This is a YouTube video titled "How to juggle many tasks as an entrepreneur #shorts" containing a monologue from November 10, 2022, where a solopreneur explains how they manage multiple tasks by delegating to a remote team and using productivity tools, emphasizing the role of being the main decision maker rather than doing everything alone.
Okay, we're grabbing some of your questions today, and the next one is this. How do you handle so many tasks as a solopreneur? I think people sometimes misunderstand what solopreneur can mean. It doesn't mean you're doing everything. It means you're the main decision maker. It means you're the. The face of the company. But I have other people helping me. It's not just me doing all this stuff. So I have a virtual assistant through a company called chatterboss. And then my assistant Megan actually manages everyone else on my remote team. So it could be my editors. It could be someone who's doing any other work on my website. So, yeah, I am a solopreneur, but I have help, too. And another thing is just looking at tools you can use. So anything that helps you save your time, energy, and talent. For example, I use tools like Loom to send messages. I used a script when I use my own video editing. And you can even leverage your mindset, right? Knowing when to say no to things that are a waste of time. And don't move the needle for your business. So you're not doing everything yourself. You are the main decision maker. But as a reminder, do not forget to get input from other people, because you cannot do it alone.
