I don't know if you've watched yourself from the beginning, from how you were at the beginning to how you were at the end, but you just made like so much progress and you worked really hard at it and you, you like, you very much deserve getting the job and I'm so happy for you.
I have known you, Tessa, from your social media presence. I've been following Don't Forget the Bubbles and I have seen your videos and I was impressed by the way you communicate. This interview came very suddenly as an opportunity and because Because it was the dream job where I really wanted to work as a long-term consultant in emergency medicine, I was very confident that you would be the person who can actually make me prepared. You were flexible to my needs. You immediately understood what are the points that I will need to concentrate on, and you were very specific in finding out the aspects that I should work on, and you gave me the tips which were spot on. And even your webinar-style pre-recorded videos were very, very comprehensive. And the third aspect was really the live sessions where we were able to come forward and answer interview-style questions, and that just built the confidence. From my own experience, I can say that this is one of the best ways to prepare because here you have somebody who is really experienced, who can give you specific feedback as to what are the areas you need to improve. You will be within a community of people who are practicing, and you will learn from each other, definitely. And there is a lot of flexibility, both because you have a lot of asynchronous resources available in that online platform. And at the same time, you have one-to-one feedback from an experienced coach. So this is the best way that you can go forward in a short time to master the tips and tricks of both presentation as well as the common questions that you will find, as well as to tackle the questions that you may not expect because the course gives you structure and to use it to your best ability. So I would say that I would highly recommend the course. I wasn't expecting that they would call me. I thought it would be an email or something. I think it was about 3 to 4 hours. Yeah, they just told me that I've been successful, which was, which was wonderful, and it felt really great, as if I've accomplished something, and that's how it feels even now.
