Biggest challenge I've overcome as an entrepreneur #shorts

Terry Rice left Adobe and Facebook and hit an identity crisis. He realized his value came from the company, not from him. Building a personal brand meant learning to stand alone.
This is Q and A with Terry. We're take your next question right now. And it's this. What challenges did you have to overcome at the beginning of your journey? You're probably not going to expect this answer, but this is the most important one. I was going through an identity crisis because for 10 years I worked in corporate, I worked at big companies like Adobe and Facebook, and all of a sudden I was just Terry, right? And I think some people get stuck there, unfortunately now in my. And I moved on. I have my own brand, but if you notice some people on their LinkedIn profile, it says X, Adobe X, Google X, Netflix X. So and so forth. What are you doing now? Right. What are you doing now that relevant? Right. And there's this quote by Les Brown that comes to mind. Used to be, don't make any honey. So what are you doing right now to make honey? To provide value, to show your expertise. Right. To show that you can run a business on your own without some logo behind you. So that was my biggest challenge, is getting over that, that identity crisis. And the way you do so is by building a personal brand. How do you do that? You express your thoughts, perspective and worldview on social media in addition to your fact that you're an expert on whatever topic. So that was my biggest challenge, and that's how you get over it.
