Dan Go explains how starting with the smallest possible action in fitness can build momentum. Commit to showing up, even if it's just the minimum, to get the ball rolling.
I always say like something is always better than nothing and something always creates momentum. So if you, if you do nothing that creates no momentum, that creates no forward action. When you get started with anything you always want to add on top of it right? You always want to get a little bit more especially if you have that, that thing in your brain that just like wants it's like it's like a high achiever's like brain a little bit. It's like you just want to get a little bit more you know. So I say that to whoever it is that's listening to this who has a going to the gym or even just like working out it's like hey just put yourself in that position, give yourself the minimum effective dose and just commit to showing up. You don't even have to do anything when you show up but just commit to showing up. Guess what? You're probably going to do something most likely.
