But otherwise, you know, let's dive into this video. Today we're going to talk about Litecoin and why I believe that Litecoin looks absolutely ready to take off. And do not sleep on this one, especially heading into 2022. A lot of people have lost interest in Litecoin because it's basically a stablecoin at this point and it's not doing anything pretty much. So if you're interested to, you know, figure out the exact entry that you should be getting into Litecoin, make sure you stick around to the end of this video. But now let's kick things off with Litecoin against BTC because it's always good for us to understand What is going on in the BTC chart before we can plot it out on the USDT chart? You can see from here that we are having some sort of the semblance of a rounded bottom formation. And at the moment, we have a very nice consolidation pattern over here. And I would even go so far as to call a trade over here, right? I did call this in the private Discord group, but you know, not as an official call because we just started a few scalps. But that's besides the point. So I might even take a trade over here, right? Stop loss beneath the trend line and you know, take profit at this daily, you know, key level. So that's going to be on Bitcoin, right? Honestly, there's not too much to see other than the fact that we are getting some sort of a rounded bottom formation. And if you have been following my channel for, you know, since the beginning, you would understand that I always like to say rounded bottoms pays the bills. In fact, I have even made a full-on beginner's tutorial, right, step by step, how to make 50% to 100% every month trading, like swing trading basically, And that video goes into this rounded bottom concept and how to trade it. And if you want to, yeah, I'm going to link on the top right-hand corner. Make sure you check it out. It's a very— I, I would call it valuable, but for some reason, maybe it's the thumbnail or the title or something, but you know, people are not clicking on it, which is a shame because, you know, I made that, you know, I made that video with the intention to make it good and not be like, you know, clickbaity or anything. But anyways, yeah, check that out. Otherwise, You know, we're getting the start of a rounded bottom formation on Bitcoin. And if you go back to Litecoin against USDT, you can see that that is even more obvious. In fact, in the bigger rounded bottom, right, you're getting a smaller rounded bottom, right? And once this breaks out, Litecoin is easily, easily going to go to this, you know, this level right here, or even this level. Yeah, I'm just going to say it's that level, probably there. And the reason why I believe that is the case is because when it comes to rounded bottoms, right, once they break out, they always like to either the 1.168 or the 2 Fibonacci level, which you can see if I just draw this up right there, right? That is indeed the case, you know. So definitely pay attention to this setup right here and especially mark down this level which is at $170. Once that breaks out, right, expect Litecoin to take an instant pump, right, to about $198, which is going to give you about 15%. Now in this case, you know, When you buy this breakout, right, this is going to be the trade entry. When you buy the breakout, you either buy along with the breakout or you buy a retest of that trend line. And recently, if you have been following me on Twitter, I called this trade. You know, I even called this trade in the video that I made on Solana, right? Go long here, stop loss beneath this trend line, and take profit there, there, there, there, right? For example. And then even on Twitter, I did call to buy this retest, right? And look at that, right? Immediate— that gives you a pretty good trade, right? That's about 5%. You do this consistently over time, you're going to be really, really profitable. So Litecoin, same setup. You either buy the breakout or you buy the retest of this trendline— sorry, not trendline, but this level. And this level is important because this right here, you can imagine that Litecoin is currently in this range where this is the range high and that is the range low. So if you visualize the market like this, you can see that Litecoin Ever since pretty much the sixth of December, it has just been in a range. So the other thing that you have to note about ranges is the longer something is ranging, the bigger the move that you know the breakout is going to be. So right now we have a range and we have a bullish pattern formation, and a very beautiful one at that. So definitely pay attention to this one; it's going to take off. So that's going to be the first entry for Litecoin if I was you. And if you want a guide on how to trade ranges and how not to get wrecked because a lot of traders they get wrecked. When price is ranging, like, oh my God, is it going to go up? Is it going to go down? What's happening here? And if you want a sort of guide on how to trade ranges, I'm going to link that video on the top right-hand corner as well. But now that you understand the gist of what Litecoin is doing, you're going to want to mark down, sort of draw this pattern out as well. So you can see that Litecoin is currently trying to break out of this pattern right here, and it's not very big, but you could even take a long here Place a stop loss beneath there, so that's 2% stop loss, and your target at $170, right? This is absolutely a trade that you can take. And although by the time you guys watch this video, it might be a bit too late, might be, right? But otherwise, definitely pay attention to this level right here. And you know, we are over here at this channel, we are grand strategists. We don't like to, you know, be overly biased towards any given direction. So what if, right, what if maybe Sunday or Monday Bitcoin starts dumping? So Litecoin is definitely going to dump as well. So in that case, what entry should we be looking at for Litecoin? So in my honest— in my humble opinion, I believe that you should pay attention to this block right here. Now the reason why you want to look at that block over there is because that's a bullish order block. Now if you want to know how to use bullish order blocks or how to spot order blocks and how to use them to snipe the exact bottoms for many, many coins, you're going to want to check out this video that I'm going to link on the top right-hand corner as well. It will help you will teach you how to read the market and how to spot order blocks and how to use them. But back to the video, if you come back to this area right here, right, place an entry at about— let me see— at about 151. Place your stop loss at preferably this below— preferably you place it below the order block, but in this case, you know, just place it below the swing low because you understand that once this happens, you know, you could be going a lot lower, right? So this is definitely a trade that is worth taking, especially If you just happen to draw a fib from that swing low over to that swing high right there, you can see that the 0.705, which is called the optimal trade entry, just happens to fall on the order block right there. So, you know, you don't make this stuff up. The market makers do this on purpose. The sooner you learn to spot what these market makers are trying to do, because they're the ones who move the markets, you know, the better off you're going to be. So definitely pay attention to this trade in the event that Bitcoin starts dumping. And right now, by the way, I'm giving you the exact levels for Litecoin, so make sure you're marking these levels down. Now, what if, right, what if Bitcoin does, you know, a massive liquidation event, right? Dumps massive, massively hard. What if this trade gets stopped out? Then you're going to want to pay attention to this level right here at $120. I'm going to put it up just a tiny bit, right? $121, right? This level is not only a bullish order block right here that is occurring on the daily chart, by the way. Just now we were on the 4-hourly. This is on the daily. So this is going to be absolutely key for Litecoin. If you do get back to that level, you know, there's a very good chance that you're going to hold this level. And the bottom, right, period, the bottom, if we even get there, is going to be right here at $105, right? If we get there, I do not think that we get there. So $121, right, very close to the bottom. You're going to be able to catch a wick like this, right, where, you know, assuming you don't even catch the bottom, right, that's going to be an instant 8, 10 to 20% bounce. And I'm sure a lot of you would be happy with that. So definitely pay attention to that. Actually, these are the only two TPs that I would really recommend, and in the event of that, that is going to give you at least 10% up to 20% with a stop loss that is about 6%, right? So even if you just hit the first TP, right, this is going to be a 1.5. Risk-to-reward ratio, and he is going to give you a 3 risk-to-reward ratio. And DeFi is absolutely going to be huge, so do not sleep on DeFi. I will keep you guys updated on my Twitter as well as the Telegram channel, right? Check it out. And right before I end this video, I actually forgot to give you guys the TPs for Litecoin, like in terms of like reference TP points. And for that, you know, the TP points are going to be $198, $222, $270, $300, and about $389, right? Any higher and it's going to go into all-time high levels. For that, you know, I'm just going to, I'm just going to put it out for you guys, but I don't expect these levels to get hit that often, like that soon, right? Which is at about $600, $700, $890, $1190, $1480-ish, and $1780. Again, I Do not expect Litecoin to go into a new all-time high anytime soon. For now, pay attention to one, two. Yeah, pay attention to these two levels first, right? Once that is broken, then we can discuss a little bit more about how Litecoin is doing. But otherwise, I hope that this video has been able to provide you a little bit of insight as to how to take advantage of what Litecoin is about to do.
