Should you work on the weekend? #shorts

We're doing Q and A with Terry. Here's your next question. Is it bad to work on the weekend? It's bad if you feel like you have to work on the weekend, because that's an issue. But if you enjoy work like you're a creative person and you have a moment of inspiration, go with it. Right? I think it's a good idea. And then beyond that, sometimes I work over the weekend to make the work week easier. So if I put in two hours on a Saturday, maybe an hour on a Sunday, great. Now I have three hours extra and. And I can use that time to go to the gym or spend more time with my kids. So when I hear, is it bad to work on the weekends, what the question beneath the question is how do you get a better work life balance? And I don't think just not working on the weekend is part of it. Right. If you look forward to the weekend because you don't have to work, that's a problem. So what I would suggest is find a way to enjoy every day of the week, not just the weekend. That way you won't hold it so close to you that you feel like you shouldn't work. Otherwise, you know, that's. Those are the only two days you had to recover. So that's my suggestion. Work on the weekend if you want to, but if you don't, then, hey, go ahead and relax, that's fine too.
