Marta joined AYCI Academy Support's interview-prep cohort with no speaking practice, only reading material. Posting recordings and hearing peers' feedback helped her tackle specialty-specific anaesthetist questions. Over 1.5 months, the affordable program and community support got her to feeling appointable.
I would say that my experience was really, really limited and, uh, I never been practice for interview with other people. I've been only sort of like reading the stuff and go, go straight to the interview after preparation, but I never realized how important it's to speak with other people and like to practice. Yeah. It's like the exam, exam preparation, I would say. For me, it was really difficult to start to post recording. to be brave enough in order to sort of show yourself. I would say I've been enjoying looking after other people and learning a lot from their recording. But yeah, I think only when I joined the second cohort I started to do a little bit more post-recording. But most of the time I did— I prepared the question of the day, but I didn't post it. It was incredible to have community, how you've been able to connect the people through the cohort. What I would say the most helpful for me during this course was to find people. And I've been practicing with other people, like other anaesthetists especially. I found it, it's the most helpful, especially with your specialty, because like cohort is different specialty people, but sometimes you need To practice specific questions, which is could be much more helpful. I connected with I mostly have two people who who have been practicing together. It was incredible. This is why I joined. You you spend so much time with us as a as a people, and it's why it's so cheap. It was just only question why it's so cheap, and for the all support that you give during this like period of it's it's incredible to have support during the like one and a half months and. And continue. And this is opportunities that the people who could just move from one course to another course until they just get to the point of being appointable. It's incredible because I think it's definitely to join. And I've never seen any other course who could give you so much support and not just like a presentation. And definitely join, honestly. And I already suggested a couple of people your course.
