In this first‑person testimonial, a former participant (Speaker A) recounts his experience with an interview‑preparation academy. He first learned about the course through former Cambridge colleagues who recommended it. He highlights the value of frequent group practice sessions and one‑on‑one mock interviews, which helped him overcome self‑doubt and confidently articulate his unique selling points (USPs). He describes a specific senior EM consultant interview where he successfully delivered a concise, two‑minute "tell me about yourself" pitch, receiving praise for staying within the time limit and being the best answer among candidates. The speaker notes that he completed the course in 2023, retained access to its resources up to the day before his 2025 interview, and continues to benefit from the community’s shared experiences. Concluding with a strong endorsement, he urges anyone on the fence to enroll, emphasizing the course’s unique offering compared to other programs.

When I got introduced to your academy is where I saw previous colleagues of mine who had worked with me at Cambridge on your testimonial. And hence, I was like, all right. And then I messaged them privately saying, what do you think and would you recommend it? They said, yes, we would really recommend this course. So I think practicing within the group, which you have a lot of dates where you have group practice sessions, which I think are is incredible where you're seeing brand new people and you're practicing hands. And one of the things that you enable, uh, the course enabled me to do was to not put myself down a lot, as in the sense, because you think that whatever you've done is not good enough. And then you come and talk to other people and they've all kind of done the same things. So you're like, okay, so I'm allowed to utilize this, which is one of those things that I had to really work to overcome. When I said my USPs, for example, when I said it out loud to myself prior to the interview prep, I was like, nobody's gonna get impressed with all of this. Why am I even thinking about this? But once I was able to practice with the group, and especially I think one of our sessions, it was just you and me, and you're like, all right, let's just do a mock interview. And I was like, oh God, okay. So I was not prepared for that. And because I wasn't prepared for that, I was able to say, okay, if I woke up one day and went for an interview, I would still be able to utilize the principles that you put out and still be able to not bomb the interview, so to speak. You did better than not bombing in the end. The tell me about yourself question was one of our senior EM consultants who asked me that question, and she said, I need you to take us through your CV and keep it to 2 minutes. And imagine doing perm in 2 minutes. It's We've practiced it for about four and a half to five minutes. Essentially, I've I was got I was good enough to get it to about three minutes. But in the interview, because I was so proud, I said, "All right, let's go," and then I raced through the term. It's like this is what I like. This is my experience. This is my research. This is my management. Boom! Done. And then when I stopped, like, thank you. Does that answer your question? And when I she's like she even mentioned thank you for keeping to time, and my feedback. Post the interview was that I was the person who gave that answer the best. Oh wow. I've talked to people who have done other courses and no course offers what you do. I did your course in 2023, essentially we're in 2025. I was able to access your resources till the day before my interview, essentially. I'm still able to access the resources. The benefit from joining your course and having that and being able to join whenever you want, stepping out whenever you want, Seeing what other people are seeing, having the Circle community tell you what their experiences were is invaluable, I think. And that's, that's why I think if you're on the fence, don't be. Just, just do it. Fabulous. Thank you.
