My Top Pick For The #1 Narrative This Bull Run

In this video, The Art of Crypto presents a deep dive into Pendle (PENDLE) as his top real‑world‑asset (RWA) pick for the current crypto bull run. He begins by framing the broader market narrative, noting that RWA tokens and meme coins dominate year‑to‑date performance. He argues that Pendle, despite a ~ $1 B market cap, still has massive upside (potential $10 B market cap) because it aligns with institutional interest in RWAs, especially backing from firms like BlackRock. The core of the video is a multi‑timeframe technical analysis using Smart Money Concepts: weekly bullish PD arrays, daily 200‑EMA support, 4‑hour range/high‑low zones, volume‑profile value areas, demand zones, and liquidity‑sweep dynamics. He outlines two primary trade scenarios (breakout vs. failed breakout) with entry, stop‑loss, and risk‑to‑reward calculations (up to 55 : 1). Throughout, he emphasizes probabilistic thinking, scenario‑based planning, and the importance of confluence across order‑flow, demand zones, value areas, and EMA levels. The video also includes a promotional segment for the AOC Alpha Group, offering trade‑setup reports, narrative alerts, and community support at a limited Black‑Friday discount. The overall message is that Pendle’s bullish order flow, institutional backdrop, and technical confluence make it a high‑probability, high‑reward trade for the upcoming months.
Chapters
The moment we start looking at some of the top narratives this bull run so far, or at least just year to date, meaning January until now, we can see that real-world assets and memes basically dominate the rest of the entire markets. In fact, it's not even close. You could even say that just real-world assets alone and memes have accounted for more than the rest of the top 10 of the narratives combined. And in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you my top real-world asset play. This has been on top of my list since the start of the bull run, And this is my personal pick when it comes to real-world assets. I will continue to hold this for a combined total gain of like 50 to 100x. And even though this coin is currently close to a billion dollars worth of market cap, you are very much not late. I will give you the exact entries, exits, and exactly my thoughts on this coin. And that coin we're going to be talking about is Pendle. Now you can see that amongst the real-world asset tokens, this is still only number 5 in terms of real-world assets. It's sitting at close to a billion dollars worth of market cap, and it started off much much smaller, you know, all-time low in terms of market cap. This really started from humble origins at about $5 million. Now, so far, the people that have got in on the all-time low basically would be up about 16,000% in those 2 years ago. I know that it feels like we're late at this point, but I promise you Pendle still has a lot of room to go. If there is one mindset shift that I urge you to have when it comes to a bull run, or at least in crypto in general, is to try not to associate any sort of fair value to whatever tokens that you're looking at. For example, in societal living, we would say like Okay, you know this bottle of sparkling water here is worth about a dollar, two dollars, and that's fair value. If you're asked to pay ten dollars for this bottle, it's probably not going to feel too great. You're probably not going to buy it as well. However, this similar mode of thinking does not work in crypto because first of all, the majority of crypto—I'm talking 99.9% of crypto—has zero use case, where its value is only derived from how many people believe in it and how many people are willing to buy it. And in this case, it becomes really stupid to try to associate. Logical value to something that is fundamentally irrational. So when it comes to crypto, this is a big hack for you. As long as something is in an uptrend, you continue buying high and selling higher. As long as something's still in a downtrend, you don't look to buy just because it's cheap, right? If it's in a downtrend, you keep selling until that downtrend is over. That's how you succeed in crypto. And so far, Pendle still has way more room to go. I see this honestly sitting at $10 billion worth of market cap sometime in the near future, probably in about 3 to 6 months. Now, of course, humans are terrible at timing, you know, future events, especially ones that are going to happen 6 to 12 months down the line. I cannot tell you exactly when it's going to happen, but fundamentally speaking, Pendle is one of the highest— like, everything about Pendle just fundamentally checks out. And so yeah, if real-world assets continue to perform the way they have been doing, which is very likely purely because BlackRock and most of the other institutional investors— BlackRock in particular though is heavily invested into real-world assets as a sector. They have a real vested interest in making real-world assets the next big thing. There's a reason why Ondo and, you know, TokenFi and all of these other real-world asset tokens have been taking off so much. They have the backing of BlackRock, who are, if I do need to remind you, quite literally the richest portfolio managers in the world. They own half of everything that you can possibly think of— real estate, sports teams, media outlets, whatever you think of, they're behind it. They also hold a lot of money inside even countries' GDPs and strategic reserves. So without any further ado, that's the thesis on Pandoo and why it's going to continue moving higher like It's going to take over Quant very soon. It's definitely going to take over— like previously, Onda used to be a lot higher than Pendle. Right now they're much closer to each other. Like Pendle has a real chance to become a top 1, top 2 real asset by the time all is said and done. And so it's time to get into the chart now. And this is the Pendle chart. So just to look at the weekly chart to see if there is anything interesting. And also we always want to start our analysis on the higher timeframe because the most effective way to do things is to always get a big picture perspective first before you dive into the lower timeframe so that you can find a refined entry. And one thing that immediately sticks out to me on the weekly chart is the fact that at least in recent times, the order flow has been very, very clearly bullish. Now, what do I mean by order flow? Essentially, this is a way of reading what the smart money is doing with their positions. And ultimately, we know that the institutional money are the only ones that are able to move the markets this much because only they have the tens of billions slash hundreds of billions of dollars needed to move the markets in this fashion. And of course, Pendle is only a $1 billion market cap coin, but still, it's fair to assume That even if hundreds of us or thousands of us retail traders with like $1,000 to our name, even if we were to band together to try to push the price of Pendle, it's probably not gonna move the market by much. So this looks a lot more like retail, and this looks a lot more like institutional money. I'm sure it's pretty obvious where the money is going to be made and which direction, or rather which entity, you want to follow when it comes to trading. And so order flow presents us with a unique opportunity to see the footprint of what institutional money is doing. Essentially what I've just drawn out here are PD arrays. These are bullish PD arrays. And especially for the people who have gotten exposure to Smart Money Concepts before, you will know that this kind of looks like an order block. This looks like, you know, also an order block. Some of you might say this is a demand zone, and you're not wrong. But the key here is that these are PD arrays. Essentially, these are bullish areas where if the price remains bullish, you want to see these areas hold and not get violated. And So you can see that every single one of these bullish PD arrays so far for the last— is this 3 to 4 months— has been. And even right now we are in a bullish PD array. You just dip right into it and now you're about to take off. So this is really promising when it comes to understanding the overall high time frame order flow. And so now that we have a big picture understanding that, hey, you know, the trend is actually up, other than the fact that you are forming higher highs and higher lows, the order flow also checks out. So now we move on to the daily chart to see if there's a potential entry that we can get in on. We already know beforehand that this is a weekly PD array. Essentially, we are not looking for this area to get violated. So it's unlikely that— as long as we want to remain bullish, we don't want to see it fall underneath this area. This, by the way, is also a 200 EMA. And so if you were to fall below this block, you will fall below the 200 EMA on the daily chart when you have recently just broke above it and came to find support. So ideally, you don't want to see it break below here. So then this makes things easy because now we can start hunting for an entry just within this zone that we have right here. The fact that we are already making a bet on the fact that we are not going to break below there means that things become a lot easier. So you can see that it might not be super clear on the daily time frame, but the moment I hop onto the 4-hourly chart, you'll see that the majority of the price within this area falls beneath these 2 levels, right? This is your range high and that's your range low. Now of course, every time you try to break above the range high, you return and deviate back to the range low. Every time you deviate out of the range low boom, you gyrate, you oscillate back to the range high. And this is also supported by the fact that you can see this clearly on the volume profile. In fact, the volume profile might even say something different, where this would be your value area high and this would be your value area low right there. Now this tells us a lot. Now what does this tell us exactly? Essentially, in between these 2 levels is where a lot of trading has been done, right? Either buying or selling But the key here is that there is a lot of volume between these 2 areas. Now, there are only 2 things that you need to know when it comes to value areas. Firstly, presence of a value area signifies that the market participants agree that this is an area of fair value, hence why there is a lot of buying and selling in this area, right? Or at least historical proof that there was a lot of buying/selling. And secondly, the proper technical way to use value areas is that, first of all, you are always going to try to break out of the value area. If you manage to break out the value area, you want to see a retest of the value area and price continue to pump. But you also get situations where you get failed breakouts. For example, here, if you fail a breakout, you will try to find, you know, a resistance level at the value area high before price oscillates back to the value area low. And this is exactly what you saw here, right? Price fails to break out, boom, returns back to the value area low. And at the very, very minimum, you will return to the mid-range of the value area high, value area low. And so this is exactly what you see here. For example, here you tap the value area low Boom, you quote unquote find support at it and you instantly retrace back to the midpoint of the value area. And so this is going to become another point of confluence to what I am about to show you. First of all, going back to the daily chart, we can see that within just this range here, you have already taken out the range low. Now this is going to add a whole layer of confluence to what I'm about to tell you. Essentially, you can see that price right now is trading very much like in a range where, you know, that's a range high, that's a range low. Recently you swept the range low, currently you're at the range high, and currently you're looking like you're about to break out of the range high. Now, whether or not this happens or not is going to be made very evident within the next couple of days. And if you do break out, then boom, you already have the scenario that I just talked to you about. Breakout, retest the value area high, boom, and you're going to take off from there. Now, the second scenario is that you failed the breakout, right? And remember what I told you, if you fail the breakout, you want to find resistance at the value area high, return back to the value area low. You should hopefully find some support at the value area low before oscillating back to the value area high. And hopefully this time is going to be the proper breakout. So essentially you have 2 scenarios. One, you're bullish immediately, and so this is your scenario number one. Ideally you want to get in here, or you want to get in here at the breakout. So this is number one. Number 2 would be that price fails to break out here and it returns back to the value area low, which in this case we have a beautiful just demand zone right here on the 4-hourly chart. I'm going to explain that later, but returning back to the value area low, finding support at this demand area before price pumping. Hopefully this time will be the time that price breaks out And if it breaks out, this is going to be your entry number 2, right? So you have 2 scenarios. I am a big fan of thinking in terms of bets. I always like to say that the way that you succeed in trading is to adopt a mindset of probabilistic thinking, which is that whenever you're presented with multiple opportunities, you want to take the one that has the highest probability of playing out in your favor. And also something that will help you a lot as a trader is just thinking in terms of scenarios instead of being like, hey, Price is doing this, so it must do this next. You can see how when you do that, you're already applying some sort of like emotional bias to it. Instead of doing that, well, notice how I came up with, okay, if price starts breaking out from here, then I will start looking for here. If price fails to break out and it starts retracing here, then this is exactly what I'm looking for, right? It's if-then statements. Having scenarios like this will ensure that whatever happens, you are able to just read and react instead of trying to predict the future, which we as humans In general, are terrible at. So that's going to be the two scenarios playing around the value area, knowing that the weekly PD array should not get violated in the event that you want to maintain weekly bullish order flow. Let's talk about this demand zone for a moment. Now I have to be honest with you; this is not the strongest demand zone. Ideally, you want to have more clear-cut candles rather than candles with such tiny bodies. This right here would be a really great example of a demand zone, right? You have a drop. This is your base, and then you have your rally. Price eventually returns into the base. Boom! Takes off. That would be picture-perfect example of a demand zone. Zone, or rather a strong one. In this case, you have your drop, yes, but the base looks, you know, kind of weak in the sense that you only have really tiny candle bodies and then boom, you're out. So while this is not the strongest demand zone, this is not the most ideal demand zone, it has worked many times in the past, and I'm going to show that to you. For example, taking a look at these candles here, you have a drop— sorry, you have a drop and then you have a base and then you have a rally. Again, this is also not the strongest You know, just set up in the sense that the rally, you want to ideally see it be stronger and much, you know, more aggressive. Same for the drop. But does not change the fact that this is the demand zone where price began its move. Price eventually returns back into the area of demand. The smart money and institutional money immediately fill their orders, and off you go. It just so happens that this is lining up with a liquidity sweep right here, like a sell-side liquidity sweep, and boom, you have a recipe for success. And moving forward, I will Or moving backwards rather, we can start to look for another example of, you know, these quote-unquote not the best type of demand zones. And this I think would be a perfect example to show you why, like, even like really, you know, not the best looking candles can act as absolute bottoms when it comes to, you know, sniping these technical entries. Which is you have a drop, this is your base. Again, this base looks horrendous because you really do not have a clear-cut candle here. But the moment you get an explosive move out of here, this becomes your rally. Price returns back into the zone of demand and boom, off you go. And this would have netted you an insane type of gain because when it comes to trading demand zones, you place your entry at the start of the demand, you place it at the end, and, you know, whatever your target is. In this case, it could have returned you— let's take a look here— it could have returned you close to 32 units of risk to reward, actually more. So it could have returned you about 40. Oh, actually, I am missing even more here. So yeah, it could have returned you about 55 units of risk to reward, which means for every $100 that you put in as risk, you're standing a chance to get $5,500 back. Now, of course, we're not, you know, wizards. We cannot catch the top. But still, you get the idea that this is a high probability, high risk to reward type trading method. And so this becomes like an area of support that you really want to look for. The fact that it also lines up with the weekly PD array, the fact that it also lines up with the range low, the fact that it lines up with the second scenario of if You get a failed breakout, you come into this area, boom. Like, you know, everything makes sense, right? And this is exactly the type of trading that we teach in the AOC Alpha Group. Now, once a year, we open up the AOC Alpha Group to anybody who needs it at a really steep discount. We only do this once a year. Currently, the Black Friday offer is still running and it will end in— by the time this video is released in about 24 hours. If you're feeling disappointed with your results during this bull market so far, missing out on moves like AI, memes, real-world assets, And, and you feel like you've been getting in at the exact wrong times and you've been buying exactly the wrong things that you shouldn't be buying. And if you would just like some help from people who have been there, done that, and has been doing this for multiple years, then feel free to check out the AOC Alpha Group. Although don't get me wrong, this is not a hard sales pitch or anything. We essentially help you out with a few problems such as providing you with reports on upcoming narratives that are developing so that you don't miss another narrative again. We're going to be giving you trade setups with entries, exits, and stop losses so that you can start making money right away as a complete beginner while you're learning how to to do this for yourself. And lastly, we provide you with a trading community to where you can hunt for setups together instead of doing this alone. Of course, these are problems that we solve. If you like the approach that we're taking to solving these problems, feel free to join. It's quite literally the best time for you to join because it's the cheapest price that it will ever be. However, this offer does expire in about 24 hours, so I want you to take action now down in the description box below. But hey, if you don't like how that sounds, don't join. It's perfectly fine with me. Let's get back into the video. So going back to stacking multiple factors on top of each other so that you can build out entries with Really high confluence. Hopefully that explains the thought process of what I'm thinking about in terms of Pendle. Again, all of this hinges on the fact that the weekly PD array does not get broken. But in the event— oh, one last confluence, by the way, that I did not mention is that the range low within this value area here also lines up with a support resistance level on the daily chart. Now this is a really significant level where price has gotten rejected once, rejected, found support, found support. Got rejected, and you can see like on the chart this is a significant level. In fact, you just found support twice, and so the odds that looking at smart money order flow, looking at demand zones, looking at PD arrays, looking at support resistance, looking at even the four-hourly 200 EMA, like all of this should add up to the fact that this level is not going to get violated, and so that's what we're taking the bet on. So again, it's stacking multiple confluences so that you know whatever trade that you're risking your money on is worth the risk and you stand a decent chance of getting a reward out of it. And so this will be the entry that we're looking at. Of course, with all of this said, there are still 2 more scenarios that I need to discuss, and both of them involve liquidity sweeps during trends. Now I want you to take a look at past price action. There are moments in price where it feels like you have broken market structure where you've taken out this swing low here and you've taken out this swing low here, but eventually it just turned out into a liquidity sweep within an uptrend. Now, this is a concept that is also rooted in smart money. For example, here you've taken out this low and then you immediately pump to form a new high. And this falls back down to a concept known as a counterparty liquidity sweep. And counterparty liquidity sweeps during a trend are what usually leads to the biggest moves ever. And you can see it, for example, here You sweep it and boom, right? Really explosive move, right? After you sweep counterparty liquidity, boom, right? You go the opposite side. Now, this stems from the fact that there are a lot of stop-loss orders placed underneath, you know, especially relative to equal lows such as this. Anybody who has went long at any point here and placed their stop-loss here is pretty much still in the green. And one thing that you need to understand about the smart money and the market makers is that it is in their best interest to stop out as many people as possible. Why? Because whenever you win or lose in the financial market, you're not really making money out of thin air. You're really taking money from someone else who just lost. And so you can imagine when you do win, where that money is coming from. It's coming from the market makers, it's coming from the exchanges, it's coming from the smart money, which is also why they have a vested interest in ensuring as many people lose as possible. In this case, it wouldn't be surprising if you were to see some kind of liquidity sweep underneath this level. Now again, I've drawn out that demand zone, like we're betting on the fact that that should hold. But in the event that it doesn't, you don't want to just set your stop loss right underneath this level because there's a very good chance that the fact that we've been in a tight range here, you're going to have a false breakout below the value area low, and then you're going to just oscillate and just form a new high right there. So like all 3 scenarios basically that I'm pointing out involves just some kind of retracement and some kind of like essentially this is— this should hold, right? That's the bet that we're taking. And if this ends up wrong, then it is what it is. As traders, this is the risk that we take on not being right. But still, in this case, if you're thinking about setting your stop loss, I would just monitor price to see what it's doing when if it does come to this level. Of course, if it looks like it's coming straight down and you start getting rejected at the previous low here and you start forming a new low here, then this is where I would get out. That is a manual way to do it. But if you want a more just hands-off approach to doing it, I would probably just set my stop loss somewhere around here to where I can sit through a liquidity sweep where price is going to go just a tiny bit below. The relatively equal lows before price pumps. If I had to do this myself, I'm going to take the manual approach just because of how uncertain— or rather, how quickly these moves can happen. And like, the last thing you want to do is have a superb entry and just get shaken out during this phase where the market makers are trying to shake people out and stop people out before they move the markets in the real direction. Which, as we've already established on the weekly chart, the order flow is bullish, direction is Just one last little thought process to keep in mind. But anyways, guys, if you're ready to start leveling up your trading during this bull market, feel free to join the Alpha Group in the first link in the description box below. Only if you feel like it's going to help you. Again, it is the best price for the entire year, and it will be the best price until next year.
