Why Building Your Email List is More Important Than Your Followers w/ Jason Resnick #shorts

You know, we're talking about LinkedIn, we're talking about Twitter. I mean those things change. I mean, Twitter is now X and like for me, I've been on Twitter since 2008, long time. And just based on what it is today versus a year ago, it's very different. Like, you know, you don't have the reach that you once had. You know, people have left for various different reasons. You know, it's just, it's different. Right. So my following on Twitter, can I get access to them all the time, anytime I want? No. Right. So if I have a newsletter, if I have an email list, those are people that I can communicate because they've given me permission to do so. Right. And so by giving me their name, their email address, I can send them out an email six days a week like I do. And I really just try to create a good experience for those people.
