Hi there. Welcome to this week's inspirational quotes. This week's quote comes from Richard Branson, who is probably the most famously known entrepreneur from Britain. And he was born in Surrey in 1950 and he left school around about 16 years old. And then not too long after, with his entrepreneurial flair, he started selling records, then created Virgin Records, which went on to be a massive part of his business. Virgin now has over something like 200 companies, including Virgin Atlantic and more recently, Virgin Galactic, that he's created from the Virgin Empire. And Richard Branson's quote is this. The brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all. So what does that mean in today's world? I think it's about people taking risks and taking risks, measured risk, typically, but actually taking risks all the same. So having a go, stepping up and saying yes more often than saying no is really what Richard Branson would have done to be able to build his empire to the multi billion pound businesses that he's created. So it's about stepping into that space, in that mindset around not being too cautious, being timid, being in fear of failure. And if you're in fear of failure, it's more likely that you will end up failing. So the idea here is more about focusing on, you know, how it will work or asking people that have actually done it before and seeing how they've navigated that trickiness themselves. So it's about making sure that you take that first step and then the next step and then the next step after that, and there will be bumps along the way. That's typical. That's life. That's what life is called. It's up and down and it never really particularly stays the same. So have a think about that yourself this week when you're working through some of the issues, some of the things that you're pursuing, and think about Richard Branson's quote and his entrepreneurial spirit and zest for life. Have a great rest of this week and I look forward to speaking with you and sharing next week's quote with you. Bye for now. Ciao.
