THE TRUTH about the Bitcoin Bear Market | How Low will Bitcoin Go? | BTC Price Prediction 2021

In this video, the creator of The Art Of Crypto argues that the recent sharp decline in Bitcoin price does not signal a bear market but rather a coordinated sell‑off orchestrated by institutions to accumulate cheap Bitcoin. He supports this claim by comparing the current price action to the 2017 pattern, analyzing Elliott Wave impulse moves, the 200‑day EMA, volume‑profile (VPVR) and Market Cipher indicators, and describing a classic stop‑hunt that triggered massive liquidations around the $38,000 level. The speaker recounts his own experience of being liquidated on multiple 3x futures positions, emphasizes the importance of strict risk management, and explains why he keeps most of his portfolio in spot assets. He attributes the price drop to “FUD” from Elon Musk and outdated China news, framing these as intentional panic triggers that benefit large players. Throughout, he promotes his paid private Discord community that offers real‑time trade setups and risk‑management guidance, and he points viewers to additional videos on recovering from losses and trading altcoins, asserting that altcoin season is just beginning and that Bitcoin will soon recover to $50k+ levels.

What's up everybody, welcome back to The Art Of Crypto, the birthplace of absolutely legendary gains. In this video, let's talk Bitcoin. I know there was a massive, massive bloodbath that happened yesterday due to multiple factors which we will get into later, but to answer the question that is on everybody's mind right off the bat, no, we are not in a bear market and I will explain why. And just so you know, the signups for the private group is now open. Prior to the absolute monstrosity of Dump Bitcoin went through. We have been making an absolute killing in every dip. Sushi 24%, KSM we made 35% on that one. Ave we got a 37% gain. SNX we literally caught the exact bottoms on SNX twice for for like 45% gains. Like twice you would have doubled your money from that. And look at what the members are saying. If it wasn't for me guiding them through every step of the way during the dump, I'm sure many people would have panic sold. But the people in the private group. We did not lose much money and nobody panic sold. In fact, we bought the dip and now we are up massively. So if you're simply just looking for guidance on how to navigate the crypto markets, this is going to be the group for you. Not only are we calling massively profitable trading setups, but I am always going to be here to provide you real-time market updates, and you will know exactly what is the best thing to do and how to not lose money during dips like this. But in fact thrive. But with that out of the way, let's just dive right into it. So right off the bat, here is something that I need to tell you: we are nowhere close to being in a bear market. Now I'm just going to go on to my Twitter, and by the way, if you haven't followed me already at _theartofcrypto, this is where I'm sharing real-time market updates. So based on this tweet that I posted this morning, you can see that back in 2017 we had sort of this kind of structure, right? And I'm sure If you've seen this before, it might look something similar because right now in 2021, we are having the exact same structure, give or take a couple thousand because we are not having a touch over here. But it doesn't change the fact that Bitcoin, if you know anything about Bitcoin, is that it loves to repeat past patterns. So based on the past, you can see that we went from close to $3,000 and we dumped all the way down to $1,000. $800, which is about a 40% dump. Granted, that is less than the 50+% that we got, but something you must understand is that 40% to 50% to even 80% corrections in a bull market is— it's not out of the ordinary. So this is confluence from our first factor, right? If we just take a look here, same pattern, and this is what I predict will happen next. We will go to new all-time highs from this. So In a couple months' time, you are definitely going to regret not buying the dips if you have not already. Because trust me when I say we are not in a bear market. So I'm going to give you a second explanation on why I do not think we are in a bear market. So let's just zoom back just a little bit, and you can see that at this point right here, at about at about 13th of May, we had our first Elon Musk FUD. That is when he was posting that Tesla was no longer accepting Bitcoin for car payments, even though They only sold 17 cars with Bitcoin. Like, to put it simply, it's literally just that— FUD. It's just drama to get people to panic and sell. Because we all know who is buying up all these dips. If you go to somewhere like CryptoQuant, you know that the institutions have been buying up all these Bitcoin dips. Like, completely buying them up. Meanwhile, retail investors were panic selling left and right. In the end, let me ask you, Who is going to be the winner? So first we had Elon FUD, and then just a couple days back we had China FUD, right? Literally, Reuters posted an absolutely outdated piece of information about China so-called banning cryptocurrencies, and that was the second piece of FUD. So why is both of this important? See, if there's something you have to understand is the reason why I do not think that this is the end of the bull market is because Usually at the end of a bull market, trust me when I say there is not going to be any FUD whatsoever. Just to explain that, if let's say you had a couple hundred million dollars to spend on Bitcoin, I'm sure that every percentage up or down matters a whole lot to you, right? Because just 1% difference would be— would literally be $2 million. So it makes sense that you would want to catch the lowest price possible on Bitcoin. So previously we thought that the dip from $64K down to $48K was the whales coming in to buy, but turns out we were wrong because we still had a lot of buying pressure. And then we had the mass liquidation event over here, if you remember, when funding rates were quite high and then everybody literally just mass liquidated, right? And the price just dumped. So that's beside the point here, I'm getting a bit off track. What you need to understand is institutions will not buy Bitcoin when it's at $50K or even $40K, right? So Trust me when I say, like, I'm sure you all have heard about the Wyckoff distribution theory that was going around YouTube lately. And yeah, exactly, that's even more proof that institutions are the ones involved here and that they are the ones controlling the markets to better their positions before ultimately recovering, right? So let me explain something to you. So remember this blow-off top? So usually the end of a bull market is when we reach Capitulation on the top, so it's a blow-off top, right? But the one difference that you are going to see when the bull market ends is there is not going to be any FUD whatsoever. Everything is going to be absolutely quiet, and here's why: institutions want to buy low and sell high. In fact, it's not just institutions; everyone would like to buy low and sell high. So let's think of it logically. Yeah, why would institutions want to create coordinated FUD, right? There was a lot of FUD, right? This is definitely 100%. This is not a coincidence. Right? All of this FUD, all of this selling pressure—it is not a coincidence. It is literally institutions coordinating a dump. When the Bitcoin price reaches the top, there is not going to be any news because institutions would like to secure their profits before the price comes down. So in that case, why would they spread FUD in order to drive the price down? They want to take profits at the top. So what you're going to see at the end of the bull market is everything's just going to be quiet. Right, you're not going to see no wick-off distribution. You're just going to see Bitcoin reach $200K and just, just come back down. That's the end of the bull market. And right now, we are clearly not getting that, right? Forget the wick-off distribution. All of this recent FUD, right? I bet you a lot of institutions would have sold at $55K, $58K during this rally here. And from then on, everyone was in on the same game, and they drove the price of Bitcoin down to $30K. Now, let's discuss more about this recent Bitcoin dump. And by the way, If you lost a lot of money during this Bitcoin dump, I have a video going through in detail how to recover your losses after a crypto market dump. So I will link it on the top right. Go watch it after you finish this video. So just to explain this crypto dump, right? I should have seen it coming. In hindsight, I should have seen this coming. In fact, a lot of people should have seen this coming, but nobody did, and everyone got wrecked pretty much. So just to explain things to you, right? I believe most YouTubers, including myself actually, we were looking at this Elliott Impulse Wave move right here. Wave 1, wave 2, wave 3, wave 4, wave 5, right? So that is the end of the impulse move. So we were expecting a correction. In fact, we were expecting an ABC correction, which would lead us to originally about $42K, right? In fact, in my previous video, I called that this would be the bottom, but we simply did not get any buy pressure. The bulls weren't showing up. So what ended up happening is we got China FUD, which dumped us below $42K, right? You have to look at this like, now that we are looking back in retrospect, you have to understand this. When did the FUD show up? When did the FUD begin? The China FUD? It was when Bitcoin was near $42K, right at the 200-day exponential moving average. That is when the FUD showed up. Why not here? Why not here? You have to understand this is all coordinated, right? And if I go on to the four hourly, so we were expecting the ABC correction because usually the length of wave A should be similar to length wave C. So this was the ABC correction. We expected 42K to be the bottom. In fact, I expected 42K to be the bottom. And then we had Bitcoin FUD. Well, we had China FUD. And then everyone—I'm sure you remember this—every single YouTuber out there. In fact, some of the smartest people in crypto that I know. Everyone agreed that $38k would be the bottom. And I guarantee you, institutions got wind of that. So what do they do? Since they know that everyone is planning to buy at $38k, it makes sense that most people who are going 10x long and above are going to set their stop loss right below the $38k level. So if we just zoom in to the 15-minute chart, once the price reached $38k for the next time, I saw a bunch of liquidations. Right? $4 billion worth of liquidations happened in this single candle right here. And my theory was this was capitulation because we literally saw Bitcoin price dip from $39K down to $36K in a matter of less than 15 minutes. So what I theorized was— and I was calling this on my Twitter as well— what I theorized was this was looking like a very traditional stop hunt, right? If you don't know what a stop hunt means, basically everyone knows that Everyone is buying at 38K. If let's say you were buying at 38K, where would you set your stop loss? Right below that level, right? And the other thing is there are a lot of noobs in crypto who would have gone 10x long at this level right here. So if you were a whale and you wanted to get a better price before letting the price bounce back up higher, you would— it would make sense that you should stop everyone out so that you can buy everything that they're selling before ultimately moving higher. So when the price dipped below $38K level, we saw firstly, we saw everyone's stop loss getting hit, and then that triggered an instant chain reaction of seller orders, which caused the price to dip and for a lot of people to get liquidated, which caused even more selling. And then ultimately, we bounced back hard. Now, if you were looking at this in real time, we had a damn near 8% bounce in about I don't know, 15 minutes, right? 7% bounce. So that to me was looking like a very traditional stop hunt. So I thought that was capitulation, right? It adds up, right? Everyone was expecting the 38K level to be the bottom. But little did I know, I just went to eat dinner. And while I was eating dinner halfway, that if you see here in next hour, we had this massive, massive, massive red candles, right? And I was just happily eating my dinner, and I'm not going to lie, I opened 3x futures positions at $38K, right? Because I truly believed that was the bottom. The smartest people in crypto were talking about $38K as the bottom. I believed after my analysis that $38K was the bottom. In fact, just to put it into perspective for you, this is why I thought $38K was the bottom. If I just turn on the VPVR indicator, you can see that the level between This level between $46K to about $38K is quite low in volume, right? Until you reach $38K, then the volume really picks up, right? Which means there are a lot of buy orders situated around this area, which is why I expected there to be strong support at $38K. And the bottom, like the absolute bottom that I was expecting, was about $34.5K to $35K, because look at how much volume is over here. But well, I guess I was proven wrong because We absolutely blew past those levels, and trust me, I got liquidated along with you guys, right? I had like 12 to 13 open positions, all of which got liquidated without me even being able to react to it because, one, I was eating dinner, and two, it happened really suddenly, and I did not get any notifications until Binance sent me liquidation calls. And number three, Binance just had to shut down to let the institutions Buy their Bitcoin and to allow the retail investors to absolutely go to shit because they couldn't close their positions. They couldn't add to their futures positions either. So everyone got liquidated. Everyone that opened a 3x position at $38K would've got liquidated. So in total yesterday, we had over, I believe, 600,000 or 700,000 traders that got liquidated and about $8 billion worth of liquidations in just these 2 hours. But even though I got liquidated, and I kid you not, I lost about 30% of my entire account in just these 2 hours. Now, I always preach risk management is the absolute key in trading, and I did exercise proper risk management. I kid you not, even though I had over 10 positions that got liquidated, my total loss incurred was just about, just over 30% of my account, which means I was losing just about 2 to 3% my account on every trade, which again goes to show you how important risk management is in crypto. Because imagine if you weren't exercising proper risk management, you would have got— you would have probably lost all your money. I'm not even kidding. And this is also why I keep most of my account portfolio in spot, because there's no risk. And by the way, I have a detailed video on risk management. I will link it on the top right-hand corner. And If you want to learn how to recover your losses after this crypto dump, after any crypto dump, I need you to go watch that video as well. Link will be in the description. So back to my back to what I was talking about. I got a bit sidetracked there. So people knew that everyone was here at 38k. So after I saw this stop hunt, I was like, "All right, we are safe," because usually after capitulation, we move up. But turns out that. The institutions knew that everyone thought 38K was the bottom, so that was the time where whales could come in, right? If you look at this yellow X, yellow X on Market Cipher is a sign of market manipulation. If I go onto the 1-minute chart, look at how much manipulation happened. Like, just look at the amount of manipulation that went on here. I guarantee you no one in their right mind would be able to generate so much sell pressure so quickly. If they were not whales. This was a coordinated attack, my friends. Whales are trying to get Bitcoin for cheap and making everyone think that we are going into a bear market. And then in just a couple months' time, you are going to see Bitcoin recover back to the $50K+ levels, and you are going to be wondering, why did I panic sell? So seriously, if you lost money this time, right, I have a couple of videos that could help you. But if you want to step up your game, if you want somebody to guide you real time, and if you want To get access to my highly profitable trading setups where I am sniping bottoms left and right, head over to the link in the description and join the private Discord group. The membership fee will literally pay itself off in less than a few trades. So I know I went off tangent quite hard there, but I just need you to understand that this is not a bear market, right? This was a coordinated sell-off so that whales could get Bitcoin at the best price possible. And because they knew $38K was where everyone thought the bottom was. That is when they start. That is when they decided to come in. Not here, not here. This was all done by retail, right? Elon FUD, China FUD— this was all done by retail. This was done by institutions. And remember what I said earlier about capitulation being the bottom? This is capitulation right here. This is extreme fear. This is despair. This is where a lot of people lost all of their money. And so the whales don't care about how you feel. The whales don't care that you are on futures and that they liquidated you. No, they don't care. What they care about is getting Bitcoin at a very good price. And when Bitcoin goes to $60K, $70K, $100K, they will be 2 to 3x up on their money. And you are going to wonder why you didn't buy the dip. So if you're watching this video now, I need you to understand that the bull market is not over. Altcoin season has barely started. Because if you just go to any altcoin Bitcoin chart, right, if I just go to say XLM Bitcoin, which I'm gonna make a video on soon, and if you just zoom out, look at this. Altcoin season has not yet begun. I'm telling you, in a few months' time, you are going to see XLM at $2, $3, $4, and you're going to be wondering why you didn't buy the dips. Now let's take a look at Chainlink. Look, this was previous all-time high, right? We are nowhere close to that. We are just getting started. So I'm going to continue pumping out videos on how to trade these altcoins. And if you want to make money, whether or not in the bull market or in a bear market, and if you want to acquire the knowledge to thrive in any kind of market conditions, I need you to go to the link below and sign up for the private Discord group. It will pay itself off really quickly, trust me. So I know that was quite a long-winded video. There was sort of a lot of things that I wanted to talk about, and I definitely went off tangent there. But at the end of the day, you need to understand that this is not the bear market yet. If we are going to get into a bear market, it is going to be a blow-off top. And then when Bitcoin comes down, nobody is going to talk about it at all. No FUD, right? There's not going to be any FUD because institutions will want to sell their Bitcoin at the top. Why would they drive the price down, which is against their interest? Remember, when you're playing with multiple hundreds of millions, every little percentage counts. So right now, $30K, $34K, this is brilliant, right? This is a brilliant buy zone, and I do believe that that is the bottom for now. I'm gonna do— I'm gonna continue to do Bitcoin videos, Bitcoin updates as we go along, right? Because now it's still too early to tell, but I do believe that that was the bottom, right? For now, we're gonna see a nice little recovery. I'm gonna make a video teaching you guys how to trade the markets in the upcoming couple of days. So for now, if you have incurred significant losses, I need you to go watch How to Recover Your Money After a Crypto Dump. All right, it's gonna help you a lot, and it will prevent you from losing money the next time crypto dumps, because dumps are very common in crypto. So I'm sorry if this was a long-winded video, but it's just a lot that I needed to get out of my head, right? This was the ABC correction that I'm— that I was expecting. And 38K was probably the max pain level because don't forget that Bitcoin dropped from 64K to 38K over the course of about 3 weeks, I believe. No, over the course of about a month. People are definitely getting tired of choppy price action, and this was probably the level of max pain. And that is where institutions will come in. What is the concept of max pain if they can apply even more pain, right? 53% corrections are nothing new. In crypto, if I just go back to the past, I'm sure there is. I'm 100% certain that there is a 53% correction in 2017 as well, and Bitcoin went to do an 800% move right after that. So if you haven't bought the dips yet, I need you to buy the dips. In the next few videos, I will definitely teach you guys how to how to trade the markets in its current conditions and join the private group, guys. Members have been saying absolutely good things. About the private group. So until then, my friends, that's been a long video, but may the gains be with you, and peace.
