Yeah, I mean, that's a more advanced move. So if you can do that, you can hang. I'll just put that out there. But. But I'm curious, what role do you think fitness plays in your success as an entrepreneur?
I think it's hard to have a strong mind if you don't have a strong body. And that sounds like a cliche, except that it's true. And so we have a creed at contrarian thinking, which is civilize the mind, make savage the body and build the bank account. And I think those three things done in tandem are what lead to a successful life. I mean, the second that you get sick, none of the money in the world really matters, right? If you don't have your health, it doesn't matter. And you go a lot farther and you go a lot faster when you have more energy. And so I'm pretty aggressive about making sure that we are doing things to make our minds just as strong as our, our bodies just as strong as our minds. I also have found that I'm married to a former Navy SEAL and so he's a badass and is really good at all of this stuff. But I found that when you surround yourself with other people who take their body seriously, they are often pretty successful too. I think I've never really met somebody who has six pack abs, is an incredible shape, is also healthy like with what they eat and put in their body. It's not just aesthetically for show and doesn't have a large degree of discipline, which is what you need to be successful. And so I think if you can't figure out how to build the bank account, you can always start with building some biceps.
