I had very bad experience as well with interview. And when I joined academy, before that I had one interview with the transport, pediatric transport team. And I worked there as part of my spin training neonates and everybody knew me, you know, like it's fine. So I got shortlisted, but that interview was completely mess. And so I didn't do very well, even though after reflecting on the questions they asked, I knew everything. Mm-hmm. But it's just the, you know, like the structure I didn't have. I didn't put that, you know, like together. And that was reflected by the feedback from the panel team who called me later when they didn't offer me the job. Obviously, I was working as a consultant, so they expected me to have those qualities on board and to reflect or show that potential in that interview, which was a bit sad for me to accept. I was doing everything as a consultant in paediatric and level 2 unit, and I couldn't reflect that in that interview, so which was a bit depressing for me. Same thing, I think everybody says the same thing, but again, I would just re-emphasise on that, that it gave me structure, a more systematic way of presenting things, and it was reflected in my face-to-face interview in the local team and obviously the tertiary unit where I have, you know, decided to join. Both interviews were fantastic, and I got good feedback, and they said like you got the top score. Second thing, the cohort listening to cohort gives you more insight that where you stand, a bit more idea about how to project your qualities in a more appropriate way. That's what I want to say, and that that I did because even small thing which I have done as ST three, ST four, I have. said that in my final interview because I've done it. So I was quite relaxed, to be honest, um, and I was not thinking about result at all. So that was my main thing that I said, like, whatever, I have to give the— I have to give my best in next 45 minutes. Yeah. That's my aim is, and I don't care about the result, what they do, because I was thinking that these interviews are going to be in the pipeline in future if I even— I don't get this job. But this, the feedback from this interview will give me more confidence to perform next time. So that was my attitude. So I was not thinking about results at all. Fortunately, it was positive, definitely for the second one, because apparently they said that for spin training, we'll give you 12 months locum. But when they offered, they said that we are happy to give you substantive. So that was a big smash. Well, I will definitely recommend this course because it not only, I think it gives you a practical structure how to answer things, but it gives you a chance to explore your own experience and your personality, how to put forward, how to reflect on that, and how to project that in an interview. And I think that matters most.
