This is a YouTube video titled "Are You Present Enough? Trust and Letting Go of the Control with Shay Rowbottom #shorts" containing a reflective monologue or talk by a single speaker discussing themes of presence, trust, and surrendering control in life, recorded in April 2024.

Because of the way of our culture and the lifestyle that we've created. We're not present enough to see it, to feel it, to trust it, to be with it. And more than anything this past year, that is what I have realized is, whoa. Like, God has been trying to speak to me all along. There's signs, there's safety, and I just have to trust. I have to let go of trying to control my own life, trying to control my self image and create all of these boundaries around me to not feel the pain and the suffering of what I have gone through.
