Kellee C Williams talks about the weight of entrepreneurial responsibility when moving from a job to running a coaching and consulting business. Clients place their trust in you, and that burden can be heavy enough to seek personal support during difficult moments.
Prior to starting my business. I really wish I would have known the gravity of the responsibility. I'd been in business before, before my coaching and consulting business. I'd been in business before. So I, you know, I knew all the taxes and things like that, but the responsibility of the people that I come in contact with, the people that I work with, people are, like, really, really trusting me to, to help them with their life's dream. And there have been some moments where that got really, really heavy for me, and I had to seek outside support. I saw a therapist at one point because I also was dealing with. I left my nine to five, a very consistent workplace culture to being completely by myself. And there were some dynamics that weren't really playing out the way I thought they should. So I sought some support in that.
