The last time I interviewed in a formal setting was actually at the start of my training program. So that was a good 6 years ago. Never really thought about the whole interview process. I was completely oblivious. This was an area that I had not much knowledge in at all. I just never appreciated the complexities involved in applying for a substantive consultant job. I was super stressed before coming to the academy. The interview went as good as it could have gone. Like I was very, very happy afterwards. And that was all due to that streamlined prep in that 2 weeks that I went in and all the other small recommendations on how to tackle that actual 45-minute or 1-hour interview slot, how to actually behave in that setting. That really, really helped me and very fortunate that it went really well and I did receive some really fantastic feedback afterwards. I think the difference in my actual interview would've been night and day. And the way I know that myself is because of recording myself answering some of the questions at the start of that 2-week period and at the end of that 2-week period the same question, the difference that 2 weeks made was incredible. And it was really nice to see that progression. I think that's what gave me the confidence that I've come a long way in those 2 weeks to be able to step into that interview process. I have recommended the Academy to all my colleagues who are coming to this process. And I would say to anyone watching that 100% join the Academy. It's a fantastic community. It's a place to answer all your questions. It's a place that, You know, gives you a good timeline to work with to really develop your interview skills. And no matter how soon your interview is or how much time you've got, the academy is the perfect place to do your preparation. It's a fantastic feeling. It's a fantastic feeling knowing that you've got that in the bag. I've still got a few months left of my training. I can just enjoy those last few months, then take a little bit of time off, and at the end of that, I'll have a job waiting for me. So it's a great feeling. That's so nice. I'm so happy for you.
