Please don't believe that there is a favorite for the job. This is one of the most common things that people tell themselves to talk themselves out of the job, and it really does because as soon as you tell yourself so and so is the favorite, the locum's the favorite, the person who they know is the favorite, whatever it is, you are going to affect your performance by that negative talk. And actually mindset is a massive part of what's going to get you success in the interview. They've got a big panel so that they can score people, um, in an equitable way that is fair across everyone. So, um, don't have in your head that someone's the favorite, someone's not. It's fair game. The job can be yours. You just need to do the best you can on the day.
