Finding a Path to Recovery in Florida with Tim Stoddart #shorts

I never really gone anywhere. Then there's lizards running around and palm trees and, like, this beautiful blue ocean. And, man, like, this is the part I'm talking about where it was such a great time in my life, because I would. I would wake up early and I would walk to work, and I get paid 12 bucks an hour, and I come home, and we had a basketball court in my halfway house, and I'd play basketball with a bunch of other kids that were trying to get their life figured out. And, you know, I would start going to meetings for anybody that, like, understands fellowship meetings. And I would meet some people and I would see some guys that seemed like they had their lives together and had healthy relationships, and I would really start thinking, like, damn, I can have that. You know? Like, I really think I'm worthy of. Of having just peace, basically. And that's where it all happened for me, man. South Florida, it's. It's like a shit show of a place. And, like, the Florida, man, is a real thing, for sure. But I love Florida. I got such a spot of gratitude in my heart for Florida. And just the brothers and sisters that I met down.
