Be honest about where your talents are...and where they are not w/ Sarabhi Lal #shorts

I was cheap. I was unsure how I would use someone and instead of doing that and just moving forward, I found myself doing a lot of tedious tasks that just weren't worth my time or my talent. And I remember when it hit me. There was a time when I was trying to create a proposal for a client and they wanted all the sheets in this PDF to be vertical except they wanted just one to be horizontal and and I spent forever trying to figure out how to make one sheet in a PDF vertical when the rest were horizontal. After three hours I just went on fiverr and hired someone and half an hour and $10 later they gave it to me. And that's when I realized, look, there are certain things that I'm just not good at and don't make sense for me to be good at. I need to find help. So I wish we had this conversation eight years ago, but I'm glad we're having it now.
