The Panel Members Knew Salman Was Confident During His Interview!

Salman struggled with interview structure and confidence until a month-long Academy program taught him to craft clear answers and USPs. The mentoring and feedback transformed his performance so much that he could relax and joke during interviews, something he couldn't do before.

I've given quite a lot of interviews before that, and one of the key things that came out in the interviews was that I sometimes lack structure. I didn't prepare the interview questions in a way that I would have just 3 examples and I would concentrate on those. And then one other thing that I struggled with was the summary at the end. So when I finished my answer, it didn't feel like it finished. And the other thing was kind of jump into the question straight away rather than taking that 5-second pause. What the good thing about your academy was, there was month-long mentoring and then feedback, and that's probably what I wanted. I don't think I would've been able to gain much in a day, you know, when I was able to give answers and then you would be able to feedback to me as, look, this is how you need to tweak it. That's what's really made a difference for me. And also your lectures on how to get your USPs, how to have examples, how to have a structure. And I think that's why I chose your I think when I went for my interviews after attending sessions, I felt like I was ready. I mean, there was a little bit of stress because previous to that, quite a lot of my interviews were not successful. I wasn't successful in getting the jobs, but I felt like I had prepared and I had answered to the questions that they could ask me, and I felt a bit more comfortable. So I think with that, I could see the panel felt that I was comfortable and I was able to make jokes, which I was never able to do before. was quite, quite a serious interview with the, the ones that I've done before.
I love that. That's definitely a sign that you're feeling confident if you can relax and make, uh, the odd joke. That's, that's really good.
I would say to them, if you struggle with interviews, uh, definitely join the Academy because, yeah, I mean, you get this, uh, opportunity to learn, to, to understand and get your USPs and the structure, everything about that. You get to learn about the NHS management and how to tackle those questions, but then also you get the opportunity to practice and feedback, get feedback. And that's, I think for me, that's the most important thing because not a lot of times you get people who you can give interviews to or people have time to take full like length interview and then give you the feedback about it. I think that's, that's the most important bit for me that why I joined your academy.
