You know, Tessa, I wouldn't say, this might feel like an exaggeration, but that one comment from you the night before, Dinesh, you are answering so well, why don't you go live? That was the biggest motivation for me. And I felt I was 100% ready that day. I have heard about the Academy from a few of my colleagues and they recommended the Academy for getting the insight, the much-needed insight into how the consultant interview ease. I was inspired by the testimonials I read through the website and that helped. Yeah, the question of the day makes me feel, what to say, enthusiastic. And compared to the last 2 cohorts, the question of the day came at 4 o'clock this time, and every morning 4 o'clock. You won't believe me. I wake up at 4 o'clock and see the question and then I prepare myself in my half-asleep state. And then come 8 o'clock or 9 o'clock, then I would Write my notes and then put a video. So that's how I prepared this time. To secure a job means that my future is secured, my family's future is secured, if I have to pick out the emotional aspects. And also I felt I belong in a department which I love to work with and have a family-like culture in the consultant faculty, which I like, which I was inspired. I have seen many colleagues and friends of mine who have better communication skills than mine. But even if that's there, they just need the much-needed insight into the consultant interview preparation. And that's— the Academy has taught me that, and I feel grateful for that. So the insight is what everyone needs to cross the line. I want to sincerely thank the Academy faculty for the time they spend every day in reviewing the videos and Posting the feedback is amazing how committed you are and how motivating you guys are. I don't know whether you work full time or part time. I'm amazed how you get time for this. But I think one of those days you did put a feedback to me around like 11:30 in the night. I was like, what you doing? Yeah, so. That commitment, I salute that.
