This is a YouTube video titled "Share Your Story: Get Rewarded for Who You Are!" containing a conversation between Tanja Hester and another speaker discussing the importance of sharing personal stories to gain recognition for one's identity beyond just professional roles. The content encourages listeners to connect their life experiences with their work and to embrace authenticity.

And I'm asking everyone listening to do the same thing. Because you have so many stories that are amazing. You yourself sometimes is amazing that you're even here, breathing, walking, talking. You should get credit for that by telling these stories. And that's how you get rewarded and recognized for who you are instead of just what you do.
That's, like, heavy, man. But it's not, though, because it brings your life closer to your work, which is also part of what you wanted to do. Doing this, right? Not being told what to do, not being represented by a logo.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
