This is a YouTube video titled "How to find purpose at a bad job #shorts" containing a motivational talk or monologue from February 22, 2023. The speaker discusses finding purpose and maintaining a positive attitude in a job that may be unpleasant, using personal experience working in a mailroom before attending business school as an example.
You can't always pick the job you have, but you can.
Pick your attitude.
And the key is to find purpose in it. And I'll show you what I mean by that. Before I went to.
Business school, I.
Worked in a mailroom.
It sucked. I took two.
Buses and a train to get to the job.
That I hated.
And here's the worst thing about working in a mailroom. Most people treat you like you work in a mailroom, so it wasn't too fun. But the thing is, once I got into business school, I found a purpose in my job. The purpose was to support myself till.
I went to school.
The purpose was.
To buy books, all that other stuff that came.
With being in college again. So what's this mean to you?
Think about your job.
There's always going to be something you don't enjoy, no matter how much stuff.
You outsource.
Automate, or eliminate. But if you can find a purpose in it and see how it builds.
Towards a larger goal that you have.
It won't be so bad. So focus on that. Keep moving forward.
