No matter what prep you think that you will do, you won't do it as good as what you would do in the Academy. My big worry was not selling myself well enough in interview, and that was something that I think I really had to work on because I'm not really somebody that feels comfortable necessarily talking about all of my achievements, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get everything in, also in an articulate and succinct way, because as somebody that likes to talk, sometimes that points could be lost within the words. That's the big, one of the big things that the Academy really helped me with. I really liked the fact that it was an online platform, that from a kind of tech point of view, it was extremely easy for me. You know, having an app on my phone that I could access daily was something that I found really, really helpful. I also really liked the fact that there was people from lots of different specialties, and I really found that helpful. I did a lot of one-on-one practice with people from really different specialties. So, um, kind of obs and gynae and anaesthetics, which I wouldn't have had the opportunity to do. And I think that that was really useful. Well, first of all, it's interesting, right, to hear about what other people in other specialties are doing. But I think also it made ultimately my answer stronger and just had a bit of a more broader overview of kind of consultant-like questions. But yeah, I think probably the ease of the technology was the— was one of the main things that I found really useful. And just the kind of constant reminders on a daily basis to upload videos. I found that kind of little and often really, really useful. I felt like I couldn't have done anything else. I felt like I was prepared and I felt that even if I got asked a question that was a bit of a curveball, by going through the, the kind of academy process and having structure to be able to answer the question, I felt like I was gonna be able to have a go and have a structure for most of the, most of the questions that I could be asked. So yeah, I felt prepared, which was quite a nice feeling. 100% do it. I think having the ability to join and to repeat cohorts is helpful because for me there was a little bit of uncertainty about when the interview date was. And actually, so being able to kind of start the process but then fully commit to a couple of cycles once I knew the date, I found that really, really useful. It is 100% worth it and you won't regret it and Yeah, just do it.
