This is a YouTube video titled "You’re Not Busy, You’re Just Managing Time Wrong" featuring Terry Rice delivering a monologue or motivational talk about time management, prioritization, and efficiency. The content focuses on strategies for handling busy schedules through systems, delegation, and automation, emphasizing personal responsibility in managing time effectively.

If you're always too busy, you're not overwhelmed, you're inefficient. High performers don't complain about being busy. They build systems. Instead of saying, I don't have time, keep it real and say I need to prioritize the fix. Ruthless prioritization, delegation and automation. And look, I get it. I got a bunch of kids, I like to work out. I have hobbies and stuff like that. I understand the time crunch is real, but lack of time is not the problem. How you manage it is.
