A speaker explains how pathways thinking works: when you envision your future self clearly, your brain creates the routes to get you there. It's about having a specific vision so your mind knows what to build toward.
But a vision is like, what does it actually feel like to live in the future version of yourself? All right, what are your experiences? Like, who are you known by? What are you doing on the weekends? What are you doing the weekdays? You have to have a clear vision because have you heard of pathways thinking before? All right, cool. So pathways thinking, essentially, is when you determine, okay, here's my goal. Your brain will start building pathways for you to get there. But if you don't know what your vision is, if you're thinking, always want to make a million dollars. Your brain's like, well, how? I don't know what that looks like. Right. So you have to use pathways thinking. It starts with a vision.
