I had very little experience. I had interviewed for a teaching fellow position a couple of years, well, quite a few years before, and I was on maternity leave. So, yeah, both not a lot of experience and also hadn't been in the clinical world either. So, yeah, I was feeling pretty stressed, actually. I came to one of the, like, introductory webinars, and I think what really drew me to the course was the structure. I think I had felt completely overwhelmed thinking where to start, and being told that I would kind of be given step-by-step guidance was what I needed at that time. So, I think that's what really drew me to the course. The bit that I used most, but also that I found most awkward, was the videos, like recording yourself for feedback. And I tried to do, you know, number that you were allowed to do because one, it made me just sit down and have a go, um, whereas I can be guilty of just sitting and writing screeds and screeds of answers and thinking that sounds quite good. And also the, the feedback you got was really, you know, valuable and, and it came so quickly, um, that you could just kind of, you know, take the feedback on board before the next video. So yeah, that was probably the bit I engaged with most and got the most out of. In one of your videos you'd said When you contact people the night before and they feel pretty good, you know that they're going to have probably a positive outcome. I had found out a couple of weeks before the interview that another person who was high caliber was going for the job, and it threw me initially, but I came back to the course and I went back to the job description, and I was like, do you know what? You can do this. So, by the time actually the interview came around, I felt pretty confident. I did feel good going into it, which I think helped with the nerves, and I was in the night before going over notes, and I just kind of had a chilled night because I felt confident, I guess, that I'd done the prep. I think it's amazing value for money. You get, I think, the opportunity to engage with it in a way that suits your learning style or your priorities or your time. You can either be quite, you know, engaged in doing it week by week, or if you're not into that, there's other ways of engaging, like through the videos. And I think that I think that it, you know, the input we get from you guys is invaluable, and that kind of personalized feedback, and also the support of everyone else in the Academy, actually, both through just looking at their answers, but also just that feedback you get through posting on each other's videos or just in the chat. I think the whole package, yeah, go for it.
