So I wanted to prepare in a way that I could prepare at my own time, in my own leisure, and take that time to do my best. I was aware of those 1-day courses, and I wasn't sure, even after attending the 1-day courses, would I have the same motivation in helping me to prepare the same way. Mm-hmm. And the academy was— the principle of the academy was that it had a program which spread over 2 weeks. And they had video materials as well, which helped me especially to understand how to answer each sort of question to make it your own unique self. I was quite apprehensive. I didn't know where to start. But after the first few days, I knew that I had to get my basic questions right, especially about why would I want to choose this particular hospital or what was unique about me and what was about me that, you know, I wanted to apply for this job and why would they choose me. So in a way, that helped me look deep into my CV and highlight the points that I wanted to highlight. So I think the Academy helped me achieve that. Obviously, I was a bit anxious, I mean, knowing that it was a big day, but then I was fairly confident because I believe that I did my preparation well. I knew that even if I were to be asked an unexpected question, that I would be able to answer it. with what material that the Academy has. So having the clear thought process of how to answer each sort of question is what the Academy helped me. And yeah, I would advise anyone applying for the interview that, you know, you can't wing it on the day. You have to have your own preparation before you go to that big day. So having proper support and guidance is quite essential. Yeah, but I was on the moon. I mean, I was really happy because this is what I was working towards since I started my training. I got the first call, they said that I did really well and I got the highest marks in the interview. Oh wow. So I was quite happy actually with that. The first few days it didn't sink in. It's been 2 months since the interview, so thinking now that I'll be starting a consultant post in a few months, yeah, I'm quite happy and elated to be honest. If this really matters to you, then Academy is the best place to start because it gives you all all the tips, the hints, and it's not like it's just for those 2 weeks. Uh, you, you can access the Academy material for, for as long as you have the interview coming up. So anybody, uh, doing, uh, proper preparation with the Academy would, would be able to get the job, no doubt.
