When I got the call, it was delivered in the, thank you for coming today. We really enjoyed your presentation and for you to have prepared. I was like, oh no. Oh no. And we are delighted to offer you. I was like, ah! So before I joined the Academy, it just seemed to be quite a big daunting task. And at the time I didn't know when my interview was gonna be or when their jobs were gonna be advertised, but I knew that I wanted to start my preparation early. So I actually joined the Academy in the last 6 months of my training and started to firstly observe what was going on, watching other people's videos and reading all the documents. And then when the jobs were advertised, I then totally committed to it. So initially when I signed up, I thought, I'm going to watch the videos, the question of the day video, and I really wasn't feeling like I wanted to do that at all. I literally did not want to do it. And on day 1, I said, nope, I am going to do it. And I started off, and you can see, like, when I started off, yes, I made notes, I made mistakes, I tried. But the more I did it, the easier it became. And then the more you watch others, I think actually what one of the greatest things from, from the course is seeing other people. And I learned so much from other people because, oh, I could use that. Oh, I've forgotten about that. I've had that same experience. That's a really good answer. So I would watch the others and try and watch, and then you get your favorite people. So you would end up watching your favorite people. So I think the video thing really started off difficult and almost like dreading, and then putting your video up there, up in the internet for other people to see, it's quite nerve-wracking. But then when other people do it, And I think that's one of the most important parts of the course, really. I would say of everything I've seen out there, all of the other courses, this is hands down— sorry everyone else— the best course because the volume of people that are there and at like 24 hours a day, you can log on, you can post a question, you can look at a video, it's always there, so it's really accessible. You can start early before your interview. Or you can do it quickly, like you could condense it and do like a power version of the course. Don't worry about making mistakes, don't worry about sounding silly, just do it. And because that inspires other people to just do it, and then when you see how other people do, like watching other people's videos, and when you see them get the job at the end, it's like, oh, this is amazing. From beginning to the end, I literally cannot recommend it highly enough because I felt so prepared. Even if I get a question that I don't know how to answer, I've got a strategy.
