Monday Motivation BFG29

A motivational talk from April 14, 2025 featuring a Jim Rowan quote about setting big goals to grow personally and professionally. The speaker reflects on values and respect in life and business.
Welcome to this week's inspirational quote. This week's quote comes from Jim Rowan, who was born in Washington in 1930 and grew up in Idaho on his parents farm and did a lot of work on the parents farm. On his parents farm. He's well known for his storytelling and also all his audio books that he created that has helped people all around the world. And Jim Rowan's quote is want to set a big enough goal so that in the process of achieving it, you become someone worth becoming. So what does that mean in today's world? I believe it means that we need to set ourselves big goals in our life, personally and also professionally. And in that process of achieving those goals or pursuing those goals, you learn a lot about yourself. You learn about other people. You learn about how businesses are set up and how to run them efficiently. So have a think about your own personal goals and professional goals. Are you stretching yourself so that you become the person that you need to become that's worthy, that you're worthy of becoming? And whilst you're thinking about that, also think about the values that you're aligned to. Are you staying true to yourself, true to those values? And are you treating people with the respect that they deserve that are surrounded, that you're surrounding yourself with in your business and also personally? So have a great week this week. I hope you've enjoyed this week's quote and I look forward to catching up with you next week. Have a great week. Bye for now.
