This is a YouTube video titled "Life-Changing Wake-Up Call: Work vs. Family! 💔" containing a personal monologue by Terry Rice recorded in 2025. In this reflective piece, Terry discusses the emotional and structural challenges of balancing work and family life, highlighting his commitment to making significant life changes after realizing the personal costs of his career success.

It was about the bigger picture of my life. It was about the fact that I was missing birthdays of family members. It was the fact that I had a nephew that was born, that I was having nightmares that he was a baby with a beard and didn't know who I was because I was always away. So it was structural that I knew. Okay, now I'm aware that I need to make a big, big change and I am committed to making this change even if it's going to take a long time. And that's the process that I was on for two years of how am I going to make this change? When is enough enough and how will I rip apart this brand that has gotten me very successful with all of these people watching, thinking they know what's going on when I know and my old business partner knew that it was not the case. I don't know why more people don't journal.
