A reflective talk on personal growth through journaling and intentionally releasing past relationships and baggage. The speaker argues that letting go of what held you back is essential to designing the life you actually want to live next.
What has always been the constant. None of this. It's been journaling. I love this story for so many reasons. And, yeah, I think we all reach a point or hopefully reach a point where what got us here won't get us there. Like, you heard the book title before, in, like, even former relationships, they need to end, whether they're, you know, it's a bitter end or like a hey, you know, like, this ain't working end. And we can't move forward with that baggage from the past. Like, some people. Some people are in our life for seasons. That's just how it goes, right? No matter how good it is. Like, once you evolve, sometimes you can't move forward without that. And. And I think you're a perfect example of how you can do so in a way that's meaningful. And also, just thinking more about, like, how you're living your life by design now, whereas before it seemed like it was, like, you know, drifting and then driven. Now you're like, no, this is by design.
