Well, interviews in general, they make me nervous. I talk a lot off the camera, but on camera I'm always nervous. Um, and I had done the interview before and I'd seen my feedback. You know, there was no structure. I didn't say the right things. So I was really, really worried about interviewing again. I just wanted it to go well this time, and I knew that I needed all the help I could get, and that's why I actively went out seeking for it. I decided I was going to go with it. And I think what made it beautiful, which is something I think a lot of people do not do, you had clearly stated from the beginning that if people were unsuccessful in their interview, you know, in the application and didn't get an interview slot, they'll get a refund. I don't think anyone else does that. So I think that's really, really amazing. So that made me willing to go ahead and pay. And then of course I'd looked at the reviews that I've seen online and I figured, well, I hadn't heard about this before, but the reviews looked like they were good. And so it was worth a try. And yes, here we are today. The fact that other people were willing to put themselves out there all the time, that's the advice we're given. Put yourself out there because, you know, it helps you practice. And the first time we had a pod session, it was obvious that I hadn't been practicing because I could see the other people who had been putting themselves out on the course. The way they were talking was so different. The way they were answering their questions were so different. And so I told myself, oh, that needs to change. So the first thing I did, because the first part I had, you know, with the way I performed, my— the person we had that day said, do you want to record this and put on your pod for feedback? I knew it was only me who hadn't been putting it, so I knew I hadn't been applying myself, probably because of my fear. But seeing the difference in my other, you know, fellow applicants that day because they had been applying what they were taught made me know that I had to change. And so from that day, I started recording videos, you know, and answers and posting it forward. So for me, that was a game changer, seeing the clear difference in my performance compared to others. Towards— I knew it definitely went way better than the last one. It was so obvious that I had done reasonably well. But then it's subjective, isn't it? I wasn't sure if, you know, I, um, you know, how others will perform compared to me and what others will think. But I knew that the interview had definitely gone better. A whole lot better than the last time. Yeah. I like the fact that there was a lot of opportunity for practice sessions. I think people should understand that putting themselves out there is really, really good. It's also good that if you miss a pod session, you're able to listen to the recording afterwards. That's simply brilliant. And that's something I think is really, really a good course. I think the fact that you tell people you'll give them, give them a refund if they don't get a slot is also priceless. That's just so amazing. And that you give us an opportunity to upgrade after getting called for an interview. All those are good. I felt so good. I felt really, really good. I was so excited. I was like, oh my God, everybody I know, next time I'm going to tell them, well, you have to do TESSA, you know, not just TESSA, because, you know, some of my colleagues didn't know they could join a pod, or maybe they didn't understand what it was. But I found the pods really, really helpful. Yeah, and so I think, yeah, I felt really good and I was really grateful because I did everything.
I'm so happy for you. It's so good. It's so good to have made that improvement as well from having, you know, a not great experience to being able to smash it. So, um, well done.
