you know, in terms of confidence and self-esteem, I will say it's really, uh, low. I had interview for subspecialty, which I, I had a few failures. So going into that, I was, I was like, it's, it's not for me, it's just I'm, you know, not good enough, and then they've already got favorite people. So all the mental block going to the substantive post. What other preparation I had in the past with one-day interview course, reading the book, and practice with some consultant certain colleague, it obviously wasn't working because I went for those and I was like, I need to do something else. So, but then joining the free seminar that you had, I saw, you know, the, you know, like a snapshot of what the Academy will offer. In the Academy, I will see the milestone and the USP. So using the milestone and then narrow down the USP. So what is my unique selling point? Because I always thought, well, everyone does, everyone do uh, quick. Everyone do this, everyone do it. It's part of my training. I haven't done anything, you know, PhD, um, but yeah, narrow it down. So that's what I learned. I was quite chill this time, like, um, compared to my previous other interview, like, couldn't sleep the night before. But then this time I was just like, I'm just gonna go with the preparation, whatever. I know that the tell me about yourself question gonna come, you know, the concept of the questions at the senior level thinking gonna come. Going in there, I was like, right, I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna be myself. I was like, I've done the best, you know, I've done, I've given my best, my best. It's fine if they, they said, you know, I'm, I'm not what they're looking for. I'll apply next job wherever because I, I want that substantive post. I've got the tool. I know I can do this again. Yeah, it's interactive having put cohort in the, in the, in the group and then The practice, the buddy private practice outside the regular coaching, whatever that you have in your team, Tessa, is very, very valuable. You know, the recorded video, the question of the day, you know, the mentoring skill that you have, like, just give a kick. Tough love.
