I was on maternity leave at the time that my kind of dream consultant job came up. So I wasn't in kind of the environment where I could talk to people every day about my interview. I felt quite worried that I would be disadvantaged because I wouldn't have that opportunity to kind of be having those discussions day in, day out with kind of like-minded people who could help me. So one of the things that Tessa did keep on telling me was to stop talking about being on maternity leave. And that's another thing I really liked about your course is that you say, what you genuinely think will make it better. And that's how— and because I, I didn't realize that I was doing that. I, I think it was a self-protective thing. I think self-sabotage, isn't it? Well, I'm, I'm on maternity leave, so if I don't get this job, that's— that I can say that's why I didn't get the job. Um, and I want people to know I'm on maternity leave because if I, if I don't do very well, then, then I'll feel better because there's a kind of a circumstance, extenuating circumstance. Actually, yeah, you're right. It was— it wasn't helpful. Like Actually, no, I really liked the fact that you made that quite clear in a kind of, in a kind of not quite blunt way really, but in a good way, um, for me to kind of just self-reflect and realise that I was using that as a bit of a crutch. I really liked, if I hadn't been successful in this job, I could have used the academy for as long as I needed. I think again, that felt a real kind of like safety net almost. So I think that's a really, really nice, um, aspect of the of the course. And also the other thing which I thought was really generous and thoughtful was if your interview is kind of within it, you can always access other cohorts' resources as well. So for instance, my interview was 2 and a half weeks into a 4-week cohort. So you could have looked at it as like, well, I'm wasting money because I'm not going to see a week and a half of that. But that's not— if anything, that's even more of a reason to do it if you're on a short timeframe. because you can, you can really cram with all the information that's on there. The actual platform which you use, Circle, is fantastic. I've never used it before, but it's so user-friendly and it makes just sense. I'm not a particularly techie person, but it was just so easy to use. And yeah, I really, I thought that aspect of it was really good as well. I would definitely encourage anyone who is towards the end of their training or has seen an interview, a consultant job that they're thinking about coming up, To do this. It's a real kind of novel, modern approach to consultant interview. I really like the collaborative approach that you've, that you have created. Everybody is genuinely helping everybody. It's just a lovely, really straightforward approach that can fit into your life. If you're full-time doing nights, doing weekends, if you've got other commitments outside of work, if you've got small children, if you've got elderly parents, there's reasons why you're time poor, this is the exact course that you want because you can slot it into your life. So yeah, I would definitely recommend this to anybody.
