y'all better check on that man. Moving on. Yeah, but he got played. He, he definitely got played. Tasha K is working for Hertz. Why am I working for Hertz? Oh, Tom is working for Oh, he got a brand new for her. So yeah, he gonna get brand new. I was like, what? How did— I rented a Hertz car yesterday. How did you know that? I thought somebody was stalking me. All right, so here's— all right, so moving on, moving on, moving on. So this is what y'all came here for. All right, so listen, I'm talking about what about the Cone Boys? Oh yeah, we talk about, uh, Ray J versus the Cone Boys, and we actually just got an an exclusive, uh, uh, piece in on Ray J too. Oh yeah, we definitely gonna be discussing that. Shout out to my source here with these DMs, and they, they look really real too because the person who sent it to me, this is a real source. Okay, all right, so listen, here's the thing, that's, that's involving Ray J. Ray J is going to be on talklive.com. All right, so here's the thing, I was a little skeptical and I kind of went back and forth with my team today about whether or not I was going talk about this. And so, um, the more it kept coming up and the more people kept calling me, I decided, you know what, why not? Megan Thee Stallion, no sales. Welcome to the Unwind with Tasha K Show. Okay, now I don't know if y'all know Megan has, uh, filed a lawsuit against Milagro Grounds. Her site is called Mob Radio. You can find her on Instagram at Ms. Information, and she's been a blogger for quite some time. She's from Houston, as Megan is from Houston, and Milagro runs a very real, raw, and uncensored site. Okay, now she's taken a lot of, a lot of hits for running a real, raw, uncensored site, sort of like what I used to do back in the day, how I would cuss on here, I would drag, I would get on Twitter, you know, call people names and things like that. And so as As a result, she has been shadow banned, she has been demonetized, she has lost pages, things that causes her business to not grow as it should because this is who she is. I like her, I really love the type of work that she does, and sometimes we need that underground real rawness. Now it's not like she got this huge brand. Like I did. Like, I kind of took it to me. I think I took it mainstream, didn't I, Jasmine? Yeah, I took that real raw, uncensored stuff mainstream. And, um, you know, Milagro, because she has been, you know, losing pages and things like that and being shadowbanned, and, you know, like I said, she has a really, really good entertaining site. I do recommend y'all follow her if you don't, um, and you're gonna get some real factual news, okay? Um, a lot of the, the paperwork that she posts comes to her by way of, you know, certain celebrities that trust her to put out this information. And I think that's what's needed, you know. Not everything is a PR campaign, not everything is crisis management. Some people just want the truth. Now, to other people, it may not be the truth because there is, you know, your side, their side, and in the middle is the truth. But Milagro, I like the way that she posts because a lot of the stuff that she does She kind of asks questions and she does give her opinion a lot. She's not, you know, like me. I'm 10 toes down. You know, if I say you— if I say you said this, you said it. That's it. That's it. You want to play in my pockets? Let's play in my pockets. We can do that. But you're not going to— how can I put this? Definitely ain't going to silence me, that's for sure. Okay. And Yeah, it may be a little hard to get exactly, uh, what you think is going to help you, um, I guess sleep well at night. And so let me break it down to you, y'all, all right? Because I noticed that I was trending today on Twitter. There were a lot of people, um, that said, hasn't anybody learned from the Tasha K situation? That's a good question. Put the put the comments up for a second. Let's have a little time together real quick. I got some time, I got like 20 minutes. Has anybody learned from the Tasha K situation, the Tasha K lawsuit? Has anybody learned? And everybody's cheering, everybody's cheering like, yes, it's about time Megan Thee Stallion takes a stand on her foot and sues somebody. Hold somebody accountable. Cyberbullying is wrong. Lying is wrong. All of this. And guys, here's what I'm gonna say. Here's what I'm gonna say, because I got a lot, you know, we finna really get into this. I got a lot I want to say. First, we're gonna start with the facts. So Milagro Graham has been sued by Megan No Sales Stallion. Okay, uh, she is alleging lies, defamatory statement, and she's also alleging that Mob Radio serves as a surrogate for Tory Lanez. So which means Tory Lanez talks to Milagro and Milagro reports what she feels in her heart, in her opinion, is the truth about what she's been given, just like how jurors do. You know, that's why we have a jury of our peers, right? And some may agree and some may not agree, and then overall, you know, we got to come to a conclusion. And so if the majority outnumbers, you know, one person, then guess what? You're liable, you're guilty. It's a lot of things like that. But, um, you know, Megan has been, um, you know, trying to reclaim, in my opinion, the fame that she once had at the height of her career. And, um, you know, since the Tory Lanez trial, uh, it hasn't been the same for her. And I get it, I get it. You know, she's lost her mom, her dad is not here. You know, there's a lot going on with Megan, but I don't feel that, um, you know, suing a blogger because she is friends with Tory Lanez and she believes Tory Lanez is going to somehow bring you, uh, back the success or, or things that you, you had once in your career. And so, um, let's go over this lawsuit real quick. I'm trying to contain myself, guys, so give me a second. I'm trying to contain myself, okay? I'm trying to remain professional. Can I remain professional, Jasmine? Can I do that without the Tasha K effect? Can I, can I be a journalist just for now? And just read this, you know, parts of this lawsuit, the main facts of the— well, the allegations in the lawsuit, and we can kindly go over them together as winos, okay? Because I, you know, I've learned a lot, you know, from my own experiences, and I would like to share what I've learned with you today and with Milagro and any other blogger that is being sued or being threatened about being sued and things like that. They have nothing to be afraid of, okay? So, but let's get into it, okay? Let's get into it. Uh, so here's the thing, all right? So let me go ahead and pull up this, uh, this complaint, okay? Um, because like I said, I was skeptical about going over it, but I said, you know what, why not? Why not? I know you guys were gonna ask. I know you guys are gonna ask. So, um, Let me pull it up. Hold on, because Jasmine sent me the link. Good job, Jasmine. She made sure I had it. All right, so Megan Cunha, for white woman who is on Megan's side, who is a mouthpiece in my opinion, uh, for Megan Thee Stallion, uh, and has been, and, and even has tried to have Milagro, uh, you know, like sanctioned or held in contempt of court, thrown out of court. Like, she's really tight as a journalist over a blogger, um, somewhat getting more attention than her. Because, you know, when, when Milagro goes live on Twitter, she does have like 20 to 25,000 people streaming live on Twitter. Like, that's— and she'd be live for hours, it's about 6, 7 hours. Like, the girl really be in the paint. She puts— she puts her feet down, unlike somebody else, you know. So here's the thing, um, so Megan Pete, an individual plaintiff, uh, is suing Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, okay. And so for years is what Megan Legend. Let me put on my little reading glasses. Let's go over it, shall we? Okay. Yeah, yeah. Since I'm trending, why not? Y'all brought Tasha K in the conversation. Tasha K is speaking on it now. Okay, so here's the thing. Um, plaintiff Megan Peete hereby files this action against Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, defendant. Peete alleges the following facts upon her own knowledge and upon information and belief. Nature of this action: For years, defendant Cooper, who is Milagro, acted and continues to act on behalf of Daystar Peterson, also known as Tory Lanez, as an online rumor mill churning out falsehoods about Mrs. Pete to her tens of thousands of social media followers. Tens of thousands. Milagro probably has a combined following of 100K on all her platforms. Okay, but like, yeah, okay, but this is who Megan has suffered reputational damage and emotional distress from. This is a blogger that's shadow banned, so that means you have to go and search her page to look. You got to really know what the underground be. You got to know that. It's like you got to be given like, like when you go to them underground clubs in New York, so some of the cities, and they— you have to give a password. You got to know the password to get the Milagro site. Yeah, you gotta give a password. So that means you have to search her, 'cause Milagro is never trending. She's trending today. Congratulations, girl, that's why I got the United States flag behind you, baby. Houston. I love it, I love it. Since you're gonna be in court, baby, you might as well just have American flag because you are, again, representing bloggers, not journalists, but bloggers, people who blog to like-minded people and we share opinions, okay? And then because we're from the streets and we don't have an ethics committee that we have to report to or pay dues to or have a degree, yeah, we can get— yeah, we cuss out folks and then it's being turned into defamation and being liable and stuff like that, you know, and slander. 'Cause we cussing out folks. She from Houston, I'm from Florida. So that's what they call it, okay? But let me get back to the— let me put on my shades. Let me get back to the— My reading glasses, okay? And so here's the thing. So she serves as an online rumor mill, churning out falsehoods about Mrs. Pete to her tens of thousands of social media followers. Since Mr. Peterson's 2020 indictment for felony assault, okay, with a weapon after shooting Mrs. Pete, to his later conviction in December 2022, up and through today, defendant Cooper performed Mr. Peterson's public bidding to degenerate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements about Mrs. Pete on her social media platforms for no other reason than to bully, harass, punish Mrs. Pete for Mrs. Peterson's conviction and to tarnish her reputation, causing emotional distress. Now, I didn't know a person with 100,000 followers could tarnish your reputation when you got millions and you got brand deals and you got endorsements. I don't know. I don't know. But maybe, maybe she's trying to blame Milagro for her recent flop of her album that only sold less than 10K. And for the numbers that you guys are seeing out there now saying that she's about to enter Billboard's top 15 again, I mean, uh, number 15 on Billboard's top 200 because she's estimated to sell 40K. They combined Megan, which is Act 1 and Act 2 together to give it a combined sale. So it went from being an album, then she announced it to a mixtape, then went from being an album again that she dropped one week after Glo's album, and her as the main act ended up de-selling, uh, not selling at all, uh, and allowed her opening act to, you know, outdo her, outstep her. Okay, so here's the thing. Okay, so yeah, uh, we're, we're Okay, so $44K today, and that is combined sales of Megan and Megan, uh, Act 2. So they combined them together. So, but that Megan, that's that— this recent album that she did has only sold 10,000 copies with 18 songs. Let me put my reading glasses back on. Okay, so, you know, it's anything you can, in my opinion, to you know, create and take, uh, you know, um, how do I put it? I'm trying to be professional. I'm trying to be— act as if I got a journalism degree, but I didn't. Um, anything to take the attention off of what's at hand. Megan, no sales stallion. Okay, now, um, the lengths to which Defendant Cooper goes on to harass Mrs. Pete knows no bounds. For example, she has gone so far as to share deepfake— I can't even say the word over here, which is crazy. It's not me, it's, it's YouTube. Okay. Uh, deepfake, uh, intimate images of Mrs. Pete in June 2024. Defendant encouraged her 27,000 ex-followers to view and text posts by BimBella that shared a doctored, artificially created video of Mrs. Pete purportedly engaged in sexual acts without Mrs. Pete's knowledge and consent. Now, the fact that they posted where Milagro got the post from is what Milagro is being sued for. Sharing a post that was already viral to her 27,000 followers. Now mind you, there were— this thing was circulating and Megan made a speech and said, you know, this hurt her and it's not her and, you know, she was going to take action. But I don't know why she wouldn't take action against Twitter for allowing the video to be published on their platform. Okay. And the X post by BimBella. Right, but she wants to sue Milagro. She said Milagro caused her emotional distress, not Bimbella. Like, Milagro has an IT degree to make a video of such. Okay, okay, we're gonna talk about this because like I said, there's a lot of people that put my name in the chat trending number 5 today on Twitter, okay? And then too, I see there's a lot of people that are, um that are excited that Milagro is being sued. And it's the same people that are typing in the name. You gotta type in Mob Radio on Twitter to go watch. You— it's not being promoted. Today is being promoted because my sis made it, okay? Today is being promoted. But the other days you had to go search, which means if you wanted to see something bad about yourself or something good, you had to go type in the name to get to this blog. I don't understand. I don't know why people— I guess it's the same reason why domestic violence people would go back to relationships, like, after getting beat and beat. So if you know you're getting beat, why are you using your Twitter fingers to go search her? Or did it have anything to do with her sharing, uh, a court document that went viral that she had received from either Pacer or Tory Lanez, who's her friend, uh, and it made it to The Breakfast Club while you were trying to promote an album that nobody wanted to listen to? Oh, let's talk about it. Okay. All right, hold on. Put my reading glasses back on. Hold on. All right. Am I doing good? Am I being professional? Am I being professional? Okay. Okay, cool. Cool. All right, no problem. No problem. Okay. So, uh, yeah, let's get back to it. After defendant's conduct led to a firestorm of negative reactions from others, Defendant doubled down in a YouTube video on June 9th, 2024, claiming that Mrs. Peek was a professional victim. So she is alleging as one of the actions that this statement of calling Megan a professional victim caused her emotional distress and reputational damage. Now, and— She also says, and denying without any wrongdoing. But defendant is wrong. Her conduct was an unlawful promotion of an altered depiction and caused Mrs. Peete severe emotional distress and reputational harm. So Milagro caused her this, not the person who made the deepfake video and posted the deepfake video that Milagro reshared along with the entire internet. But see, they don't go for TMZ, they don't go for, um, you know, these white publications and stuff like that. They want to go for the Black woman. That's what they want to do. All right, but let's, let's keep going. Now, in another instance on September 2nd, 2024, defendant Cooper accused Mrs. Peete of having a severe drinking problem. Did we not see Megan downing bottles of Hennessy? Am I blind? Am I blind, Jasmine? Am I blind? Okay, okay, cool. I'm not a biased Barb, guys. I am a Barb, but not a biased Barb. And, um, I think it was shit that Nicki sued Nosy Ho too. And I— and what, what has it brought her? Nothing. Nicki needed to realize— we're just gonna interrupt this, this, this, uh, this, uh, uh, program here for, for a public service announcement real quick because I got time. Um, what has it brought Nicki? Nicki, in my opinion, and I've told her this, On the phone, you're too big to be worried about what's down here. You're too big. People are gonna say what they want to say about you. Same way y'all dragging Beyoncé, y'all mama is Beehive. We drag Nicki too, okay? Don't, don't play with me. Don't play with me. Now, here's the thing. Uh, let's get back to— After defendants— Okay, hold on, hold on, hold on. Y'all making me lose my train of thought. I got my reading glasses on, give me a second, okay? Now, on another incident, okay, yeah, on September 2nd, uh, she accused Mrs. Peete of having a severe drinking problem, okay? And who needs to spend more time in a relationship with herself and her therapist or maybe AA. Well, given the latest lawsuit and everything that she's gone through, her being shot and going through public humiliation and stuff, what is wrong with Millie saying, hey, if I'm seeing you drinking and feeding everybody else shots, and, you know, allegedly they said that, you know, you guys were drinking the night of the shooting, right? Um, Why would she— what's, what's— what is slander or defaming about saying a person that needs to spend more time in a relationship with herself and her therapist and maybe AA? And she's came out to say that. She's came out to talk about that, like, you know, that she needs to put herself first and, you know, and, and get some, get some help and get some therapy and stuff. Like, what is wrong with that? Like, that is, that is positive. That's positive information, right, guys? Okay, yeah, yeah, she is promotion for the documentary that she got tomorrow that she's going to reignite to try to sell this album that is not selling. Okay, in yet another instance, on, uh, July 30th, okay, 2024, defendant Cooper went so far as to cast doubt on Mrs. Peek's mental status, asking her followers Now, I didn't know a question was defamation, okay? But asking her followers if Mrs. Pete has a guardian or no, or whether Mrs. Pete has ever been deemed like legally retarded. It's a question. That's not a statement of fact. That's not even calling her a name. That is like asking a question. Are you retarded? Are you slow? How is that okay? All right, we're moving on. Defendant's low blows did not stop there. Defendant consistently resorted to name-calling Ms. P, characterizing her as an angry Black woman and a lying asshole. Okay, so Megan's lawyer put that, um, because I don't think Megan thought we were going to read this stuff, you know, because nobody read my stuff. It's fine, but I got time today. Uh, so, and yet, so basically she's casting doubt, which is, if she doubts something, it's illegal to doubt that somebody's lying. It's illegal. It's illegal to state in your opinion if you feel that she's lying. Some jurors probably thought that she was lying. There's a lot of media outlets that thought that Megan was lying. Megan was just in Tokyo. Coming out of a restaurant and they were screaming, "Free Tory." Okay, let me put my reading glasses back on. Okay, all right, but this is, this is who y'all cheering for. Y'all saying, "Yay, yay, this is a, this is a one-up. Bloggers need to learn. Bloggers need to learn. Let's go, we reading the lawsuit." Yes, Megan Kuniff, a white woman that has been upset that Milagro has gotten more press and more coverage than her in her entire life. She's got more play than Megan has ever gotten on her vagina. Because if you see that white woman, hard on the eyes, hard on the eyes. That wig has got to go, girl. Wig has got to go. Okay, let me— and that is my opinion, Megan. I'm, uh, yeah, Megan Cuniff, the reporter. Okay, um, so let's go on, let's go on, because she posted this like people weren't gonna read because they, you know, they swear up and down Black folks don't read. That may be true, but I do. You know, and we do. Okay, now, um, hold on, hold on, hold on. Defendant's low blows, oh yeah, characterizing her as an angry Black woman. So she's being sued for calling Megan Thee Stallion an angry Black woman and a lying asshole during her live streams. Additionally, in or around June 29th, 2024, defendant tried to pull information on Mrs. Peete's father in an attempt to publish private information about her family and cause damage to Mrs. Peete's reputation. Uh, sweetie, your daddy is dead. He can't defend himself. What is he doing in the lawsuit? This sounds familiar. I've seen this before. We'll keep going. Okay. Mrs. P has repeatedly tried to stop Defendant Cooper's misconduct and asked what it would take to stop being posted on Defendant's platform. In response, Defendant provided the snide advice that Mrs. P should just get over it or go away. I don't see anything wrong that Milagro, uh, said, uh, about going away because you have to type in Milagro's page to get to it. You have to physically type it in because it doesn't get promoted anywhere, not even on YouTube. Okay, y'all throw them bombs and wine glasses in the chat. All right, we're reading Megan's mental state right now because her album is, is, is at 10,000 copies. Maybe it'll be more after the documentary comes out tomorrow of her reigniting everything that she went through and selling it. It's like a sympathy campaign, in my opinion, um, that she's pushing. And somebody else tried that campaign and it didn't work for them, but y'all can figure it out. Here's the thing. So Defendant Cooper also made numerous false accusations about Mrs. Pete regarding Mr. Peterson in the trial. Defendant's conspiratorial, uh, relationship with Mr. Peterson, who is Tory Lanez, is troubling. Defendant acted as a paid surrogate, uh, used to spread Mr. Peterson's lies about Mrs. Pete. Isn't it funny that how Tory Lanez and, um, Megan Thee Stallion got the same last name? Very close. Okay, yeah. So here's the thing, uh, I think she's still mad that, you know, Tory was trying to— he, you know, he kind of used Megan to help his career, and then he had dissed Megan and dissed her best friend and then tried to go get with Kylie Jenner and had Tory Lanes had a bad Kylie Jenner, that would have made his career go through the roof. Because Megan couldn't do it. Megan couldn't do it. The boy was at a standstill. And so you see what happened to Travis Scott. The man got— they got to rebuild Italy because of all them, the people, white folks out there snorting cans and stuff and shaking the city and stuff like that. And so she just got mad that she, like, she let a midget play her. Like, she really let a midget play her. Now Let's go back. So, on or about, we're gonna start tashaklive.com at 10 o'clock. Okay, give me a second, y'all. I got to finish this, okay? So, uh, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. For example, on October 27th, 2024, defendant Cooper falsely claimed that the firearm Mrs. Peterson used to pow pow Mrs., uh, Pete was not produced during the trial because it was missing. That is not the case. The firearm remains in the custody of— hold on— of Los Angeles Police Department. Defendant Cooper could have easily verified this information but instead chose to ignore it and spread lies about the integrity of the trial and related investigation. How could you spread lies about a trial if Tori was convicted? That's her opinion. Like, what? Okay, let me, let me keep going. Additionally, defendant Cooper, uh, hold on, hold on. Spread the false rumor that Mr. Peterson did not pow-pow Mrs. Peek, even after a unanimous jury of Mr. Peterson's peers decided otherwise. For instance, on October 28th, 2024, defendant Cooper posted a video on her X account directed at Mrs. Peek and asked, "Can you even prove that you was pow-powed?" How is that a statement of fact? How is this an allegation? Can you even prove that you was pow pow? That's asking a question. Because like I said, when reports first came out, we're gonna talk about this. Um, reports first came out. I don't know if it was Megan or somebody from her team had reported that she had stepped on glass. Didn't she say she had stepped on glass? Is what she had initially told the police and the public, but then they found the fragments in her foot and stuff. And so let me keep reading. Hold on for a second. Hold on, hold on. Uh, the state did prove that fact and Mr. Peterson is currently serving a 10-year sentence for it. In May of 2022, defendant posted an image of the Los Angeles Police Department report from Mr. Peterson's arrest stating that the first doctor to see Mrs. Peek confirmed laceration due to stepping on glass. So if she posted a report from Mr. Peterson's arrest, how was that defamation if she got the report? This is what Milagro does. I keep all mine in a file, and when my lawyer asks for them, when we get a lawsuit, she got them in a file. I don't have to post my stuff, but she posts her stuff. Okay, uh, let me, let me keep going. Um, I really don't want to, but I'm gonna keep going. So stay— okay, so hold on, hold on, hold on. Now, confirmed laceration due to stepping on glass, not a firearm or wound. However, the information from the police report was recorded before bullet fragments were discovered in Mrs. Peete's feet during the surgery. So there's a technicality in the paperwork because of what we heard. We thought Mrs. Peete said it was— we— the glass came from— didn't the glass come from Megan? If I'm not mistaken? We didn't know nothing about no shooting. We didn't know nothing about no glass. We didn't know nothing about no arrest until she started talking. We didn't know nothing. Okay, hold on for a second. She was sitting up in that video with that jewelry on and she was like this, "He shot me. He shot me." Who? Torrey. Why? I don't know why. Girl, hold on. Now, defendant also attended the trial and livestreamed her falsehoods during the hearings. Uh, every reporter does that. They stream their opinions to their followers. CNN does it, so does Fox. Uh, Fox News hates Kamala Harris and CNN hates Trump. Um, this is kind of what this is like. She You know, she's the CNN and loves Tory, and you're the Fox News. And, you know, Megan's the— Megan Cutie, the white woman, is Fox News and loves Megan Thee Stallion, which is Trump. So they each have a side that they chose. But is Kamala suing Fox News? Is Trump suing CNN? This is what they're trying to do to bloggers because they feel that we should always be on their side. Our opinions is getting in the way of them making money that we feel they don't frankly deserve, especially when you're not, in our opinion, authentic or telling the truth. Glorilla's likable. This one Dog, dog. You see why, you know, Milagro called her— what she called her? Here's the thing, uh, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. During the trial— we almost done, y'all, okay? So they, they got tweets from Milagro that says, talking about credible when we all sitting in there, shut the fuck up. Didn't say Megan's name or nothing. Megan's name is not even in this tweet. So they're basically trying to guess Who's saying this? Uh, and then Milagro says Kelsey spoke to the prosecutors and told them one thing, but today she says she lied. Okay, we all reported that and heard that. She said one thing one night and then changed her story, said nothing on the stand, right? Okay. Um, Kelsey says she never saw Tori, uh, pull a pow pow on Megan or shoot her. What is, what is defamatory about that? All this case taught anyone was that your father, brother, cousin, or son could face over 20 years in prison without proper evidence, a botched investigation, and another likely suspect just because non-credible witnesses said you did something wrong. And y'all slow asses was cheering. And when we're talking about non-credible, in my opinion, I don't think Megan's a credible person. Didn't Megan sit on, um, Gayle King and say that she did not sleep with Tory? And it came out in trial that she slept with Tory. So if Milagro is referring to Megan as not credible, that is her opinion. That is not defamation or slander. But there's a reason why Alex Shapiro is going after a blogger with less than 100,000 followers, because it's an easy one. It's an easy one, but I think he's underestimating Milagro. And, um, you know, we were underestimated. That's cool. Uh, but I, I think he thinks that she doesn't have the means to like fight this. But since she's a surrogate for Tory Lanez, Tory Lanez is giving money away left and right from jail. He paying people legal fees and bail fees and all types of stuff. And so I'm sure Tory is going to be helping Milagro to to find a lawyer and do what she got to do. Because I don't see where— This right here, this is light work compared to my case. This is being nice compared to my case. Child, I was on Twitter having a Florida field day. Okay? I was having a field day with a person who loves to have a field day too. We was out there playing dodgeball. Y'all remember dodgeball? We was both at it. Okay, but listen, here's the thing, here's the thing. Now, more recently, after posting a lawsuit— about a lawsuit a former videographer filed against Mrs. Peete in April 2024 and Mrs. Peete motions to dismiss, defendant also falsely claimed that Mrs. Peete was caught trying to deceive the courts again, referencing her testimony in the trial. Like, how is this defaming? This is a statement. Enough is enough, Mrs. Pete, a victim— okay, enough is enough, says a lawyer. Mrs. Pete, a victim of a violent crime and champion of women's rights, to her millions of fans worldwide— this is what her lawyer's saying— Mrs. Pete, okay, will no longer stand for the defendant's campaign of harassment She brings the complaint of damages and equitable relief to end defendant Cooper's vendetta against her. Mrs. P is a performance artist known as Megan Thee Stallion. Milagro. Okay, so because I was trying to figure out why is this case in the Southern District of Florida where I'm at? Why is, why is she suing in the Southern District of Florida? But apparently Megan is a citizen of Florida and Milagro is a citizen of Texas. Now, this court has subject jurisdiction over the state laws and things like that. And you know, here's the thing. What'd you say? You said what? Yeah, resident, you know what I mean. Okay, so here's the thing, um, do I care about this? I don't. Um, you know, I saw Megan's speech and she was like, it's time to hold these bloggers accountable. And I saw, you know, My Name's Trunda, and tell me, you know, uh, hasn't anybody learned from the Latasha Kebe case? And And it's like, what have we learned? What have we learned from the Tasha K case? I was found liable. She getting paid. Has it brought my payment? Let's just talk about this. Let's just talk about this. Because the things that I got sued for is the very things that are still being shared online right now. From millions of people on every platform. Tasha K is out the conversation. Tasha K has been out the conversation because frankly, it's beneath me. It's beneath me. So old Tasha cussing folks out and I got a whole company to run. I ain't got time. We got projects and things that we doing just, just way above what this back and forth is. I don't— somebody else runs my Twitter, so I can't even cuss somebody out if I wanted to. The mere fact that I got time to search my name and type and do all this stuff like Alex Jones got sued for almost $2 billion. Where's his platform? All those victims that claimed that they were victims over his comments that caused them relief, that caused them emotional distress because he reported that he felt, in his opinion, the massacre was a hoax. Folks? Has it brought the babies back? Have they gotten the money? Have they gotten the money? Hmm. Uh, my case— I was not supposed to be on the internet. My kids were not supposed to go to college. I was supposed to be in jail, I was supposed to be all these things. I was evading taxes, all types of stuff they reported on me. Where am I at? What has the case taught anybody? I'm just being honest. Suing someone does not bring you the comfort and peace that you're looking for. In my opinion, where Megan went wrong and why public opinion has changed towards her and her trying to bully a blogger with less than 100,000 followers that caused you reputational damage, but you just got a True Religion ad that rightfully should have went to Sexyy Red. I've never seen her in True Religion a day in her life, but she's parading around True Religion jeans as if She was the one that brought True Religion back, but it was Sexy Red in our opinion. Like, you got all these endorsement deals, and that's really why you're an artist. You're an art— you're not an artist because, like, you know, um, you sell, or you're an artist so that you can leverage brand deals, because music is not making money. The music industry is down. Now, I'm gonna be honest with you, there's been a couple of bloggers— I mean, a couple of artists that have been trying to come for her, and I'm sure they've been in Megan's ear And so this here, painting Megan as an easy victim to a court, is gonna be a slam dunk. It's gonna be a— it's gonna be an easy one. She's already— and I'm just trying to figure out, like, why you ain't sued the person that, that, that shot you, Megan? Like, why you— you could still get money. Tory got money. Tory got money. Tory paying bills, all types of stuff in court. He giving people million-dollar loans. All while he's in jail still fighting for his appeal. Why haven't you sued Tori? But you wanna sue his surrogate. His surrogate, because she was able to get documents out that a lot of people won't necessarily go look for because it messes up this image that you're trying to push after you, in my opinion, have branded yourself as the party girl. The pass-around party girl in the industry, in my opinion. There have been many rappers that have— and here's the thing, even your own ex-boyfriend, Pardi. Didn't Pardi make a diss song dragging her, talking about her plastic surgery, talking about how she lied to him about dudes that she had been with? Like, the fact that her personal her personal business was all over the internet, and we saw more of that and less of the music, then you decided to leverage a beef with one of the biggest rap artists out here, Nicki Minaj, it is not doing well for your brand. And yes, yes, the court says that she is a victim, but we're talking about a public, victim. Now she's a victim of a shooting, okay? That's what the courts say, that's what the jury said. Until they say otherwise in an appeal, that's what she— that's what she is. But a professional victim? I, I just— I don't, I don't, I don't know, y'all. I don't know. And you know, listen, let's hope that, you know, getting Milagro's page taken down will bring her peace, but I doubt it because like I said, In Tokyo, they were screaming, "Free Tory!" The world is talking about this, and I guarantee you Tokyo is not watching Milagro. Nobody— the same things that I got sued for is the same things that are being said, not because of me. They were being said way before I even entered the picture. And what has changed? Is it so bad being sued? Is it, Jasmine? Have your checks bounced? Jasmine's checks haven't bounced. I'm just saying, I just feel that Whenever you give life to something— and I'm, I'm, listen, I'm, I'm a— I've done this before. I put energy into things that don't bring me nothing but turmoil, agony, depression, sadness, because I want something to take my anger out on. Like, we all do that, right? We all do that. This, in my opinion, is what Megan is trying to it's not going to bring you that happiness that you also seek. And using Jay-Z and Beyoncé's lawyer like it's, it's gonna scare anybody— I had an entire record label after me, y'all. An entire record label. Where am I at? Still up here reporting, doing my job, opting not to discuss a certain person. Not because I was ordered to, I opted not to because why? I'm headed in a different direction, somebody else's direction. That's her direction. Hey, hey, go, go. Me, I'm for family, I'm for laughter, I'm for happiness, I'm for, I'm for you know, positivity, all of that. We have fun over here. I don't know what the hell going on up over there, nor do I care. But all I'm gonna say is, like, Milagro, listen, there's a couple ways you can deal with this. You can either ignore it, let them get a default judgment, let them chase you in court for money that you don't have, okay? You ain't even got to respond to this. If you want to prove to a bunch of so-called fans, um, that you got it, that's fine. I'm sure they're going to get an easy judgment against you because of of how they're trying to paint this into a cyberbullying thing and the fact that she does have— she has been shot and things like that. So they're going to pity her. The same person that you was asking her, are you a professional victim? They're going to paint her as a professional victim before a jury, okay? And then you're gonna have a torturous claim and then they're gonna try to come after money and stuff that you don't have. But I would just say this, in my opinion, I would just ignore it if I were you. I wouldn't respond to the lawsuit if I were you. I would just let it default. It's not going to bring Megan happiness. It's not going to bring her great health, and it's definitely not going to bring her album sales. Silencing you is not going to change how she feels about herself. And so in my opinion, I do feel like If you're having that type of emotional distress, you do need some therapy. And Milagro asking about that, and now you're stating that as, "Oh, um, she has no right to that." That's defamatory to ask if you needed therapy? That's defamatory? But you're stating that you're suffering emotional damage, something you have to go to court and prove and show that you're getting therapy for? Anyway, I'm out. We're about to head over to tashakelive.com for some fun stuff. This stuff, like I said, is beneath me. It's like a dark wormhole, okay? A hole we climbed up out of years ago. Years ago. I know it's heavy, but it is what it is, okay? And you know what I thought about doing? I really did, but I don't know if the bloggers are serious enough, but I may have to get with the lawyers now because, you know, I got, I got real defamation, First Amendment right lawyers, you know what I'm saying, and stuff like that. And they've been handling all of our cases and we're, we're A-okay. Nothing is slowing down, nothing at all, okay? Um, I was thinking about, you know, creating maybe with some defamation, First Amendment right lawyers, a what do you call it, like a union? And they can educate the bloggers because we're not journalists, you know, we're bloggers. We give our personal opinion, you know what I'm saying? And so how to ride that fine line because, you know, the journalists do get jealous. And so that's why that journalist Megan Kunoff, you know, is too busy worried about Milagro taking views from her and stuff like that and had her kicked out of the court for whatever reason. Um, but I do feel like some type of union needs to be started. So that if situations like this arise, they can't use high-powered attorneys to bully bloggers into liking and reporting only good things on people, on their artists and on their clients. And like I said, like, the lawyers to me is the problem. They just need another lawyer that know how to fight them for being a bully. I don't care who hired you. I wouldn't care if the President of the United States hired you. I wouldn't care. You're a lawyer. You went to law school just like everybody else. Just because you got Jay-Z and Beyoncé's money and you're pretty much their dude boy, what? Like, there's a lawyer that's bigger than you, bro? Like, I'm just saying, I feel like maybe we should do something like that. And I may look into it. It depends if the bloggers reach out to me and they want to put $100 a month towards a legal fund that will go towards them in case they do get cases like this. And then the lawyers can get them thrown out the same way mine's getting thrown out left and right. All right, now I gotta go. We're about to head over to tashaklive.com because I'm tired. I ain't— like I said, I should have listened to myself and not reported on this. What you think, Jasmine? I should listen to myself. Why? I didn't go an hour on this. See, I should have listened to myself and not reported on this. I gotta listen to my intuition next time. Well, luckily I did it over here. All right, I love you guys. We're about to head over to tashaklive.com. Don't forget, guys, get your tickets for Houston. They are selling out. They're starting at $60. You can get them on my site, tashkayonstage.com. A lot of the other festivities have sold out, so get them now while they last. I know you guys are trying to wait, but please don't wait last minute here, okay? You do not want to do that. Uh, also guys, uh, don't forget the Charleston White interview will be out next week. I do have an announcement to make. Friday, tomorrow, I will be live here. I'll be live here tomorrow, but Friday I won't be live here because I got one more event I got to do. It's a private event I was hired to and so I'll be hosting that. And then so we won't have a live here, but then next week we're gonna do lives, I believe, uh, Wednesday and Thursday next week too. And then I have surgery, okay? And so then I'll be out for a week during my surgery, but we'll have pre-recorded content, okay? So just pray for me, guys. It was successful last time. Pray that it's successful this time. Nothing but good energy from y'all. I love you guys, and thank you so much. Now we got to go head over to tashaklive.com. Let me get my energy. Bye!
