Monday Motivation BFG22

A motivational monologue recorded during a hike in Scottsdale. The speaker shares Muhammad Ali's quote about making every day count and reflects on how little time we actually have in life, urging you to live fully each day.
Hi there. Welcome to this week's inspirational quote. This week's quote comes from one of the most famous, if not the most famous, heavyweight boxers of our time and in history. It comes from Muhammad Ali, you guessed it, the man himself, the guy that continued to let everyone know that he was the greatest. And I think he had great claim to that, to be fair. Now, his quote is very simple. His quote is, don't count the days, make the days count. And wow, what a spectacular way to think about living your life. So many people on planet Earth only live 2/7 of their lives each. Each week they live to the weekend. And I passionately believe that we should live every day to our fullest potential. Whatever we're doing, whether that's doing a job, whatever that job might be, whether you're pursuing personal goals, make sure that every day counts. There was a book written some time ago. I can't remember the author, but the book was 4,000 weeks. So on average, we get 28,000 days here on planet Earth. So it's really important that we make use of every single day that we're given whilst we're here. And we're not guaranteed any of those days, to be fair. We're not guaranteed the whole 28,000. Some get more and some get considerably less. So have a think about how you're going to choose to make the most of every day and make sure that every day does count for you and the people that you love, that you surround yourself with. And I'm going to finish off by just giving you a little bit of a view of the hike that I'm on today here in Scottsdale on the sunshine hike. I look forward to sharing next week's quote with you. And for now, have a great week and have a think about that. Living fully, every day. A different thought, perhaps for some people. Ciao for now.
