This Might Get Ugly… #Bitcoin You’re Gonna Wanna Watch This Video

In this YouTube market‑update, The Art of Crypto walks viewers through a multi‑timeframe technical analysis of Bitcoin. He starts with the daily chart, highlighting the first higher‑low formation and arguing that Bitcoin is in a long‑term accumulation range that could eventually target $100,000. He then explains the market‑maker cycle (Level 1‑2‑3‑2‑1) and how algorithmic liquidity providers manipulate price to trap retail traders. Using Highblock liquidation data, he points out a concentration of long liquidations around $36 K and a lack of short liquidity above $42 K. Session points of control (POCs) are identified at roughly $35.4 K (support) and $40 K (resistance), reinforcing key trade zones. He outlines two weekly scenarios: a bullish breakout above $38.6 K leading to $40‑$41 K and beyond, or a bearish retracement to $36 K with a potential mid‑week reversal. Throughout, he references mean‑reversion channels, on‑balance volume, and historical weekly high patterns, while urging viewers to follow him on Twitter and join a private Discord for live trade alerts.

Hello everybody, welcome back to The Art Of Crypto. This video is just going to be a quick little update on what I'm seeing in the markets and what I'm expecting to happen this week. So if you want to figure out exactly what's going on, make sure you stick around to the end of this video. Now without any further ado, you know, let's just dive right into it. So, you know, before I actually get into, you know, the nitty-gritty Let's talk about, you know, just the daily chart and how good this is looking. So over here you have just gotten like your first higher low formation on, you know, a higher time frame, which is daily chart, which is sort of a benchmark that I use in order to, you know, really identify what's the higher time frame trend. And at the moment, you know, you can actually— let me just turn off the Supertrend. Um, that's just an indicator that I use for secondary confirmation usually. So taking a look at this, this was your low You form your first higher high by breaking this high right here, and then now you just form your first higher low. Now, will that higher low continue to hold? I think so. That is my opinion. But later, we will dive into the lower timeframes to figure out exactly whether or not that is the case. But for now, looking at just the daily chart, you know this is looking amazing. Now, I also want to bring your attention onto something else. I don't know if you guys remember, but I was calling for this block right here to like for Bitcoin to find a bottom on this block right here for basically three months. And if you also pay attention to something like this, then you can see that if I just put it like this, right, Bitcoin is essentially sort of in a macro, you know, either a distribution or an accumulation range. In my opinion, should be accumulation, but you know, I might be wrong. Although if you take a look at mean reversion, which is, you know, just mathematics, you can see that we are pretty much, you know, in accumulation. And pretty much since You know, the beginning of January of 2021 until now, you've just been in a just a massive accumulation range. And where will that take us? You know, assuming that you know this was the bottom, assuming that it is the bottom, if you draw a fib down there, it's going to put us back to 100,000 Bitcoin, right? That is definitely still en route, and that's why I'm not panicking down here, right? A lot of people have you know lost interest in crypto. If you take a look at the Google search trends, you take a look at how many people watch videos nowadays, and You know, just how many people engage on the Twitter, you know, stuff like that. And you know, speaking about the Twitter, make sure you follow me on Twitter at _TheArtOfCrypto. This is where I'm sharing the latest market updates and stuff like that. So right now, crypto interest is pretty much like reset. There's a lot of people that have lost interest, and that is the perfect time for you to be getting into crypto right now. Because here's the fact of the matter: I can go through many, many altcoins right now, and they are looking. Sublime. They're looking amazing, right? They have a similar structure to Bitcoin where they have fully retraced from the all-time highs back into the initial accumulation range such as this. So the only logical explanation from here on out is that they are going to, you know, go back to attack the range high. So now's the time to be getting excited about crypto. If anything, the bottom is close. So, you know, don't get too discouraged about You know, price action last three months have been tough, and you know for everyone. But that's about to end soon. So that's just a little bit of a higher time frame analysis. Now now that that's over, you know we can go into a lower time frame to figure out exactly what's going to happen with Bitcoin. So an update on last week's video: I mentioned that this was a level one, level two, level three, level two, and right now we're back at the level three. I predicted this. Um, the structure right here. And this is something that happens, you know, across many, many different time frames. I might be looking at the 1-hourly and the 2-hourly chart, but this repeats itself on the 1-minute, the 5-minute. You know, you go in, you go down, and you will see this formation repeat itself a lot. So always keep in mind this pattern right here, right? You have a level 1, level 2, level 3, level 2, back to level 1, right? This is what you call a market maker, you know, cycle. And The reason why they do this— again, I've said it many times in my videos— but the reason why they do this is because they are in the business of making money, not helping you to make money. So what do I mean by that? All these moves that's happening over here, right, that's caused by algorithms, and these market makers are the ones who own these algorithms. So it wouldn't be a stretch to say that the market makers are the ones who move the markets. In that sense, imagine if, you know, you're a market maker you are both long and short at the same time. You don't, you don't really, you don't really trade like retail in the sense that, you know, oh, I'm just long, oh, I'm just short. You know, market makers have longs and shorts open at the same time, and their job is to manage, micromanage, and balance those positions at all times so that they don't lose money. So what ends up happening is, imagine if they bring the market up, then the short positions over here are going to be in a loss. Yeah. So they're going to have to bring it back down to mitigate their, you know, their losses. In the process, they're going to do a lot of stuff to trick retail into thinking, oh, we're going to all-time high, and that's when you reverse it. You know, stuff like that. If you've watched my channel a lot, you know I talk about this a lot. So that's just like the basic rundown of why this structure exists in the market. So now that that's over, you know, let's get into, you know, the nitty-gritty of what I think is going to happen this week. So first things first, If you take a look at Friday's low, which is 38K, and you look at Friday's high, last Friday's high, which is 40K, you can see that currently we have taken out Friday's low. So usually what ends up happening during the weekends and when you come out of the weekends is that if during the weekends you take out Friday's low first, you tend to reverse, you know, during the week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, you tend to go up to take out Friday's high for a few reasons, right? First, you know, this is a poorly formed high. Secondly, you know, there's liquidity up top. Thirdly, you know, You've already taken out the liquidity here, so why continue downwards? That is a very fair point. So if you follow the conventional wisdom, you would assume that, you know, you're just going to go back to 40K. But here is a couple of pieces of data that I want to show you. So I posted this on my Twitter earlier today. So again, remember to follow me on the Twitter if you want new stuff like this. So this red, this red stuff here, right, this is from Highblock, right? Highblock, this is the service. So this red stuff all here is long liquidations. Basically, if price hits these levels, those are the amount of longs that are going to be liquidated. So here's the thing, right? The market makers have access to liquidation data, and that's why Highblock is so amazing because it gives you that same access as well. So you can see in this chart here that I said the highest liquidation points are hovering around $36K, and I'll get back to that number in a bit. But looking, looking over here, right, you don't see much shorts up top. Or maybe this chart is just, you know, not showing the full picture, but you get the point. Up to $42K, you know, there's not much up there, but there sure is a lot of longs to be had, as you can see from down here as well. So assuming we follow this conventional wisdom, the market this week is actually going to trend downwards, right? And I'm going to give you my opinions on why I think so. Firstly, you have broken market structure on the, you know, on the 2-hourly, on the 1-hourly, on the 4-hourly. You have broken market structure on all time frames. And as of the moment, you just came back up to retest this zone of supply right there, and you just got rejected. So, you know, you're going down. So the logical move would be to expect another dump down to the $36K level, and I'm going to get back to that in a bit. But this is the— this is sort of the justification for why I'm thinking so, right? Highest liquidation points are concentrated around here. Secondly, you have a point of control over here, a session point of control. That means that during this day's session, right, during this 24 hours, the majority of the trading volume were concentrated around this area right here, right, this line right here, which is at about $35.2K— sorry, $35.4K. Now this means that if you do return back to this area, this is going to act as really, really strong support. Similarly, if you go back to $42K, that is going to act as a really strong resistance as well. Now I'm just going to bring you through, like for example over here, right, you had a POC over here. Look at how price played perfect support. And that's why, you know, it's always good to understand what are these session POCs. They give you very good level, like again, right, twice, 1, 2, perfect bounces. And then clearly we haven't, you know, we haven't tested this, but again over here, right, session POC was here. Look how in the next session you get rejected there, you know, bam. So these session POCs gives you a very clear, you know, area of, you know, value to place your trades at. So assuming this theory, if you hit $39K, you're going to get rejected. That's a POC right there. Of course, this is not all black and white. I'll give you some, you know, confirming pieces of data in a bit. But if you go back to 34, you know, 35.4K, you know, that's going to be the same story, right? You're probably going to find support. So now that I've given you the levels and what to expect, let's back it up with a little bit of, uh, heat maps, right? So if you take a look at the heat maps right here, you can see that, you know, indeed, right, so resistance sort of picks up at, you know, high, you know, low 30, 39Ks, not really 39, but like 39.5. $40K. And especially once you hit $40K, look at the amount of resistance over here. And for reference, right, yellow, yellow, you know, blocks are, you know, it stands for, you know, really big positions, right, really big players. So these are big positions right here that have already built up a sell wall at $40K. So there's going to be really strong resistance there. Secondly, if you go back to $36K right here, you can see how strong of a support you have. In fact, right now Bitcoin is simply ranging between If you take a look at the chart and the 2 red boxes that I've drawn, it's just ranging between, you know, 2 sort of high liquidity levels. And in that sense, if you go back to $37K, which, you know, it's sort of in the process of doing— yeah, again, notice how you've just been ranging, right? You're not really doing much. Again, go back to the chart, you're not really doing much. So if you go back to $37.2K, that's going to be strong support to, you know, potentially get a bounce. Go for a scalp, and if you go to 39 to 40k, especially 39.5k, that is going to be an area that you're going to want to short. Just so happens that it lines up with a previous high, so you're going to you know stop hunt, hunt out the buy stops, and then bam, something like that. So that's the data that confirms the theory, and you know this just confirms again that the market makers will likely reverse price once you hit 36k. You know that's when you can go target the rest. So remember, these are big player orders. These are not— this is concentrated orders, basically. So it just gives you a little bit more insight into what's actually happening behind the scenes and what's, you know, actually going on. So that's going to be the data. And now I have to think about if I actually— okay, so again, I've given you guys all of the, you know, pieces of confluence and what to expect. So here's what I actually think. Depending, you know, as of right now, it's hard to be bullish, but there's You know, I don't want to give you guys like concrete, like super concrete answers. So here's what I'm going to do instead, right? If you pump above $38.6K right now and you get rejected here, you come back here to form a higher low, then that's going to be a signal that you're going to continue upwards, right? Remember, the Friday range was here and here. You've taken out Friday's low. So now if you form a higher low, form a higher— sorry, form a higher high, form a higher low, then you're going to go take out Friday's high, which is at $40K. And chances are you're going to go to 41 as well because that's just where the next point of liquidity is. Notice how every time price just comes just above previous highs, that's, you know, that's how you stop out the liquidity, right? This is how the market makers like to play the games. The sooner you learn to understand this, the better. So you take out the liquidity, there's liquidity here as well, so you take that out and then you figure out what happens next, right? That's going to be scenario number 1, which is the bullish scenario. Assuming that, you know, after you've taken out the lows, you know, you're gonna bam. Now the second scenario, which is honestly the one that is more likely in my opinion— of course, don't take me at my word. I'm giving you both scenarios here so that, you know, you can be prepared for any scenario that happens. Because currently, well, I just think this one's more likely because you've broken structure and, uh, you know, that's just some confluence down there at $37K and $36K. So a second scenario is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, you go on a downtrend, come back down to 36K, somewhere, somewhere around there. And then, uh, Thursday and Friday, which is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, which is usually when the midweek reversal happens. And again, uh, I also want to say that, you know, just one last tidbit of information is, you know, the high of the week tends to be formed on Wednesday most weeks, or before Wednesday. So this right here, that was That was Tuesday, I believe. So that was the high of the week. So this right here, that was an anomaly. Heck, the entirety of last week was an anomaly, right? You were getting 10% swings every day. So I wouldn't really use last week as an example. But if you take a look at this, you know, 15th of February, I'm willing to bet you that that's before a Wednesday. Either that or that's a week— either that or that looks like a weekend range. I'm not sure. But yeah, you You get the idea. The high of the week tends to happen before Wednesday. So in this instance where it's going down, then the low of the week might happen before Wednesday, right? Just assuming that it goes down, then Thursday, Friday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, you might start reversing, right, after you fill in those positions. So that's just currently what I think. Either way, there's zero reason for you to panic because again, I've showed you, I've showed you the, you know, the mean reversion channels. I've Talked about, you know, just a macro accumulation range. You know, you're going to go to 100K. If you want me to, I could talk about the on balance volume as well, how you've just broken out. I don't think this is going to be the right chart to do it. Yeah, right there, right? You just broke out of that trend line, retested it, and now you're, you know, it's looking bullish, right? So now it's not the time to be getting, you know, that's not the time to be getting bearish. If anything, now's the time that you want to get excited. Fun times ahead. Fun times are ahead of us. So if you watch until this point so far, I want you to comment down in the comment section below MM so that you understand what these market makers are doing, so that I know that who are the real ones that have watched until this point so far. And while you're at it, drop a like on this video. Remember, if you want the latest market updates as well as follow along with the trades, check out the private Discord group. But for now, with that said, made again to be with you, my friend, and Peace.
