NLP 2 0 PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE
This document is the Participant Agreement and Liability/Intellectual‑Property Release for the NLP 2.0 Workshop run by Little Grass Shack Coaching with Richard Loek (LGS). It outlines the participant’s purpose and understanding of the training, the non‑refundable investment policy, personal responsibility for health and safety, a disclaimer that the workshop is not a substitute for therapy, a broad release of liability, confidentiality obligations, governing law (California) and dispute‑resolution procedures (mediation then binding arbitration in Sacramento), severability, emergency‑contact requirements, ownership of training materials and a prohibition on recording, acknowledgment of physical/psychological risks (board breaking, full‑body catalepsy, hypnosis), photo/video release consent, ethical use of acquired skills, and contact information for LGS. The participant signs to confirm they have read, understood, and agree to all terms.
