She recounts a conversation with her staff encouraging her not to give up and to find ways to survive together. The content is a motivational and entrepreneurial reflection on resilience and teamwork during difficult times.

And I told them, guys, girls, I need to close the company. I can't afford no more. And I remembered one of my staff look at me and told me, judy, I'm sorry. This is not only you. This is us. You making the decision, thinking of yourself. And we're part of this as well. If you don't have the money to pay us, it's okay. Keep looking for a job. We're going to be here with you. This is. This is part of us. Don't quit that easy. This is. Covid is going to be temporary. Work out something. Don't worry about it. Reinvent each other. Let us see how can we survive. But don't close the company because it's not fair to us that you don't want to carry the responsibilities and you just want to quit so easy. And I look at them and I look at him. Soon. And I say, let me see what I can do.
