This is a YouTube video titled "Networking Like a Pro: The 'Fun' Question" containing a monologue by Terry Rice recorded in June 2025. In this content, Terry Rice shares advice on how to engage people at networking events by asking about their hobbies rather than their work, aiming to create a positive and relatable interaction.

Don't say, hey, Brit, what do you do? Say, hey, Brit, what do you do for fun? Because if you ask that question, you're automatically in a good mood. Meeting you, Brit, and I can find a moment of relevance if you're like, I like dancing. Oh, gosh. You know, actually, I'm a horrible dancer. Like, you know, how do people loosen up when they're dancing? Right? So if you ever go to a networking event, just ask that question, what do you do for fun? And then beyond that, once you meet someone, try to introduce them to somebody else, too, and that way, you become the most popular person.
