I was very daunted about, um, interview prep, and I think most of the things that you cover in your first talk was— I thought she must read my mind. I think one of the important things for me that I realized that you said was that you start on a level field when you do your interviews, even if you have a very good CV or even if someone else has a very good CV. When you do your interviews, you're all on the same level, and it was something that I never really appreciated that well, and I think that was very important. That you can listen to the different recordings at different times, that you can record and send it in for review by your team, I think that's invaluable. And I think that was what I liked about the course too, is that you could do it in your own time, but it also made you accountable. That's what I liked about you mentioning it to people and also seeing other people turning up every day. So it meant that I had to turn up too. When I went into the interview, I felt that I had a better understanding of what the interview panel, um, would like. And a few things that helped me, for instance, Barbie, the one, one of the speakers, when she mentioned, when you talk, um, talk with gravitas. And it was just something that resonated with me, and I realized that's what you have to do. One of your other speakers, Andrew, always remember this one thing that no one knows apart from you, and that is, you know, yourself. And for me, that was actually quite powerful to know that if you are in the interview and you're asked a question that you didn't expect at all, what you know is yourself. And, and then next thing is then go back to focusing on the unique selling points, and that gives you a lifeline where you can start from again. I don't know how to thank everyone. As I said, All the people who were participating, all the other doctors, I learned from all of them, and I really want to just thank everyone. I'm so grateful. Yes. Jump off the fence and just do it. It was incredibly valuable, and you feel like you have all the other people who you've never really met, but you've listened to them doing their interview prep. You've seen people struggle like you did too, but, um, you felt like you were part of a team when you went in for your interview. And what I mentioned to my mentor afterwards, this was not just about the interview prep, but it was also invaluable preparation for how you function and think as a consultant. I, I learned a lot more than just getting a job. Yeah.
