Why Delegation is Important #shorts

If you're not busy doing some stuff like reformatting a PDF or posting your stuff on Squarespace, you know what you have more time for? Writing creativity, or just white space. You know, that time when you have time to think strategically. And there's this really cool study out of HBR where 97% of CEOs said that white space, that time where they're just kind of letting their mind wander, is where their best strategic decisions come from. But only 4% of them actually schedule in time for white space. So what you're getting here is that white space, that time for it. And you don't have to be doing something. You can just be present and let the doing come from there, right? So now we're getting more into mindset, high performance, so on and so forth. But you can't do that if you're trying to figure out how to format a PDF.
