In this testimonial, Shah explains how traditional short‑duration courses left him forgetting material, whereas the Academy’s always‑available short videos allowed him to repeatedly review content. He highlights the 3‑point answer framework—pause, list three key points, elaborate, then summarize—as a practical tool for handling interview anxiety and structuring responses. Shah also describes shifting his presentation style by using minimal slides and speaking more, which helped him stay calm and finish on time. He urges viewers to join the Academy early, even if they don’t have an upcoming interview, because the material also prepares them for hospital visits and relevant questions. He ends with gratitude and a request to keep the resource available for job seekers.

I did a few courses before that. However, the difference I found that it's a 1-day or 2-day course. You go to the course, you come back, you don't have time to revise it, you forget about everything what was told to you. So I spoke to my colleague who actually attended the Academy and she advised me. She said it's very good and the content is available there all the time. That worry in my mind that I will get stuck somewhere and I cannot answer the question, that was in the background of my mind, but after seeing the short videos in the Academy and making the structure, the 3-point structure was really helpful for my interview, I think. It is difficult, especially in an interview scenario when you are tense, you're anxious, you don't know what question is coming next. And I think that pause, the initial pause, when you just give 30 seconds to think about your answer and think about the 3 points. And once those 3 points come in your mind, then you can elaborate it. Actually, in my interview, I That's a great point. So, as I said, once I heard the question, I would say there are so many aspects to tackle this, but I'm focusing on these 3 aspects. And then the interviewer, the people sitting in front of me, know what I'm talking about, and they are not interrupting me in between. They want to listen till the end. So I think the structure of 3-point and also the structure— say the 3 points, elaborate, then summarize— it gives you the chance to come back and correct the mistakes if you made anything in your content. I went through that, your presentation video, and that gave me some structure. And especially when you mentioned the presentation is not about your slides, it is about you and what you speak there. In the last interview, I, I put so much content and I was reading that. So this time I put very little on the slides But I felt I was not hurrying. I went slow and finished in time. And I think that helped me, putting less on the slide and speaking more myself. Please join it and join it early before your interview date. And even if you do not have an interview, join it because the content there also tells you how to go and see the people and the hospital. What are the relevant questions you need to ask them? No, I'm really, really thankful, and I hope you keep this good work for the rest of the people who are looking for jobs. Thanks, Shah. Appreciate it.
