Ashley Kirkwood | Don't Sell Better Than You Deliver #shorts

This is where a lot of people mess up. You do not want to sell better than you deliver, and you do not want to deliver better than you sell. You really need a balance here. So with delivery, you want to be able to deliver a great talk, be interesting, be engaging, make sure the client is having a great time. Know what the client considers a win before you actually start servicing them. That way you can get them the win that they're looking for. And you need great customer service. So I like to say it's kind of like D squared. Great delivery of the actual service, and then also great customer service on the back end. So if you do those things, you should be able to land paid speaking engagement.
