Cynthia Sandoval, a digital marketing strategist, shares how Terry Rice helped her clarify her positioning as a consultant, generate more leads, and land higher-level consulting opportunities.
Hey, I'm Cynthia. I am a digital marketing strategist specializing in paid media. And I have to say I am absolutely jazzed, amazed and beyond happy with the results of working with Terry. And if you're watching this, maybe you're on the fence or you're doing your due diligence and researching on whether or not Terry might be the right coach for you. But I'm gonna explain my experience working with Terry in the before and after and you can decide from there. Before working with Terry, I was absolutely, I had, I was dry. Like I had no leads coming in at all. I was really lost and stuck. I had some things going for me, but I just didn't know how to really position myself or I just felt like there was an overall lack of. I didn't know where to turn really. I just lacked overall guidance, I lacked mentorship. I didn't really know. I hit a plateau in my career and I didn't know how to take that to the next level. And I knew the next level for me was start positioning myself for more consultant gigs instead of like everyday task bunny kind of things, more strategy work as opposed to being stuck in accounts day to day. Mind you, I'm still in accounts, but at least I have, I'm working with more ideal clients now. And I'm also working, I'm positioned more as a consultant. So prior to that I really wasn't positioned as a consultant at all. I, like I said, I was lost. It was really confused in a lot of areas. And working with Terry, he really gave me the clarity that I needed to get to the next level of my career. And he did that simply, he did that by really digging deep on areas in which I am showcasing myself and how I'm doing that and my overall messaging across my website, my LinkedIn, my social media, and how to position all the things that I'm doing to generate more leads and to generate overall interest for speaking engagements as well, which is like something that's completely new to me. And Terry really opened my opportunities up for more speaking engagements to really establish me being an expert within my field. So working with Terry. So that was before working with Terry. After working with Terry, I have new problems and good problems, I guess, you know. Well, it very much is good problems. I have a lot of leads to the point where it's. I might have to onboard a new virtual assistant. And I have so much more clarity in my life. I know what I am, I'm providing, I really understand who it is I'm providing that Service for. I understand them on a deeper level just based on the kind of exercises Terry has you do and the kind of outreach that he really holds you accountable to do as well. And Terry is like the opportunities that Terry presents your way is something that really takes you to the next level. So not only helping you position yourself for better speaking opportunities, to better position you as an expert so that leads or that prospects want to work with you, but actually getting those really big publications to reach out to you and more speaking opportunities. He puts you onto that indefinitely. And it. And it's something that, that, that right there alone skyrocketed everything that I was doing, all of my efforts and it's putting me to new heights and I am extremely grateful for that. It's. And it's also just a lot of fun being challenged in that way. Also what's awesome with working with Terry is that I'm now more positioned as a consultant. So Terry actually threw on referred potential prospects my way and now I'm working with one of them simply as a consultant, charging 250 an hour, just like that. And that's just something where they need help. Very high level stuff. But I'm finally getting paid for really the strategy. Strategy aspect of what I do, which was my goal at the end of the day. So that's my experience working with Terri and all the incredible results that have generated from that. And not just that, not, not just that. Like I went from being really frustrated and kind of low to now, yes, I have new problems in a sense, but they're growing pains and I'm just in a way better spot emotionally, mentally in my business. I have a clear trajectory of where to go, what to do. And Terry holds you accountable for all of that. At the end of the day, I feel like Terry is a friend and a mentor and I. He's over delivered in absolutely every area. So if, if you're looking to go the next level within your career, especially as a coach or consultant, I highly recommend Terry and I recommend all my friends to Terry.
